Hi to all
i have a report based on Time management , here i have a fields like ,start date and end date , and time in and time out , i have to calculate a no of absent days , how can i calculate , and they want to selection screen like Start Date ...to End date , and another for psno., is it possible to give a two selection screen in one screen , if yes then can u give me a step by step procedure for that
plz help me , i will assign a point

Hi,
As per my knowledge it is not possible to give two selection screen in one screen.
If you have field start date , end date and psno in your report. You can
restrict those field with corresponding variables, so that when you run the report it will show selection screen with 3 fields(start date, end date, psno).
you must create variables for 3 fields.

Variance calculation repport (KKS2) different to variance line items (KOB3)

Hi, need your help.
I´ve run variance calculation (KKS2) for one production order, one target cost version and it has calculated correctly all cost element variances. However, when I display variance line items (KOB3) for this order with the same target cost version used in KKS2, calculation is´t correct for all cost element and if I compare it with KKS2 repport, it displays different values. Does anyone know why?

The company I´am working for had activated "write line Items" (OKV1) after the golive,
Scrap check box is activate in variance key,

I would suggest raise an OSS msg then.. Because i dont see any possible reason why this could happen
In my case, the only discrepancy I found was variance doc was posted to FI and not to COPA because the user did not execute variance calculation in update mode.. So, variance got posted in FI, but not in COPA...
But the posted values always matched in my case,,,

How to import XML repport in Excel 2007

Hi,
I am trying to import an XML repport form TestStand Inside Excel 2007.
I have the stylesheet givent by NI (as requested in the help for Excel 2010 version), which is working fine inside an HTML browser (<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="D:\[...]\atp.xsl"?>)
My problem is that Excel complains that there is not stylesheet, and creates on that is totally non usable. Does somebody already experience this kind of troubles ?

SOCO completion status. How I can see that status in a SC repport

I have completed a shopping cart (SC) in the sourcing cockpit.
How can I see the completed status in the shopping cart or in a shopping cart repport.
I can do not see it in
BBP_BW_SC4 - Shopping Carts per Cost Center
BBP_BW_SC3 - Shopping Carts per Product
Nor in SC Check status

Hi Marta,
You can see the status only if you have SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE role with Check status transaction attached to it.I feel that you are using some Z role where check status transaction is not maintained.
You can check your roles in SU01 transaction role tab.

BI publisher report : why "Database Usage Tracking Summary" repport is empty ?

I'me using BI publisher intergated to Grid Control12c (R3), trying to get "Database Usage Tracking Summary" report folowing Oracle documentation (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/doc.121/e24473/usage_reports.htm#EMADM13568)
And I have 2 problems :
1) FTPburst delivery is not working, sftp is configured but still have the folowing error

Thank You for your quick reply. The table permission was alright.
Its very strange that, we configure usage tracking in obiee 11.1.1.6.0 using enterprise manager and that how all document says. And then it should automatically update the "NQSCONFIG.INI". But it was not updated there. So we need to change all configuration settings in both "Enterprise Manager" and also in the "NQSCONFIG.INI". Then it works fine!!

Install crystal repport 2011 client hungs and how to uninstall it manually

Dear Experts,
i want to know whether there are some way to uninstall crystal report 2011 client manually?
IT has re-image my OS to win7 with crystal 2008 viewer on my laptop, and when i installed crystal report 2011 client i didn't notice that i have crystal 2008 installed on my laptop.
After i click on the setup program of crystal report 2011, the install window didn't tell me there is an old version, so i continue to install it but stuck at "tp.microsoft.msxml-4.0-core-32,14.0.0.760" steps for most 5 hours( no error messages, just seems stopped at there). I wish to cancel it, but the cancel button is greyed so i have to kill the process in task manager. After that i re-tried the installation and use remove feature to uninstall my crystal 2011, it succeed. I reinstall it again and it stucks at .microsoft.msxml-4.0-core-32,14.0.0.760 again(i suspect maybe the 2008 impact the installation, still don't know which can impact here. I found one post SAP CRYSTAL REPORTS 2011 installation error has problem while install cr 2011, but i didn't get any error.)
Then i found i have a crystal 2008 viewer installed so i uninstalled it , and reinstall crystal 2011, but i got errors like runtime error.
Could any one help here how i can manually uninstall the crystal 2011? The setup program is not working for me anymore.

As far as I know, there is no seperate uninstaller for Crystal Reports. You can try couple of options as below:
1) Download Microsoft Windows Installer and Cleanup Utility, install and try to remove CR 2011 using this utility
2) If option 1 doesn't work, you could try the following steps at your discretion:
Uninstall the Program using available method
Go to Registry Editor and remove any Businessobjects or Crystal Reports reference under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > " and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE >"
Go to Program Files and delete any folders on Crystal Reports. Also check under Common Files

Repport conditional formatting

We used BIP 10.1.3.4.2.
We want to change the size font and other parameters conditioning from data in XML file;
We used a font reference in our template :
Name     :xdo-font.XMLPScript.normal.normal
Type     :Text
Value     :truetype./tmp/fonts/XMLPScript.ttf
We received a tag in our xml <fontType>TestFont.ttf</fontType> to define the font.
We would like to know if this is allowed to update the name of the font file with the data in XML file,then the report generate with the fontTestfont.ttf instead of XMLPScript.ttf ?

OBIEE 11g - create dashboard with Answers Analyse and BI Publisher Repport

I have one question . I create dashboard in OBIEE 11g .In my dashboard have one analyse and one bip report .I create one prompt filter , that changes the both .But I wanted when i click in analysis and change it, this change is reflected in the Report . Is this possible?

I am talking about object permissions in the catalog (eg. Folder permissions..). This is in addition to the permissions for the data source.
You need to be able to view the folders from where you can select the analysis as a data source in the BI publisher report.
Here is an excerpt from the Guide:
For a role to access an object in the catalog, the role must be granted Read permissions on both the object and the folder in which the object resides. Permissions can be granted at the folder level and applied to all the objects and subfolders it contains, or applied to individual objects.
To grant catalog permissions to a role:
Navigate to the Catalog.
Locate the folder or object on which you wish to grant permissions and click More. From the menu, select Permissions. Alternatively, you can select the folder and click Permissions in the Tasks region.

Printed repport not readable

Hi,
on FSCM8, tools 8.43,
when user run a report on PDF and visualize , it is correct and readable. But When user prints it from Peoplesoft Interface , the print (on paper) is not readable.

when I launch the t.code FEBC, SAP provides me a list of report among which I've to choose the one I need.
But the list doesn't contain the report RFEBIT00..... How to add it to the list?

How to repport Wi-Fi issue to Apple via e-mail after updating to Yosemite

Can anyone provide please an e-mail address to Apple Support? I'm having an issue with my late 2012, 21.5" i-Mac randomly dropping Wi-Fi connection after installing Yosemite iOS. I can't understand why Apple is making so difficult to send them a feedback or complaint about their product. I have been struggling to get my computer up and running again for over a week. I did try almost all of remedies available on the Apple Forum without any success. I and my family have been supporting Apple for many years by purchasing their products. We spent several thousand of dollars and as loyal customer would like to get some help. I guess Apple is only interested about our money not to provide any form of support or help. Their software development division is a joke. Couple of weeks ago I lost all my of data and got my i-Pad 3 in a recovery mode while trying to update to iOS 8.0.1 which was pulled out of a network while I was updating. Supporting Apple doesn't make sense anymore because they do not support their customers the way they should. Thank you.

How to deploy dicoverer repport to 10g Application server

We just installed 10g Application server, but we don't know how to deploy discoverer reports th it? Please help.

Yes I am trying to accomplish the same thing. We created a 10g Apps Server but only loaded the Forms and Reports Services. We have a license for Discoverer 904 and install software for client desktops, but would like to use the Apps Server version.
Can I integrate DiscovererAS into my existing server without haveing to install the complete EE ???? ANd for that matter, if I do have to go that route, how do I uninstall the "Bare bones" FormsReportsServices10g ??? I'm a complete newbie so please bear with me... thanks
