Reports for Taxes
Dear Experts,
When i run me2N i get a report for the purchase orders created and the amounts. But these amounts dont include the taxes like VAT.
For instance, If the PO is of Rs 100 and there are multiple taxes of say 20% (in total), then the i need the total PO value to be shown as 120 but system is showing a 100
Is there a standard report for this if so please advice.

Unfortunately this report shows me the details after the transaction is done.
What we need, is this, I create a PO of Rs 100 today, the delivery of that Po is in 6 months, I am wanting to see that when i run a report, I see that the Rs 100 PO is having a Rs 20 tax to be paid, Hence the total will be 10020 =120. right now in Me2n I see the amoutn as Rs 100 and not 10020 =120

I have a situation where i have many branches sales offices in different States, but in SAP we have created only one plant for one state and we have created Storage Locations for other states Branch offices. Now the issue is, from other branches (States) also my client used to raise Vendor Invoices and Customer Billing document, So they need separate report for Input/Output Tax.
Shall i use business Place for other states under one Plant?? Is this is possible? OR in my case how can i get separate reports for Taxes for different states (Storage Locations).
Kindly suggest.

I dont think business place will help in your case since we assign business places to plant. So in your case you have only one plant.
Which tax procedure are you using ?
How system calculates different taxes in case of different states ?

Regarding Report for Tax Returns Details
Dear Experts...
to check the report of tax returns I am using "Zstar" T-code,
i have given the respective values i.e.,
Company code
Region
Form
Fiscal year
Posting Period
and then by clicking on execute i can find some values in value excluding vat, vat due (in sales) and value excluding vat , vat claimed( in purchases)
My question is from where these values are picking and help me out to check effect of the related documents.
For reference i have attached the screen shot.
Note: i haven't maintained any values in my testing client, but i can find values in my production client.

TCd. Zstar which you use is not an SAP standard transaction, as far as I know.
So it is not possible to tell you, what data is read by the program.
You have to check this with colleague who has done the programming.

Some of the reports are readily available in legal reports of SAP B1 which are designed in XL reports. And some of the reports you need to create through Query Generator.

Vendor payments report for a month
Dear all,
is there any built report that would show all the vendor payments in a month with the date it has been debited our account?
I tried with FAGLL03, but the date of the ZP document created by F110 can be different from the date of the ZR docs, that show the value date of the transaction.
I would need this report for tax calculations, but if I filter for ZR doc types, the vendor name won't be populated and I can't VLOOKUP for it as it has different clearing number.
Any ideas?

You would need to have Bank recon in place on realtime basis. So at the end of day, the bank sends you the statement file. Now you will probably need to build in a custom report which will check that for a payment document, if the entry has been posted in the main Bank GL, which will happen only once the bank statement file is uploaded in SAP.

Query for tax calculation.
Hi All
I want to know if it's possible to do calculation using the unit price field in Purchase Order.
This is what I want to test
I insert unit price then select the Taxable UDF option (Yes) then the Total(LC) Field ( Standard B1 field must display the amount plus 14% vat and when I select Not taxable it must not apply the 14 % vat.
The reason why i'm doing this is the client is not a vat vendor ( they dont have to report for tax) so this is just a workaround that i have to expense the whole amount.
And how to use variables when you want to write a query... like (unit price x 0.14)
Please any suggestions are welcome.....

The calculated amount must appear in the line total field as this field is used for document totaling.

The document total must display the total amount inclusive of VAT , the VAT field must not include any info

If you want to check amounts of withholding tax for the vendors, you have some options to view it. You can access the WITH_ITEM, LFC1 tables by SE16. You have too the S_P00_07000134 report. This report is developed for the Colombia but I already used for the another country with the ABAP development for this country.
Also you can use table join BSIK and WITH_ITEM by SQVI for the open items and BSAK and WITH_ITEM for cleared items. It is more simple and fast.

Use Report MIR5
MIR5 - Display List of Invoice Documents
You can use the report Display List of Invoice Documents (RMMR1MDI; transaction code MIR5) to display a list of the invoice documents.
In addition to the existing program Invoice Overview (transaction code MIR6), here you have extended selection criteria and display options:
o Gross invoice amount
o Unplanned delivery costs
o Currency key
o Exchange rate
o Entry date
o Entry time
o Choice between invoice and credit memo
o One-time customer with a one-time account
In the Invoice Overview program you can also change invoices, whereas in this report you only have display options.
By entering the following data you can increase your selection criteria:
o Entry type
o Invoice status
o Restrictions
Output: -
In the output list, the report displays the numbers of the posted and the parked invoice documents. The system does not display invoice documents that do not have a corresponding FI document, for example, invoice documents that are planned for verification in the background, or that have already been verified with errors.
From the output list, you can display the following:
o Invoice document
o FI document or list of FI documents
If more than one FI document is assigned to an invoice document, then you can display a list of all corresponding FI documents.
o List of all follow-on documents for an invoice document. -
WT reporter does not show split for tax authorities!
Dear all:
I need to report for all employees some WTs of taxes, but wt reporter does not show the splits for them (to distinguish federal from statal authorities payments), it is like summarises all the same WTs... I tried payroll recon. report but this one does not output the data in ALV format (im in 4.6 version) so it is not useful to run in bulk
Do you have any work around for this?
I would appreciate any tip or workaround on this,

1. Allocated costs are always treated as Fixed costs, unless you have booked the expenses in FI using Activity Type as Aux Account assignment object
2. Check whether these costs are included in Inventory valuation in your Cost Comp Str in OKTZ... If not relevant for inv valuation, these costs wont show up for Variance calculations

You have to table join in SQVI - VBRP for Billing date, Billing doc no, Net value, Tax Amount and BSEG for payment updation details.
Take the help of ABAPer and develop a zee report to fulfill the requirement.

I would like to know few things in regards the VAT report S_ALR_87012357 report - Advance Return for Tax on sales and purchase:
(1) What information brings the S_ALR_87012357 report?
(2) As of now this report displays tax against vendor line item and not expense line item. Is there any other report that shows all the positions lines affected to tax?
(3) Is it possible that the tax line stays only in the expense line account and not in the vendor line account or not any intercompany line account?
(4) Is it possible S_ALR_87012357 report shows information about the tax allocanted in expense accounts and not in vendor accounts?

I am unsure how the SAP is setup in your organisation. S_ALR_87012357 should pick up expenses selection as well.

1099 Report for OTV - Classic Withholding Tax
Hello Members,
We run on SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6 and use the classic withholding tax functionality.
Wondering what the rest of the world with classic setup is using for 1099-MISC reporting for one time vendors ?
Currently we follow a cumbersome process of pulling FBL1N report (which doesn't have otv address information), and then FCHN to get vendor address details. With this we change a vendor and update the master data and payment document withholding information in QAS to print the paper form from QAS.
I read a few of the forums and the idea I get is, if the vendor is to be 1099 reported, it should be a standard vendor.
Questions:
1) Any standard functionality available within classic setup for 1099 MISC reporting of OTV ?
2) Does using extended functionality make OTV reporting any better
3) Any best practices that you are following which you think is better than ours ?

US Withholding tax report for 1099M missing amount
HI all,
When i run the 1099M Listing using S_ALR_87012143 for year 2009 with clearing date of 1/1/09 to 12/31/09 for one vendor,
it shows the cleared and open items TOTAL correctly. This includes one document with posting date of 12/31/2008 and the clearing date is 1/6/2009. The rest of the included documents are with 2009 posting dates and clearing dates.
However, when i run the US: WIthholding tax report for 1099M for this vendor for 2009, although the clearing date is 1/1/09 to 12/31/09, it did not show the correct total. It is missing the amount for one document with posting date of 12/31/2008 and clearing date of 1/6/2009. Is there anyway i could get this missing amount to be included for the year 2009 ?
The tax report is using: S_PL0_09000314 ( RFW1099M ).
Please advise.
