Report combining a flow and outstandin report

All,
I am looking for a report that shows all outstandings in a period (E.g. Month January). I tried working with a logical database but there it is only possible to enter a key date, when I try to enter a period (E.g. key date between 0/Jan --> 01/Feb) I always get an error that it is impossible to do this.
Does anybody know a report that can do this or a logical database to build it

thanx for information. I already tried that logical database (FTR_PERIODS), but I always get a warning message that the system no longer fills this information.

As the name suggests, the user can Interact with the report. We can have a drill down into the report data. For example, Column one of the report displays the material numbers, and the user feels that he needs some more specific data about the vendor for that material, he can HIDE that data under those material numbers.
And when the user clicks the material number, another report (actually sub report/secondary list) which displays the vendor details will be displayed.
We can have a basic list (number starts from 0) and 20 secondary lists (1 to 21).
Events associated with Interactive Reports are:
AT LINE-SELECTION
AT USER-COMMAND
AT PF<key>
TOP-OF-PAGE DURING LINE-SELECTION.
HIDE statement holds the data to be displayed in the secondary list.
sy-lisel : contains data of the selected line.
sy-lsind : contains the level of report (from 0 to 21)
Interactive Report Events:
AT LINE-SELECTION : This Event triggers when we double click a line on the list, when the event is triggered a new sublist is going to be generated. Under this event what ever the statements that are been return will be displayed on newly generated sublist.
AT PFn: For predefined function keys...
AT USER-COMMAND : It provides user functions keys.
TOP-OF-PAGE DURING LINE-SELECTION :top of page event for secondary list.

Need to combine four tables and generate Report.

Dear Seniors,
I need to generate a report in such a manner that,
to a particular vendor how much material delivered for processing, how much received from him so for, how much more remains outstanding with the vendor. I need to combibe Purchase order tabe, Goods Issue Table and Goods Receipt table to get this report. Please help to generate a Query for this.

Thanks for your response. I would like to explain my problem little clearly.
We raise a service PO to a particular service provider.
Based on the PO, we supply materials to the service provider via Goods Issue.
After processing the service provider returns finished Goods to us. We receive the FG via Goods Receipt with ref. the PO No.
At any given point of time, I need to know the quantity of materials supplied, finished Goods received and the outstanding qty of raw materials with the service provider, of the particular order.
In my case the tables affected are
OPOR
OIGE has a UDF U_PONo. OPOR Docnum acts as PO No.
OIGE, IGE1
OIGN, IGN1
OIGN also has a U_PoNo Field.
Against PO we would issue two or more materials.
I need a query that combines above five tables and produces the following result.
PO No. Vendor Name Item Name Issue Qty Received Qty Balance to be Received,
1234 Raamji 30s Cmd Yarn 3000 2900 100
Please help to design a query in Query Generator to join the above five tables.

Report Painter: Cash Flow Actual/Plan Report on Profit Center

I must create a Cash Flow report Actual/Plan/Variance Figures per Profit Center by using a report painter.
It will be created in monthly basis format, and year-to-date format (two different formats).
The format is in GL accounts instead of standard Cash In and Cash Out format.
I need to extract the Plan figures. However, we don't have planning on PCA. We are only doing plan on cost center, either revenue or cost (revenue is created as cost element category costs/reducing tax).
Should I extract it from the Cost Center Plan & add up all plan amounts of the cost centers that attached to the specific profit center? How can I do that?
What do you suggest as the best solution? Please explain briefly and using what t-code, tables and fields to extract from.

You can set the order of the Selection Screen fields there.

Hi All,
we can get the user logon history from "Sign-in Audit" link. But how can we design a report which would be able to fetch the logon history? As per requirement the report should fetch unsuccessful logon history on daily basis.
Again we would like to design a report to get the user(with role, creation date) who have created any account, lead, opportunity e.t.c on monthly basis.

Hi,
Created By and Created Time Stamp are recorded in objects like Accounts, Leads etc. So you can build a report using the right subject area to get the number of records created by each of the user. Additional information about the user can typically obtained from fields in Analytics under "Owned By User" section.
On sign-in history only WS access is available and not through reports

We have developed custom reports that launch from the reporting launchpad. When selected, the LPA reporting application provides a list of employees. After selecting an employee, the report fails to launch with selected employee. The report input screen is displayed in ITS. Are there any configuration that maps the LPA employee selection field to the receiving ITS report?
Standard reports work fine.

0GL_ACCOUNT_ATTR is the datasource for table SKA1.
0FI_GL_14 is the data source related to table BSEG.
create an infoset or MP on top of these two and build the report.

ECCS - Combining statutory and management reporting thru ECCS

Hi,
We use ECCS for Company based consolidations. Our statutory reports are from ECCS and Management reports are from PCA. We want to combine these 2 and use ECCS for both kinds of reporting. However, the challenge we have is we don't have the PC in Company based consolidation.
We want to bring in PC as an attribute to enable management reporting out of ECCS. I am trying different options to pull in PC to ECCS. I have the following questions in this regard.
1. Has any one ever tried this before?
2. What are the best practices (Modify exisitng dimension or create a new one etc..)
3. Is there a brief how-to document that you can share with me.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Issues in Multiprovider Report, based on Purchase and Inventory Infocubes

Dear Gurus,
There are two reports (1. Report gives INVENTORY details and other report is linked to this report which displays PURCHASE data related to material on INV report Using RRI.) , user wants all the INV info along with PR, PO, PDATE, PRECIEPT.... in the same report.
To satisfy the above requirement, a multiprovider is created on the above of PUR, INV Infocubes, with Identify (assign) condition for 0CALDAY, 0MATERIAL, 0MAT_PLANT, 0PLANT. Does anymore Infoobject need to be included for assign condition?
Another Report Template is created to make it out. Time Variable for this Report is in "01.12.2010 - 31.12.2010" format, is this a valid time variable or do I need to create another which considers sys-datum-1.
Issue: I am unable to get the data for the Fields "Cur.Stock","Total Consumptionu201D, u201CAverage Consumptiom","Below from Consumption","CnsStckReceipts " and getting wrong data for "BLW SFTY"....

Error opening a Manage Report template with Formulas and Summation

Hi Expert,
My j2ee web application is setup is such a way that when there is NO connectivity to the Crystal Report Server XI, it will use the Crystal Report for Eclipse functionality and opening report templates located in the relative path - This works fine.
But when there is a connectivity to the CMS Server, I have this error when opening a manage report in Crystal Report Server XI that contains formulas and summations. But for other reports like chart and listings no problem.
This code triggers the error:
ReportClientDocument clientDoc = reportAppFactory.openDocument(infoObject,0, java.util.Locale.US);
I found out there's a conflict between CR libraries for Eclipse and libraries for RAS Enterprise Server XI.
How can I solve this issue so that I can support the two scenarios - with or without CMS connectivity, I can still view reports.

You must isolate the CR4E and RAS SDK jars using separate classloaders - simplest is have separate apps, if rolling your own class loaders is out of project scope.
They do not work together.

S_SH8_84000003 - Display 1000-Employee Quota
S_SH8_84000004 - Display 1,000,000-Hour Quota
S_SH8_84000005 - List Reportable Accidents Without Accident Report
S_SH8_84000006 - Check and Correct Absences in Incident/Accident Log
You can find some of the reprots from you list to be available here.
Otherwise you may require to develop reports.

Regarding Booking ,Billing and Backlog report

I am trying to excute the BBB report through Bex in BW.
Descripition: I have created 1 report called Booking,Billig and Backlog report
Main problem ;Intercompany Invoices are not showing as billings
Scenario:
a) Sales Order 300007887 created in US01 Sales Org. Delivery is out of a Canadian Plant.
b) Intercompany Billing 900024929 that Canada created to Bill the US is not showing as billings for the Canadian Company Code.
US Company code is 0801 and canada company code is 0870.
I have created sales orders and intercompany billings as kefigures .
And i have taken Charcterstic company code as 'Filter'
Salesorders for US (0801) intercompany billing for canada(0870)
When i excute the query with US Company code (0801) it will show report with all sales orders.
But with canda companycode (0870) it will not show the iniernal billings
Could you please give the soloution abt this.
