Repository Metrics - Is mine broken or is this the norm? *FIXED*

Question

Setup->Management Services and Repository
On the table for Repository DBMS Job Status
Lists the entry "Repository Metrics" but "Next Scheduled Run" is blank. All others have dates and corresponding jobs in sysman dbms_jobs. Is this some feature that was disabled in 10.2.0.3 (looking at the last run date of the data in the metrics) or am I missing a dbms_job?
