Planned order and purchase req
Hi,
I have created a planned order and a pur req for a product in APO
The ava date for the plnd order is 28.02.2011 and same for the Pur req
The GR processing time was earlier 3 days when the proposals were generated . Now I see that the user has changed to 1 day in R/3
So there is a diff in the ava date for the planned order and the pu req in APO and R/3
In APO it is 28.02.2011 and in R/3 it is 26.02.2011.
I am able to see this in the CCR
Does this mean that the proposals on getting CIFF'ed to R/3, have picked the new GR processing time from R/3 and adopted the new availablity date in R/3
for this to happen, is a BOM explosion required again or just the CIF of the proposals to R/3 will do or anything else is influencing this activity?
kindly explain
Thanks,
SS

Hello group!
Configuration:
Oracle 8.1.7
XDK 9.0.0.0.0(beta)
We use XSQL Servlet scripts (great framework!). We tried to provide single entry point into our webapp. We want to replace XSQLServlet class, and gain control of our servlet environment (transactions, thread synchronization, logs...).
Problem is, if we replace XSQLServlet class with our own class (which extends HttpServlet), we can't use XSQLPageProcesor directly because it is declared private for XSQLServlet package.
So, we try to use XSQLRequest class and construct an instance with XSQLServletPageRequest as parameter and then call XSQLRequest.process().
It works ,but ...
When we attach object with setRequestObject (), requestProcessed is never called.
Why? We mist something?
If we use XSQLRequest (URL url), must we handle sessions, request parameters, cookies ...?
Where is the best place to put pre/post processing of request?
Thanks in advance
Tomi
nullWe found just XSQLPageRequest.setRequestObject(), that we already try to use (first post in thread).
We associate *.xsql with our HttpServlet because we want to transparently add controller object(s), and we want to turn this feature off in servlet engine config whenever we want. If we forward it (getServletContext().getRequestDispatcher().forward()), with same name and extension ...
Some code:
public void doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
throws ServletException, IOException
XSQLServletPageRequest req = new XSQLServletPageRequest(request, response, myContext);
//TransactionController implements the XSQLRequestObjectListener
req.setRequestObject("transaction",new TransactionController(req));
XSQLRequest xsqlrequest = new XSQLRequest(request.getRequestURI(), req);
try
xsqlrequest.process(response.getOutputStream() ,new PrintWriter(System.err));
catch(Exception ex)
ex.printStackTrace();
return;
}When we call XSQLRequest.process, servlet response just fine (except we lost default encoding windows-1250?).
TransactionController is properly attached, but requestProcessed is never called.
We found why. Maybe?
XSQLRequest.process call createNestedRequest from XSQLServletPageRequest, and then setIncludingRequest.
This seems like little overhead :)
We just want to keep our XSQL Scripts clean from including controllers via custom actions in every page.
Can we do that?
Anybody tried something similar?
Thanks for your time
Tomi

Invoke BPEL process using a java client - NullPointerException
Hi, We are trying to call a BPEL process using a java client from our Web Application. For some reason the BPEL engine just logs a NullPointerException and exits.
The same SOAP request when through SOAP UI tool works great.
Any help in resolving this is highly appreciated!

-----------------Hi,
Please ensure that you include the SOAP Header "SOAPAction" in your request. Most importantly, the value for that should be enclosed within double quotes.
For eg;
req.setRequestHeader("SOAPAction", '"process"'); -

Regarding Costing in External processing operation in production Order
Hi Everybody,
We are trying to do sub contracting through external processing operation in production order. In brief, we are creating a production order which contains just one operation and when the prod.order gets released, it creates a purchase req through external processing operation. Pur.Req is being converted to Pur.Order with all the Raw's which we are going to send to Sub Contractor..
The costing issues we are facing are
1. First we receive GR against Pur.Order, once its done, the Raw's which we sent to Sub.Contractor will be backflushed.. but we dont receive the Finihsed part until we confirm the production order.... there is a Gap between this two processes.. so how can we make sure that there wont be any differences in terms of FI..
2. Second issue is, some times even if we ordered 10 pcs, subcontractor can only send 5pcs and 5 pcs afterwards.. but every month end FI dept tries to close the books, so how can we deal with this issue if i receive 5 pcs in this month and remaining 5 in the next month...
If any body dealth with this kind of situation.. your hints will be really valuable,
Adavnce thanks
srikanthDear Srikanth,
Please note the following:
- a) Issue your raw materials through T.Code. - MB1B, Mvt. Type - 541. This will transfer materials from your stock to vendor stock (provided you have initiated vendor material provision and activated 541 mvt. type for PP)
b) After you receive the material back from vendor, run the T.Code MB01, which will cause Mvt. Types 543 and 101. Now the material has come back to your Production order, but not in Storage location stock.
c) Then carry on normal CO11N and MB31 for your production order.
Hope this will solve your problem.
Revert back if you still have any question.

In eRecruitment - Application wizard F4 Values are not getting displayed.
Hi,
I have created a seperate process template for MBA candidates (external) as per client requirement and in the Vacancy req.when the process template is selected the application wizard is getting displayed ( which has been defined according to new requirement). But in the Application wizard for e.g.:
In Education Questionnaire for MBA candidates: It is not displaying Start date/End date /Country/Region/City ( F4Value to select).It only displays:
Start Date*
End date*
Country*
Region*
City*
The same is getting displayed in Work Exeprience ( I am unable to get the F4 entries - where the candidate can select from the entries displayed)
Is there any role needs to be changed or any other configuration missed by me to get those F4 entries?
Regards,
SelvaHi,
I have solved this issue.

Sceduling as per the delivery confirmation date in sales order
Hi,
I am working with planning strategy 50 and using availabilty check as per ATP.
When I create the sales order and check the availabilty, system confirms the delivery after TRLT(current date+TRLT).But when I run MRP,system creates a planned order on the req delivery date date.
(Req date - GR Processing Time - In-House Production time) so that Planned Order is available on the req delivery date.
As the system confirms the delivery after TRLT,I want my planned order's availabilty on the same date.
to summarise,I don't want system to consider the Reqmt date as reqd delivery date of the sales order but the conformed delivery date of the sales order.
I appreciate your help in letting me know if there is any way we can do this.
Regards,
Sastry

Can you check what is the Variant (dates filed) specified by going to SM37 transaction.do as below,
Goto SM37 transaction and give job name and then execute then select check box against date you scheduled job and then CtrlShiftF9,now place cursor on program/command and from the menu Goto-->Variant,here you check if any date range there.

Some suggestion for resolve it??
Thanks & Regards.In the document 294932.1 Section 4 there are no pre-installation patches or update for OS RedHat LinuxAS4.
When I type echo $LD_ASSUME_KERNEL it doesn't display any value so do I need to set the LD_Assume_Kernal value manually.
If yes, please let me know the path and command to set the kernel value.
Thanks

Can User Exit works for Settlement Rule in Maintenance Order creation?
Dear Experts,
I have this situation where I tried to create an Internal Maintenance Order via IW31 for multiple equipments from different functional location (different cost centers) using the Object List. However, the settlement rule has a problem to pull out as there's no Equipment in the reference object. That's the reason, I'm looking at the User Exit which I understand the IWO10027, can do the work. Since I'm new to User Exit, can I enhance the settlement rule by the following condition.
The costs spent on each equipment will be used as a basis of calculating the weightage (via equivalence no) for the settlement rule.
Can it be done that way?
regards,
AbrahamSanjay,
