Removing Menus and Opened Form

Hi to all,
I have developed the add-on, and is working, but when i stop my add-on the menus and the opened form remains Opened, in what event should i write the code to remove these items i.e forms and menu items.
Help me please

Hello,
when the addon stops by the user, your "class" is stopping.... So You can execute cleanup code in the Finalize procedure of your class.

Menus and Contact Forms

I am currently looking for a tutorial on how to create a
drop-down Flash Menu very similiar to the one found on
http://www.perseny.com as well as
a Contact Form listed under their Private Dining section called
"Request More Info"

if you're using as2, flashkit.com has quite a few beginning
tutorial so it probably has dropdown menu tutorial that would work
for you.
if you're using as3, you'll just have to use google.
flashgods.org has a faq section that shows how to use a
contact or email form with flash for both as2 and as3.

Remove gimp and open office

Hello
the space on my installation is pull and I can't update my computer.... I want to remove the gimp and openoffice from my computer. Can someone help me do that.. so I can free up some space?

Everytime I click on one of my app tabs it removes it form that brower window and opens it in a new window! how do I get it to work right?

Clicking on an app tab shouldn't remove it from that browser window but it does, seems to sort of defeat the purpose of App Tabs in my opinion. then I have to drag the new tab back into the other browser window and then it works for a little while correctly.

Make sure that you do not drag a tab in the browser window. 
Firefox 3.5 versions and later have a feature called tear-off tabs. 
You can detach a tab from the current window and open it in a new window by dragging a tab in the browser window. 
You can drag that tab back to the tab bar in the original window to undo that detaching.

Fix Some Browser Pop-ups That Take Over Safari.
Common pop-ups include a message saying the government has seized your computer and you must pay to have it released (often called "Moneypak"), or a phony message saying that your computer has been infected, and you need to call a tech support number (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it resolved. First, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and your computer has not been affected. This "hijack" is limited to your web browser. Also understand that these messages are scams, so do not pay any money, call the listed number, or provide any personal information. This article will outline the solution to dismiss the pop-up.
Quit Safari
Usually, these pop-ups will not go away by either clicking "OK" or "Cancel." Furthermore, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in gray, including the option to quit Safari. You will likely have to force quit Safari. To do this, press Command + option + esc, select Safari, and press Force Quit.
Relaunch Safari
If you relaunch Safari, the page will reopen. To prevent this from happening, hold down the 'Shift' key while opening Safari. This will prevent windows from the last time Safari was running from reopening.
This will not work in all cases. The shift key must be held at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window reappears. In these circumstances, after force quitting Safari, turn off Wi-Fi or disconnect Ethernet, depending on how you connect to the Internet. Then relaunch Safari normally. I have understood some usefull information and would like to share with you.
Within one transaction, you can open and close several layout sets using OPEN_FORM and
CLOSE_FORM, however not simultaneously. You can use parameters in the OPEN_FORM to control
whether the output is stored in the same print request. But also the SAP spool decides,
depending on several plausibility checks, whether new output is appended to an existing
print request or whether to create a new print request anyway.

Try removing the Genius database. In the "Finder" go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ folder and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This may allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.

Right/best method to open and close form?

When i click a button from FormA, it open FormC and it should be the same with button from FormB-used to open the same FormC but it doesn't.
this happen when i previously open FormC from FormA before opening it in FormB.
I use setvisible(true) to open form and setvisible(false) to close the form and this doesn't seem right..
i use exactly the same method as shown in Creating Swing Clients for Business Components Tutorial
anyone can help? i'm new with Java n Jdeveloper...

this question is best answered in teh JDeveloper forum on OTN because this Forum is for Oracle Forms. You can start and hide forms in Java using setVisible(true|false), howvere, this doesn't release the hanlde to the data bound.
In the HowTo setcion of the otn.oracle.com/products/jdev there exist a document "How Do I dynamically Change the Binding of a View Object to JClient Panel?"
This explains how you work with RowSet Iterators to reuse forms.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

After R12 Install: FRM-41809 and FRM-41067 While Opening Forms.

Hi all,
I have upgraded apps to R12.
When I try to open forms, I am getting the following errors:
FRM-41809: Error initializing Menu.
FRM-41067: Cannot find Menu item: invalid ID.
I did the following:
- Generated messages files
- Generated jar files
- Generated all menus (including FNDMENU.MMX)
- Generated fnd forms
Still same error appears.
Any clues please?

Hi Guys,
Is there a way to dynamically create and remove TEXT items in form. For example I have the EMP and DEPT table and when
I select the EMP table name from the LOV, rows of the EMP table with column name and data should get displayed on the screen and likewise a similar action for DEPT table and
so on. I have about 90 tables from where data could be required to view and edit. They all have varying number of columns.
Any suggestions ?
