Removing Duplicated PLd

Hi All,
How can I remove duplicated PLD's? I tried to duplicate a PLD from Invoice to purchase order but now i want to remove that duplicated PLD. How can that be done?

The albums in my library now have duplicated songs. I do not want to sync my itunes form my computer to the IPod classis but do not want duplicated songs. Is there a way to do this without having to manually delete the duplicated songs?

Apple's official advice on duplicates is here Find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library. It is a manual process and the article fails to explain some of the potential pitfalls such as lost ratings and playlist membership, or that sometimes the same file can be represented by multiple entries in the library and that deleting one and recycling the file will break the other.
Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items to display duplicates as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Sorting the list by Date Added may make it easier to select the appropriate tracks, however this works best when performed immediately after the dupes have been created. If you have multiple entries in iTunes connected to the same file on the hard drive then don't send to the recycle bin.
Use my DeDuper script if you're not sure, don't want to do it by hand, or want to preserve ratings, play counts and playlist membership. See this thread for background, this post for detailed instructions, and please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping.
(If you don't see the menu bar press ALT to show it temporarily or CTRL+B to keep it displayed.)
The most recent version of the script can tidy dead links as long as there is at least one live duplicate to merge stats and playlist membership to and should cope sensibly when the same file has been added via multiple paths.

How Do I Remove Duplicated Songs

In my iTune library I find a number of songs get duplicated and I did not deliberately place two of the same songs in the same folder. Is there a way to prevent this duplication and remove the duplicates without manually deleting them one by one? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Want to remove duplicated data from my iPod

When I moved from my old PC to my new Mac I attempted to transfer all my iTunes songs across. This didn't work the first time I tried, but did on second go. However, in the colour-coded bar in iTunes which tells you what's on your iPod, I see I have 7.96 GB of 'other' data - which is approximately the same as my music - so I can only imagine my first attempt at transfer semi-worked afterall and I've doubled up on the information somehow. I could leave it but I'm wasting space unnecessarily, and yet I can't seem to find out how to get 'into it' to remove it.

Have you checked to see what other stuff is on your ipod? Maybe contacts and calendars that could be taking up space? Photos?
You could try restoring it and then putting everything back on it.

How do i find & remove duplicated source .jpg files?

i have a number of duplicate copies of .jpg picture files which, when imported into iphoto, are fairly easy to identify as duplicates, thus cleaning up my iphoto library. however, i would like to remove the duplicate source files as well just to tidy up. (2 notes, maybe helpful in formulating an answer: i already have backups of all my photo .jpgs. i do not use time machine.)

Try either Duplicate Annihilator or iPhoto Diet. I'd make a temp backup of you library before running either just in case the results are not what you want.
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

Remove duplicated entry under certain condition

I have this report that displays Journal Entry Numbers and their corresponding Outgoing Payments Numbers (if they have). Tables involved are OVPM and OJDT. The problem is, there's this one Journal Entry number that two Outgoing Payments points at. One of the Outgoing Payments' Remarks is labeled 'Cancelled'. On the report, I wanted to remove the OVPM that has a Cancelled remark. Thank you.

My report is diplaying several rows of the same data in each field. How do I delete the duplicated rows?

Now, if you link table A to table B    &    table A to table C
and there are multiple matching records in tables B & C for each record in table A (called a one-to-many relationship )
then you get a Cartesian effect yielding duplicated data
---which is to say that for each record in table B, it will be repeated for as many times as you have matching records in table C and/or vise-versa.
You can have as many one-to-one, or one-to-none (with an outer join) relationship links as you like in a report,
but you can only have one one-to-many link in a report without getting duplicated data.
You may have to start with test reports with only a couple of tables until you get a feel for the data.
There are different ways to get around this issue. If you are not summing any numbers, then you might be able to use grouping and formating to hide duplicated data. or you may try subreports (small reports placed in a container report).

For what it is worth, I am a fan of NuGen, I have both SEQ 1 and 2 and two stereo enhancing tools (stereoizer and stereoplacer I think they're called). Since I have the SEQ 1 it replaces all Channel EQ's. And the stereotools sound great and very lush, in stead of the more usual cheezy combfilterthingies that pass for stereo enhancing tools.
And I actually like the interfaces. Simple, but stylish, functional and ergonomic (in this case meaning you can see all parameters in a quick glance, no guessing at settings).

All works fine but in case of duplicate file i have a error in monitor like this:

Filtering groups, grabbing group members and removing duplicates

I need to notify users by mail, about a maintenance
I have several groups names with similar names (GRP_APP1, GRP_APP2 and GRP_APP3)
I need to extract a list of mail addresses form theses grups members, remove duplicates and send mail to then
The logic will be sometinh like that:
1) List all grupos with similar naming scheme
2) List all mail addresses of people that are members of the group
3) Remove duplicated information, because one user can be member of more than one group
4) Optionally send mail to the users
