Restored my iPhone and now I get random prompts for someone else's Apple ID password.

I restored my iPhone just a few hours ago and started it up and i restored my phone to the icloud backup and everything started re downloading and such. It asked for two passwords to apple ID's that were connected to apps that I had downloaded. Then it asked for the password to two of my friends apple accounts and two of my brothers accounts. Which didn't make sense to me because I had never downloaded anything using those accounts. I then tried restoring it again, and the same exact thing happened again! What do I do??? It's stopping me from doing things like downloading all my pictures, and all my music. And it won't stop asking me for the passwords every time I turn on my phone.

Try to download the apps that you bought via WiFi onto your phone and skip the ones you did not buy.
Make sure you are loged in with the correct data in Settings/iTunes and App Stores/Apple ID.

All of your apps should be in iTunes on the computer, simply sync them back.
If they are not, go into the purchase history and download them again.

and i mean the phone would have been activated in the first place with the sim card you get given when you first get the phone.

If you want to solve your problems, unjailbreak. And don't do it again, because jailbreaking causes problems as you read about in that article. You can try Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

So it said to restore my iPhone and now it says that the Activation server is temporarily unavailable and when i plugged it into my mac, it said that i ddn't have a sim card installed. What can I do to fix this besides bring it to the store? it also bugs me because this answer was supposed to work but it just messed my phone up even more. With everyone and their iDogs trying to update at the same time, things are gonna be a bit bumpy off the bat trying to update and/or activate.
All anyone can really recommend is to keep trying or wait until a bit later, after the hubub has died down.

Did you buy the phone new or used? If you bought it used, you will have to talk to whoever you got it from. You cannot bypass the activation lock. Only the owner of the account it's locked with can release the lock.
