Report Internal Error....

Hi,
I am tryint to develop a matrix group report.
With One group at the top
1)(Customer Info)
Inside the cross product group
1)And the Row Group (Resource Info)
2)And the Column Group (Period )
outside the cross product group.
1)Cell Info (Visit Info)
I created a manual layout for the report.
When I try to execute the report.... Come up with the following error....
REP - 1761 : Internal error <rggrtr-3> while processing the group 'G_RESOURCE_NAME'.
Any help regarding handling this error.

Cause
Catalog manager online mode operations are restricted to the logged-in user only (even the Administrator user). The Administrator user can not have permissions to manage the other users private folders like /users/xxx (username); therefore, when trying to create a catalog report for all users by selecting the "/users" folder or root "/" it will throw a Null pointer exception in the Catalog Manager tool due to the lack of access permissions. As a result, the error " An internal error occurred during: "Catalog Report" " occurs.

Solution
A patch has been created to avoid the error when launching the Catalog Manager in online mode. Instead, an error is logged when the logged in user does not have access to the catalog items.

Create Catalog Report Internal Error.

Hi,
I am trying to create a catalog report using Catalog Manager (OBI EE 10.1.3.4.1).
There are several folders and for one, I am getting 'An internal error occurred during: "Catalog Report"' message. I am not able to understand reason behind it.
There is a difference that I have observed with this particular folder. Like others, it is under shared folder. However, below this folder (name - sample_folder), there is a sub-folder '\'. None of the other folders under the shared folder have this sub-folder.
The owner of this sub-folder '\' is 'System Account'. Its attributes are 'Hidden, System'. The value of 'My Permissions' (when logged in as Administrator) is 'Read'. The path for this folder is '/shared/sample_folder/\/'.
Also, when I click the sub-folder in the 'Table' pane (on the right hand side of the Catalog Manager), I can take some action (like see permissions, properties). But when I click the sub-folder in the 'Tree' pane (on the left hand side of the Catalog Manager), an error is thrown "Path not found ('/shared/sample_folder/\/')".
I am not sure about this sub-folder (what it is, who created it, etc.). And I doubt that it might be causing problem while creating a Catalog Report for the main folder - sample_folder.
Is anyone aware of the issue? Could you please let me know?

Internal Error occurred while calling the ProcessDPCommands API

We have installed Business Objects XI with MySQL. We are getting following error when we click on view query on the WEBI Reports
" Internal Error occurred while calling the ProcessDPCommands API Error WIS 30270".
When we change the CMS database to ORACLE everything works fine it looks like some issues when CMS database is MYSQL
Please hep to fix this problem

ISE failed to send Guest Email. Internal Error

I'm having problems to send email when I create guest accounts. ISE reports "Internal Error encountered. Please contact administrator or help desk"
How can I troubleshoot, what is going on?

Check your SMTP Server Settings for Email Notifications
To set the SMTP server, complete the following steps:
Step 1 From the Cisco ISE Administrator interface, choose Administration > System > Settings > SMTP Server. The SMTP Server Settings page appears.
Step 2 In the SMTP Server field, type the host name of the outbound SMTP server to which you need to deliver email. For the email notification to function appropriately, the SMTP host server must be accessible from the Cisco ISE server. The maximum length for this field is 60 characters.
Step 3 Choose the Enable Notifications option to enable mail functionality globally.
Step 4 Choose Use email address from Sponsor, to send guest notification email from the email address of the sponsor.
Step 5 If you want to specify a different email address, choose Use Default email address and type the email address from which you want guest notification emails to be sent (for example, [email protected]).
Step 6 Click Save.

Bug report: ube_ipa: internal error when compiling with -xO5

When compiling imlib2-1.1.2, one source file causes compilation to fail with the following error message:

The command which fails is (probably wrapped):

Changing -xO5 to -xO4 works around the problem. The source file in question is imlib2-1.1.2/loaders/loader_tiff.c
Patch 112756-10 has been applied, and doesn't correct the problem. GCC doesn't have any problem compiling the file.
A quick note to any Sun employees reading this: it took me 45 minutes to find somewhere to submit this bug report. Searching sun.com for "submit bug report" turned up many forum postings where people asked "Where do I submit bug reports?", a bug report form for Sun One Java Studio, and not much else. It might be in your interest to make submitting bugs easier.

Internal errors, such as the one you encountered, are generally considered compiler bugs. They indicate that the compiler reached an unexpected state and therefore bailed out. I opened bug 20703141: internal error: pic_relocs(): hh reltype? to investigate. I see the same error message emitted by the current Studio development release; I will update this thread if I find a work-around.

Internal error when try to display Interactive Report

Hello Gurus
I'm facing problem with displaying Interactive Reports in Web GUI (CRM 2007). When I try to open existing report or new created one, I see on the display area error "Load failed, Internal error" (no other system errors)
I think all configuration is done well, I have checked it by reports: Z_OLTP_CONFIG_CHECK and Z_OLTP_CONFIG_CHECK_BI, and except error DataSource /CRMBW/BOOL_TEXT is not active, everything is ok.
By the way - how can active this data source, while I can't find it anywhere, even in repository (RSA5)?
I thought maybe problem is with my browser or Flash player, but other functionalities uses flash work good (ie. key figures).
Any hints?

Internal error publishing Crystal report to BOE 3.1

Trying to add a Crystal report to a BOE 3.1 server, via a JSP page, but it keeps failing with an internal error. Currently I am using code that came directly from a published example, but the jsp always fails when it gets to the boInfoStore.commit.
Current error message is
An internal error occurred. An error was encountered. A description of the error
is as follows:
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.managedreports.reportadd.internal.b: Adding
Crystal Report "TestUpload.rpt" failed. An internal error occurred.
I searched extensively and found people with similar errors due to version errors in required jar files, but I have checked extensively and I am sure all the jar files are in sync with the server, which is 3.1 SP6.
When I take the exact same java code and copy it into a program object, I can run it successfully, it just won't run when called from jsp. Any suggestions?

Please try the attached sample to publish a crystal report to enterprise.
Convert the attached text file to JSP & do the necessary changes in the sample & if you want you can also add multiple crystal report path from your local disk in the code to publish in the enterprise in one go.

SQL reporting - An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError)

I have created an RDL file programatically. When I execute the code I get the error as mentioned below:
Error: Sub report cannot be shown.
An internal error occurred on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError)
When I copy and paste the code of RDL file into new RDL file and try to preview the output I get correct result.
Note: The new RDL file does not give any error if the output is seen using preview tab but it gives the error only when executed from report viewer or from internet explorer.
Any Suggestion/feedback is highly appreciated.

How to resolve "Internal error: ABAP Report cannot be loaded" error

When I am trying to debug BSP page, in debugging mode it shows "Internal error: ABAP Report cannot be loaded" error and then dumps.

Hi Sunil,
The reason for this could be anything, anyways look up for an OSS note with the error message first.
As a workaround, you can try to use the classic debugger instead of the new ABAP debugger and see if it works.
You should be logged into SAP via SAP GUI when you are debugging BSP.

Webi report throwing 500 internal error when run

hi all,
when i tried to run one of my report , it is throwing 500 internal error INF; the same does not happen with ohter reports in the same folder.
can someone help on this. I am admin with full rights who is not able to perfom this.
informations:
BO XI3.1 sp3 fp 3.2
bo installed on one seperate server. and hosted on websphere.. and other web deployments made on websphere again.

this report is using merge cells and cross tabs which is a bug in the product till XIR3 SP3 FP3.2 so an upgrade to FP3.5 will fix this issue. again. this does not happen with all the reports.
this is the solution given the SAP vendor.

GR224 Report Painter: Internal error when converting a report

Using FAGL_RMIGR transaction I've trasferred report 8A3-0010 in a
custom library ZXX. The migration happened without error messages. I've
tryed then to run report FL3-0010 by GRR3 transaction but error message

Diagnosis
During the internal compilation of a Report Painter report to a
Report Writer report, sets are generated. This caused an error in the
subprogramm GENERATE_ROW_MULTI. The return code was 7.

The report could not be generated and/or saved.

detailed information describing the circumstances in which this
error

in the report definition you use many characteristics in the general selection by using selection variables.
Kindly note that there is a restriction for characteristics in the general data selection - actually only the single values can be
transferred. All these characteristics for which you require 'All values' should be moved to the the rows instead the general data selection.

Standard report throws the error - 'LOAD FAILED, INTERNAL ERROR'

When i run lead origin report or any other standard report, the error says 'LOAD FAILED, INTERNAL ERROR' as mentioned in screen shot. The same i checked in QA server too and error analysis says ''define the correct currency default is EURO''
All the standard reports has the same problem.

The above is my log file pls find it resolve my problem,am trying to add the encryption key to my configuration seetings it will through the error like The profile you were used is temporary profile.

Postscript report fail - REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle toolkit

Hi,
I am receiving the error REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit when I am running a conc. program with postscript as output. I changed Active Users program and tested it. It failed.
Metalink says DISPLAY issue. I ran the concurrent program - "Prints environment variable values" giving DISPLAY as variable. I received a value. like <hostname>:0.0
What could be the issue?
Release - 11.5.10.2
OS -Linux
Apache, Forms on 1 Node, Concurrent Manager on the second one.
Database - 10g R2 on Unix.
