Resize with handles in CS2

Folks,
It's a bit embarrassing, but somehow I "turned off" the ability to interactively drag and resize in AI - used to work but not sure what I did to disable it.  Handles don't show up when I select a symbol or placed object (or anything else for that matter) using the select tool.  Does anyone know how to "turn on" that feature (CS2).
Thanks!

  • Node Container that does not resize with Window Resize Event

    Hello,
    I'm not new to Java but I am new to JavaFX.
    I plan to have a container/Canvas with multiple shapes (Lines, Text, Rectangle etc) in it. This Container can be X times in the Szene with different Text Shapes. I need to Zoom and Pan (maybe rotation) the whole Szene and the Containers/Canvas.
    So I was playing around with that but I have two issues.
    1) all Canvas classes that I found (like Pane for example) do resize with the main window resize event. The content of the canvas isn't centered any more.
    2) I added a couple of Rectangles to the canvas and both the rectangles and the canvas have a mouse listener which will rotate the item/canvas. Problem is, that even if I click the rectangle also the underlaying canvas is rotated...I think I need some kind of Z-Info to find out what was clicked.
    Here is the little example program, it makes no produktiv sense but it demonstrates my problem.
    Does anybody has a tip what canvas class would fit and does not resize with the main window and how to figure out what was clicked?

    To answer my own Question, it depends how you add childs.
    It seems that the "master Container", the one added to the Scene will allways resize with the window. To avoid that you can add a container to the "master Container" and tell it to be
    pane.setPrefSize(<child>.getWidth(), <child>.getHeight());
    pane.setMaxSize(<child>.getWidth(), <child>.getHeight());
    root.getChildren().add(pane);and it will stay the size even if the window is resized.
    Here is the modified code. Zooming and panning is working, zomming to window size is not right now. I'll work on that.

  • Could not find prepared statement with handle %.

    Greetings. I've seen several posts for this error on the web, but no clear cut answers. I captured the code below in profiler, with the intention of replaying in mgmt studio.
    However, the attempt end in the following error: "Could not find prepared statement with handle 612."
    declare @p1 int
    set @p1=612
    declare @p2 int
    set @p2=0
    declare @p7 int
    set @p7=0
    exec sp_cursorprepexec @p1 output,@p2 output,N'@P0 int,@P1 int,@P2 int,@P3 int,@P4 bit',N'EXEC dbo.mySproc @P0,@P1,@P2,@P3,@P4 ',4112,8193,@p7 output,219717,95,NULL,1,0
    select @p1, @p2, @p7
    Something noteworthy is that my sproc only has 5 input parameters, but this makes it look like it has many more.
    How do I manipulate the code enough to make it work in mgmt studio? Thanks!
    TIA, ChrisRDBA

    In profiler you would normally see RPC:Starting and RPC:Completed. The statement shown in RPC staring is what you need to pick because as Erland explained, completed would show "funky" behavior.

  • Destructive Samples with Handling Units

    Dear Experts,
    I just wanted to check if there's anyone who has encountered destructive inspection for samples with Handling Units and how this was managed (via enhancements/operational workaround).
    Based on SAP KBA 1771624, destructive sampling will not work for HU due to all or nothing approach. We are currently considering the following options but would like to get your insights on this in case there is a better approach for this problem.
    1. During Goods Receipt, sample usage quantity will be packed in separate HU from the rest of the quantity. This option will work provided that sample usage quantity is known before quality inspection. e.g. I will recieve 100 pcs of MAT A, 15 pcs for sample usage will be packed under HU1 and the remaining 85 pcs under HU2. UD stock posting will be performed in 2 steps, 1st for GI to sample usage for HU2 and 2nd for transfer to unrestricted/blocked/etc. for HU2
    2. Receive full quantity under 1 HU. Complete quality inspection (results recording, ud and stock posting). Unpack the material to be able to perform GI to sample for the quantity that was used for destructive inspection.

    Hi Craig/Vignesh,
    Thank you for your providing your inputs on this. I will take them into consideration.
    I have another option to address this requirement, that is to (1) receive the material into non HU storage location (2) perform UD and stock posting, i.e. GI to sample usage and unrestricted-use/blocked stocks (3) transfer unrestricted-use/blocked stocks to HU managed location.
    Do you think this will be more efficient operationally versus the other 2 options above?
    I am trying to find the most effective way to address this requirement with minimum impact to Logistics operation. Most of our materials are managed in HU and destructive sampling is regularly done so users will be performing the steps in SAP a lot.

    I need some help resizing my images on PS6. I am using a mac and have been trying to resize with same resolution and constaining proportions but for some reaseon the smaller resized image appears pizelated. Heres an image of before and after. The first image I use is a JPG 72dpi 1500px x1500px and I want to downsize it to 600x600px same res, but it keeps pixelating, this has never happened before. Any suggestions, thoughts?
    thanks!

    I wouldn't say pixelated; more like blurry.
    Like ConnectedCreative said, what steps are you using? Are you using "bicubic sharper" when resizing down?

  • How can i get my webview to auto-resize with the size of a window in xcode (Mac App)

    Hello, i am developing a Mac app with xCode on my macbook air but i am having one issue i have a web view but i cant get it to resize with a window and currently the web view is activated by a button as i diddnt know the coding to make it automated.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Best option is to use Windows Migration Assistant as Ralph noted.
    Here's a better (updated) link to Windows Migration Assistant for Lion -> http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4796
    Or if you only want iTunes (Migration Assistant let's you choose) copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder from your PC to /Music/ on the Mac.
    FYI: A MacBook is not a PowerBook. PowerBooks were discontinued in 2005.

  • Could not find prepared statement with handle 13

    Hi,
    I'm having a terrible problem: When I try to execute a SQL Query the following exception is thrown:
    * "java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Could not find prepared statement with handle 13."
    This exception is thrown is this line:
    boolean returnResultSet = ((PreparedStatement)sqlStatement).execute();
    The sqlStatement object is a java.sql.PreparedStatement that was received as a Statement in the method definition.
    The following query is being executed in this PreparedStatement:
    SELECT id_promocao, ds_nome, id_tipo, ds_sinopse, dt_lancamento, pt_site, pt_caminho_relativo, fl_ativo FROM TAB_CINE_GM ORDER BY ds_nome
    I'm using Macromedia JRun 4 build 61650 and I'm using MS-SQL Server 2000 as a database server.
    If anyone can help, I'll thanks a lot.

    There is a common way to check runtime type:
    if (sqlStatement instanceof PreparedStatement)
    returnResultSet = ((PreparedStatement)sqlStatement).execute();
    else
    returnResultSet = sqlStatement.execute();
    }By the way - I can't understand why you're trying to cast sqlStatement to PreparedStatement? It doesn't matter at all due to so-called polymorphism of all Java methods (except static ones). Anyway execute() will run for PreparedStatement but bot for Statement

  • Reversal of delivery with handling unit management/HU #

    Hello all,
    I would like to know whether the delivery with handling unit management is reversed using LTOG. if it is reversed using LTOG in which storage type would the stock be posted back and would the packaging material of the handling unit be the same when the delivery is canceled and posted back in stock. pl. advise.
    Thanks,
    Maxx

    Hi Ramana,
    Thanks for your reply.
    in your answer you have said  it is not possible to reverse a TO with HU.
    But is it possible to reverse a delivery where the HUs are created only after packing the delivery items. if it is possible then how the packaging materials in the handling unit that are reversed are handled and where are the stocks that are returned after the delivery is cancelled is posted - i would like to know the standard sap storage type in which the stocks are posted once the delivery is cancelled or reversed.
    Thanks,
    Maxx

  • Help for WindowedApplication resizing with the transition from center to foursquare?

    Any idea to resolve the WindowedApplication window to resize with the transition from center to foursquare?
    thanks a lot!
    David

    Use the Tween class to transition the window's current width and height properties to their final width and height. Register a function to receive one of the tween's "motionChange" event so you can reposition the window accordingly when its w and h are changed. You'll need to measure the window's bounds and position at each step to make sure it's not outside the screen bounds, or smaller/larger than allowed. How you resize the interior stage content is up to you...

    Hello,
    I am developing a fusion web application on Jdeveloper 11.1.2.1.0.
    I have a ADF table which is bound to a table in the backing bean. There is a "Process" button for each row that works completely fine. There is button called "Process All" beneath the table especially designed  to do some processing with all the rows.. When I click the button, following happens with every row
    1) A call is made to a webservice
    2) Results from the webservice needs to be updated on that row in the database.
    There is a process button for each row that works completely fine.
    I am successful with the above two points for the first row. But when the control gets to the second row, results from webservice are retrieved but updating the results in the database is where I am seeing the problem.

    This error is often the result of an activation/passivation problem in the application. Have you tested your app with application module pooling turned off?
    If not I suggest that you do this and make sure all errors coming up in this mode to be fixed first. After the app runs OK with application module pooling turned off check if the error still occurs.

  • Exporting clips in the timeline with handles

    Is there a way to export a selected clip in the timeline with handles? I know you can export all the clips in the timeline with handles using Media Manager, but is there a way to do it with just one clip?
    I should ask- is there a quicker way? because I know one way is to drag the clip up to V2 and just manually extend handles to the clip and export it that way. I was hoping for a quicker method. I need to export some self-containted clips that I can reinsert for sending the sequence to Color.

    Thanks. Snap is enabled.
    I added 30 clips at once from the project bin onto the timeline. So I was really amazed that there were small gaps between some clips.When I tried to repair this (hold CTrl and move the clips to the left) the puzzle began. It happened that moving the clip only three frames to the left, I lost 15 seconds of the total. I discovered this was either a total loss of a clip (not he one I moved, but a clip say three clips to the right) or it was considerably shorter in time.
    First I thougt it had to do with my good old dualcore (1.8Ghz), but on the new one (Quad 2.4Ghz) it is still the same.
    This is the first time it happens (after 3 completed small projects).
    From now on I will only drag one clip at the time to minimize the chance on this behaviour.
    But you will understand, I'm not happy...

  • Help with uninstalling InDesign CS2

    A month ago, I installed CS4 over CS2.
    Then, InDesign CS4 did not work because of the conflict with AMD chip in my computer. So, uisng the original CS2 disk, all programs were uninstalled EXCEPT FOR INDESIGN CS2. The reason is that I wanted to use InDesign CS2 until the problem with CS4 is fixed.
    Today, after installing InDesign CS4 update (it was a sort of plug), InDesign became working just fine. So I want to remove InDesign CS2. The problem was that I was not able to remove InDesign CS2 by Add or Remove Programs or with the original CS2 disk.
    Please advise me how to uninstall InDesign CS2. In
