User requirement is that the report S_ALR_87012357 should pull the name of the vendor or to whomever it is issued?
How to reslove the issue? Please guide.

Hi Sridhar,
All SAP standard ECC 6.0 TAX reports having facility to get business partner number and their address through selection screen. Check it out there is one out put list tab and in that you needs to create configure ,which layout you want to display. In that layout several fileds are predefined by SAP,so you can create layout,whichever your business want.

In se 38 when u open ur program,in the application toolbar u have a button beside the where-used list button as display object list.on clicking this button,a window will be opened at the left most corner for repository browser,in this u can find any tranasctions,fileds,screens,dictionary structures defined for the program.
if any transaction is created for the program u can find it under the transaction folder.

Overwrite crystal report file name with new version but keep history

I am writing a Crystal Reports .NET SDK in C# code to upload a crystal report files from its destination to CMC folder on BO XI R2 Platform.
On "Upload Button" click_event, validate the two check boxes controls named "Keep History", and "Remove History". Once "Keep History" check box is selected, check If the SAME report file name exists in the same destination CMC folder, if Yes, overwrite it BUT Keep the History and all its associated objects like "recurring objects". If "Remove History" is selected, then remove the existing report and upload the new report file name.
Please provide me some codes on how to do this task. This is definitely a "WIN" - "WIN" effort and contribution to my Team Goals.
P.S. This is a similar scenario when you are uploading report on BO Enterprise R2 CMC.
When Uploading a new report to a folder but same report file name exists, the BO System will promt message "Report File Name" already exists. Do you want to Overwrite it?" If Yes, then system will overwrite the file but it will keep the history and recurring objects.

Standard report S_ALR_87012357 "Advance Return on tax Sales/Purchases"

Dear Friends,
I am facing issues in the standard report S_ALR_87012357 "Advance Return on tax Sales/Purchases" where I am trying to pull the tax posting report for the current period.Here I would like to see the tax postings which are done with the custom t code ZFB01L (mass upload of data) which is the replica of FB01L. The issue here I see is, any postings done via custom t code with tax code does not appear in the standard report t code S_ALR_87012357. Please advice whether is there any alternative transaction code or program where in I can get all tax postings similar to this standard report or do we have to create a custom t code to get such report with the help of ABAPer.

This report should display all item related to Tax if they posted with tax code . Can you please check below things
1) your custom program with correct tax code .
2) When you run report for tax you do not exclude some Tax code .
3) Please check reporting country in report and check that docuemnt loaded in same reporting country tax code thrugh custmon program ,

I have an html form that allows putting in a parameter. Upon
submit the form, it'll pass a string URL with the parameter to a
new browser.

But I get an Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot
be served at this time. Oracle Reports Server CGI - Reports
Server name is not specified.
However, if I move the cursor to the end of the same url (or put
a space at the end) and hit Enter, then the report is
displayed. I guess there must be something wrong with my
configuration. Please help. I appreciated any inputs from you.

I found the solution to my problem. It was nothing to do with
the cgicmd.dat keymap file, but the html form itself. It's
confused between the url arguments and form arguments from the
submit button. So, what I did was open a new window with all
arguments instead of using the submit function.

VAT Tax report S_ALR_87012357

I am running Report S_ALR_87012357 for VAT Tax report, but the report is displaying the Tax base amount twice on the report. I have observed that, if there is more then one tax code used in the document level (exp: V0, V1) then its displaying the tax base amount repeating the line items, once with the amount and once with the amount and tax value.
please guide me whats wrong with the report or there any issue in document level.

Please also check field HWBAS(Tax Base Amount in Local Currency) in Table BSET (Tax Data Document Segment)

Report S_ALR_87012357 not showing VAT amount for directly entered FI items

Hello experts,
In our system, the VAT and sales amount are calculated in another system (not ERP)
The VAT amount together with sales amount is transferred to FI via the standard iDoc ACC_DOCUMENT03
The problem that occur is that the report S_ALR_87012357 cannot calculate/display the VAT for such FI documents.
When posting FI document in FI, this is not a problem, then VAT is displayed correctly in S_ALR_87012357
How can we get around this problem?
Is is even possible with iDocs?

I do believe the issue to be with authorization account so i will dig further to see if i can fix it.

How to find out SSRS report server name

I'm trying to follow the steps for using SSRS web services (http://ssrstutorials.blogspot.com/2012/10/lesson-12-using-ssrs-web-services.html).
In Step 3:
Click advanced--> add web reference -- url - http://localhost/reportserver/reportservice2005.asmx
(replace localhost with your report server name).
How do I know what's my report server name?

Sorry for that mark an incorrect reply as an answer.
The reply suggested by Akbar is about Instance Name, not report server name. Based on my further research, I find that the Reporting Services server name is the computer name which install
the report server. So we can try to click Start button, right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties. Under Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings, you can find your computer name.

Report does not display data

I have a crystal XI report that when run will not display data; if the report should be six pages that is the number of pages that will be generated. The problem is that the pages show up as blank. If the blank pages are exported the exported file will contain data, if the report is sent to a printer the report will contain data, but no data is ever displayed on the screen. This report has been loaded on 15 other computer and runs perfectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way if this user logs in remotely and runs this report it will display data.

A few ideas;
1) Make sure you are working with [SP 6|https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100015859952009E/crxir2win_sp6.exe].
You are on SP 2...

2) Try different resolutions
3) Try to see if there is an updated video driver
4) Make sure there is a default printer driver installed.
5) Run [Modules|https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100006252802008E/modules.zip] see if there are any differences in dlls loading on a box that works and the one that does not (CR and non CR dlls).

Report that would display difference against BOM and Final Prod Orders

Is there a report that would display BOM and Final Materials that are used in production orders?

You can use COOIS as well as CO28 for this.
In COOIS, select 'Components' in the 'List'.
Give desired selection input & execute.
In CO28, select 'Components in the initial screen.
In the next screen give input as required & execute.

Tax Reporting Date for Cz Republic in report S_ALR_87012357/RFUMSV00

Hi All,
We activated Tax reporting date as per SAP Note 1023317. However we are not able to see in the report "S_ALR_87012357 / RFUMSV00" tax reporting date column which should show which document has which date assigned to it. I executed the report with tax reporting date.
Please help me to find out how to get the column in this report.

Report S_ALR_87012357

Hi Gurus,
I am having issue with Report S_ALR_87012357. This report is not picking up the invoice posted during a period, but reversed in the next period. Eg. Invoice date is 15th Jan, 2008 and this is reversed in 13th Feb, 2008. if i run the report with the parameters of Co.code and Posting dates from Jan 1st to 31st Jan., above invoice is not getting picked.
Any one knows why this item is not picked up in the report.
