Remuneration form Rate is summarized when Split is '='

Question

In trying to comply with California law, I'm printing the rate on the Remuneration Stmt.  This is working fine except when there are splits in the RT.  For current periods, as setting of '=' in the Split column of V_T512E and a blank in the DSplit column work (they aren't pretty, but they work). 
However, when a retrocalculation occurs, multiple records with the same rate are printing a summarized rate.  For example. 
Period 1
Hrs      Rate      Current
3         17.15       51.45
7         17.15     120.05
8         17.15     137.20
9         17.15     154.35
Where a split was based on Cost Center Assignment.
Later it's determined the rate should have been 18.96.  I would expect to see:
-3.00   17.15      - 51.45
3.00   18.96        56.88
-7.00   17.15     -120.05
7.00   18.96      132.72
-8.00   17.15     -137.20
8.00   18.96      151.68
-9.00   17.15     -154.35
9.00   18.96      170.64
Showing what was reversed and what was paid.
However, I'm getting this:
10.00   37.92    189.60
-10.00   34.30   -171.50
17.00   37.92    322.32
-17.00   34.30   -291.55
Where it summarizes the rate field when it summarizes the hours field.  I'm fine with a summarized Hours field or each separate record for the hours printing, but to summarize the rate is obviously not something I can give employees.  I've tried to include a 'D' in the Split column of V_T512E in order to split by retroacctg date as well as rate, but multiple entries don't seem to work.
Is there a way to specify that the rate field should not be summarized?  Or is there a way to specify multiple values as valid in the Split column(are they separated by a comma, a slash, etc?).

suppose u want to display ABCDEWEW 50-ABDSSDSDD this in one line then check the no. of character and give that window size that much character....
