Report in the following form
Hi All,
I have to create a report which is like it will prompt me for which account I want to see the hierarchical structure of its decendant.
For doing so I have kept account in the row dimension,and in the member selection pane of account I have taken Decendant Of Prompt For Account(Inclusive). Then after that I have formatted the row by adding allignment to the row.After that I am getting the hierarchical structure but it is comming in a inverted form ,i.e first level 0(child) account then Level 1 (parent) then Level 2(Grand parent) and so on.But in my requirement the report should show first grant parent ,then parent then child.
Pls suggest me a way to do it.

Put all accounts in the row dimension. Suppress rows with Zero or Missing.

Your requirement is to create a report which has correct combinations of Entity and Accounts.
First step will be to create this account-entity mapping list. If you are not using the BegBalance member for storing your data, you could enter 0 value in Begbalance of each valid entity - account combination. Thus you have the valid accounts for the entity, that have data in Begbalance. You would capture data against these combinations only in the Planning data forms as well.
In the report, you will hide this Begbalance column, while showing other Period columns and select "Suppress Missing Rows/blocks" in rows.
Thus the report will only show valid accounts for the entity selected while running the report.

Challenge - Where is the best place to host reports given the following limitations?
Hello All,
I am going to box everyone in a little bit here but where is the best place to host reports given the following restrictions:
Cannot be within a BPF
Cannot be accessed from via the EPM folders
The crux of here is that some of our end users only want to go and run reports much like you would in a traditional BI environment. Given that BPC has no concept of a portal page for hosting such reports we need the next best thing. Currently we are posting reports to the documents folder but the downside of this is that we need a distinct copy of a report for each environment (DEV, QA, PROD) which is quite unfortunate. Coming from a traditional the seems ridiculous.

I am attempting to redact a large pdf file. When I open the file, it has a bar across the top with the message "please fill out the following form". I can mark redactions, but when I attempt to apply them I get a message saying, "In order to proceed Digital Signatures must be removed and the document must be fully authorized. Do you want to make these changes and continue?" I click "ok". Then I get a message saying, "an internal error occurred." How do I get around this problem?
You cannot redact a signed document. This is because one of the things signatures guarantee is access to the OLDER document (i.e. there will be an unredacted copy in there).
In general you cannot remove signatures, but sometimes you can. Look under the Signatures tab (right click on left vertical bar if there isn't one) to see if it is removable. -

Thanks in advance.The name field is used for identifying this form on the client side, such as through javascript DOM operations (like document.forms.mainForm2 would locate the form in question).
The onSubmit attribute defines a javascript function that will occur when the 'onsubmit' event of the form is given. The 'onsubmit' event occurs when a submit button is pushed or when a javascript .submit() method is called on the form. The function called my the onsubmit event should return a boolean value: "true" means that submission should continue, and "false" means that the form should not be submitted.

I've setup my SharePoint 2013 farm to allow to support InfoPath Services, however when I try to publish a form I keep getting the following error:
InfoPath cannot save the following form: https://pathto.com/form/library/file.xsn
Network Problems are preventing this file from being saved. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator.
I've confirmed there's no firewall between my Windows 8.1 workstations (where I'm running InfoPath 2013 from) and the Windows Server 2012 server that's hosting the SharePoint 2013 farm. Any insight would be much appreciated.Hi,
I recommend to verify the things below:
Check if the WebClient service is started. If not, start the WebClient service.
Use another user account to publish the InfoPath form to see how it works.
Check if the form library is a valid library in the browser. If not, publish the form to a valid library.
Check ULS log for detailed error message.

Infopath cannot save the following form - this document library was either renamed or deleted
Hi there,
I'm working in InfoPath 2013, using a remote desktop connection to a Windows 7 machine publishing to an on-prem SharePoint 2013 server.
When creating my form, I go to publish it to a form library and get the following error:
InfoPath cannot save the following form http://myformlocationandname This document library was either renamed or deleted, or network problems are preventing the file from being saved. If this problem persists, please contact your network administrator
I've tried updating a library, creating a new library, but neither work. I can however, edit a list and customise the form to then publish back without a problem.
If anyone could offer any advice, I'd be very grateful! :-)

Standart GR/IR report with the following fields?
Hi All,
Transaction FBL3N gives a list of open GR/IR items at a keydate. However, I'm looking for the following fields to appear in the output
Purchasing doc#, line item, Vendor number, vendor name, Material, Quantity, Accounting document no., Document date and Amount.
I've tried adding certain fields using the Layout option but still havent got all these fields together. Is there any standard SAP report which would give me this output or would I need to develop a custom report?
I also tried ABAP query but there;s no link between an accounting document and Purchase order apart from the "Assignment" field in the BSEG table which has purchase orderno. and line item combined into a single text field.

There is no specific standard report for getting the details required by you.
In FBL3N you will get only the FI vendor line items but all the details required by you is not possible.
BUT you can go for the ABAP Report.
TABLES: RSEG,EKKO, EKPO, EKBE, BSAK
Use the "Object key" = (MM invoice number along with fiscal year it comes10+4 is length of the field take the invoice number use the same in RSEG and you will get the the PO details and material details)field in the BSAK for linking both the BSAK and RSEG

Well you can opt for ALV display...
You want to generate report based on plant data..
Once the user enters the plant, you can extract the remaining info from table MARA, QALS, EKKO.
The radio buttons will decide your selection critera.
I dont think any functional guy will give you everthing spoon feeded. You will have to explore those tables and the relevant fields.
In case you are finding it to difficult to get the relations between the tables or finding list of tables,
i shall send u docs which will help u solve the problem.

Any suggestions why ?ORA-20001 isn't an Oracle error message it was coded into your application by a developer: Look it up.
Consider too the following:
EXCEPTION
WHEN NO_DATA_FOUND THEN NULL;so if the employee identifier is not found ... is this really what you want? If an employee isn't valid shouldn't you know it?
