Replace 10g XE License agreement page

Hi all,
I have installed 10g XE in my windows system. I can access it from http://localhost:8080/apex. But if I want to share the application with I others, I think it would be better to put a index sort of page at localhost:8080.
As of now, the URL http://localhost:8080/ return Oracle 10g XE license agreement page.
Where is this page stored? Is it inside Oracle DB?
It would be nice to change this to page with a custom built page. Is it possible to do that?
I tried searching the forum, I could not find. Thanks for your help.
Regards
Guru

You can also do it programmatically using the following script:
DECLARE
   RESULT   BOOLEAN;
   l_html   VARCHAR2 (512);
   PROCEDURE remove_ressource (p_res_path IN VARCHAR2)
   IS
   BEGIN
      IF DBMS_XDB.existsresource (p_res_path)
      THEN
         DBMS_XDB.deleteresource (p_res_path, DBMS_XDB.delete_force);
      END IF;
   END;
BEGIN
   l_html :=
      '<html>
  <head>
    <meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" content="0; url=/apex/f?p=100">
  </head>
</html>
   remove_ressource (p_res_path => '/index.html');
   remove_ressource (p_res_path => '/index.htm');
   RESULT := DBMS_XDB.createresource ('/index.html', l_html);
   COMMIT;
END;
/This will redirect the user to application 100, but you can make it redirect to any url.

  • License agreement page not found.

    I have:
    Mac OS X Ver. 10.6.8 and am using Safari Ver. 5.1.10.
    Trying to install FlashPlayer 15.0.  I can download it. Does not auto install.  Go to manual install and get a red box where I have to agree to the term of license agreement. "Read the license here." Click here and get to a page that says:
    Sorry page is not available.  So I click okay and everything quits.  How do I install FlashPlayer? I have checked the discussions BUT the questions that might help  do not have answers.

    You can read the Flash Player license agreement here http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/legal/licenses-terms/pdf/Flash%20Player_15 .0.pdf

  • ITunes won't install after I click license agreement page

    iTunes won't install after I click license agreement page

    I had the same problem as many are having, I am running Win XP Pro and after installing the latest greatest version fresh no go, tried all the fixes mentiond around the net and no go all you get is the dam agree screen ... so I had enogh, I completly uninstalled the new version and then installed version 10 and it works fine so I think they droped the ball in the programing of the latest release thats my 2 cents. I am so glad i always keep older versions on hand because many times new versions are buggy or just do not work NOTE TO APPLE DO NOT FIX IT IF IT AINT BROKE comes to mind ... the older just work and the new junk fails don't they test the programs anymore? accross the dif supported platforms? whlth all these peole having the same problems I would say they botched the program code or installer.
    It says after the install there is a newer version great after waisting all this time I will not be updating till they claime and prove they have a big prob and fix it and then test it compleatly.
    Important my problem started on first installing Itunes ona newely set up XP comp so I had no settings or anything and did not care a full uninstall worked for me. Not sure with those that have tons of stuff allready in the iTunes system,
    Complete working version 10.0.0.68 works fine in win XP Pro ...

  • I can't get Acrobat to stay open...I get to the license agreement page, click agree, then try to open anything, and it closes and the agreement pops back up

    It keeps doing this over and over, no matter how many times I try to open something. I have updated Acrobat. Nothing I've tried has helped. I'm getting very frustrated that I can't use Acrobat at all!

    Sorry didn't realise you were an Apple Newbie!
    No problem, when you're in the Finder, check along the menus at the top of the screen.
    You should see Finder (in Bold) File, Edit, View, Go, Window and Help. Click the Go menu and with the mouse go to the second to last item which is 'Go to Folder…' then you be presented with a dialogue box ready to type some text into.
    Now you can type the text ~/Library/Widgets into the box. The Tilde character is next to the left Shift key (Press and hold the Shift key and then press the ~ key.
    It will be easier if whilst you're reading this message, you highlight the text ~/Library/Widgets and go to the Edit menu, select Copy, then go to the Finder and when you've the Go to Folder… dialogue window open, go Edit Paste and it will fill the box for you. Then just click the Go button and it should show your Widgets. Again if not the one just repeat the Go to Folder… bit and this time just remove the ~ at the beginning of the line

    Please help. I am unable to open any pdf files with Adobe Reader 9.4.0. Every timne I try to open a pdf file, I get taken back to the same Adobe Reader License Agreement page, with no Accept button. How do I get out of this dead-end loop? I have followed Adobe's tips on how to "Change" the file through the Control Panel in order to correct the problem, but I still end up in the same dead-end loop. What's the solution?

    You can open Reader,click on right arrow key on your keyboard (it will change focus from Decline to Accept) and hit Enter....

  • ITunes still shows license agreement when iPod is connected

    I have a Nano, and while the songs will sync up with it when it's hooked up to the computer, iTunes won't show anything under the iPod tab except for the license agreement, and it won't let me get past that.

    Do you see a "Continue" button on the license agreement page? If not, you may need to (temporarily) change your computer's display resolution so that the button appears on the screen.

  • End user license agreement for Flash Player 10.1

    Using Window XP, Athlon 64 processor, FIrefox 3.6.10, Adobe Reader 9.3.2.
    Every few day I get a popup update reminder and begin the process to update. I get to the point that I need to agreeing to the license agreement. I click the link to view the license ageement and arrive at the Adobe product license agreements page (http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/#flash_player) but when I click on the link for Adobe Flash Player 10.1 (PDF, 3.3M) it opens a blank PDF window (http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/pdfs/PlatformClients_PC_WWEULA_Combined_20100108_1657. pdf). Eventually I get the error "There was a problem reading this document (14). The license agreement for version 10 and 9 open as expected.
    I have tried going directly to the document with the same results.
    I have been trying for quite some time but I keep getting a blank document. The information leading up to this stage makes it clear that I must agree to the license and it is a leagally binding agreement but I can't agree to something that I can not read. Any suggestions?

    That's not helping, Vikas.
    I'm having the same problem. I'm not agreeing to something I can't even READ. That's just being stupid...
    ...and these other threads about serious issues with this update are discouraging...
    When I saved the PDF and tried to open it, I get:

  • Iphone software license agreement...cant go forward

    i am able to locate my iphone and the first page that appears is a register/not register...i click on register and it sends me to the software license agreement page. i am able to click on i agree then at the bottom there is only cancel and save, no "ok" button. so how do i continue? also itunes is up to date as well as my computer and i have already unistalled then reinstalled itunes.

    I believe you need to increase your computers screen resolution. It must be at least 1024x768. If this is on a of go to control panel and find display. Then in display settings you go to "settings" and adjust it there.
    Cheers!

  • Cannot get past License agreement

    I cannot get past the license agreement page for my Ipod shuffle, I can download songs but I want to register and reset my Ipod, it appears that I cannot scroll right to click the next button..any ideas would be appreciated!

    If you aren't seeing all the buttons try increasing your screen resolution to at least 1024x768 so you can see the whole page, you'll find the instructions on this Microsoft page: Windows XP - Change your monitor resolution
    Click the little Agree box then the Continue button, (there's no need to save the agreement).

    Change your screen resolution until you can see the button.
    And, why would your thread be deleted?

    Hi and welcome to Apple Discussions,
    Try resizing the iTunes window (click and drag the lower right corner) or changing the resolution, as suggested here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1845.
