Retenciones en Acreedores
Buen día, estamos configurando una nueva sociedad en Peru, con las opciones locales de Chile, pero al momento de querer configurar los socios de negocios que son Acreedores con Retenciones NO aparece el campo Sujeto a Retención.
Hicimos comparativo de la configuración actual, local de México que tenemos en nuestra sociedad y esta igual. Sólo nos hace falta este campo para terminar de generar las pruebas necesarias en la sociedad de Perú.
¿Alguien sabe donde se activa o donde se encuentra dentro de la localidad de Chile?
Revisa la casilla en la ubicacion
Gestion --> Definiciones --> Finanzas --> Determinacion de cuentas del mayor --> Pestaña ventas --> Prestaña impuesto --> Casilla retencion de impuestos

¿Dónde se puede indicar si un interlocutor comercial está sujeto a retenciones (por ejemplo autónomos) para que el apunte contable de recepción de factura se haga correctamente?

Un saludo.Esto lo puedes hacer en la ficha del Interlocutor Comercial, en el apartado de Finanzas hay un subapartado que se llama IMPUESTO, ahi hay un check que debes marcar si es afecto a retencion, al hacerlo te apareceran otras opciones entre ellas una que se llama Indicadores de retencion con un boton al lado ahi deberas de asignar que retenciones podrian afectar al proveedor.

tengo un problema en el momento de facturar, cuando el usuario abre la ventana de factura de cliente aparece el siguiente mensaje:
"The loged On user not have permission to use this object"
el sistema me esta calculando retenciones que no debe calcular, en un ,cliente le tengo predeterminada una retencion y me sale despues otro aviso donde me dice que este socio de negocio no aplica otra retencion que no le tengo predeterminada y no me deja crear la factura. y no me deja ir al enlace de la tabla de retenciones.
Que debo hacer?

Verifica en Gestion/Definiciones/Fiananzas/determinar cuentas de mayor pestaña ventas/impuestos o compras si es proveedor en campo CODIGO IMPUESTO DE RETENCION POR DEFECTO, que no haya alguno predefinido, de ser asi, quitalo y actualiza.
Si utilizas el addon BPCO, ve a Gestion/definiciones/finanzas/impuestos y ejecuta la opcion ELIMINAR RETECNIONES POR DEFECTO (previo backup de la BD), esta herramineta permite eliminar retenciones que han sido fijadas previamente como estandar.

Mensaje de sistema: Documento no tiene prop.¿Continuar?
Buenos dias expertos, un gusto en saludarlos.
Estoy implementando el uso de facturas de acreedores para registrar los gastos en la empresa, normalmente se deberían de generar ordenes de compra para luego ser autorizadas y posteriormente convertirlas en factura.
Sin embargo por efectos prácticos, una persona de contabilidad realizará todos los registros y consideramos en este punto ingresar una OC cuando puede registrar sólo la factura.
Sin embargo, al querer crear la factura, aparece un mensaje de sistema que dice "Documento no tiene prop.¿Continuar?"
Podrian confirmarme si más que tener un error, se refiere a que no se le dio entrada de mercancía por el modulo de EM, o porqué es que me genera el mensaje y si tiene alguna implicación que pueda generar errores.

Error when updating data in a form based in a view

i have 5 tables for enterprise data (telephone, fax and so on). i want to create a form based in all those tables, so i create a view over all the 5 tables and create the form. but when calling the portlet and trying to alter (update, insert, etc.) the data i get this error. Seems that i missed to do something with my tables but i don't know what does that non key-preserved thing mean.The error is the following:

Regards. Urko.You cannot update, insert, or delete records from a form that's based on a view. That is because rowid is not in the view, so it cannot lock records.

Withholding taxes at invoice are not totally updated at FMF0
Dear all,
The system consumes the whole amount at budget at the invoice moment but when the payment it is done and updated at funds management by FMF0 that amount is partially consumed.
IF we create an invoice for an amount of 100 u20AC.(it has 10u20AC of withholding taxes) The 100 u20AC goes against a funds reservation doc(linked to an expense commitment item), and withholding tax account (180000) contains a commitment item (retencion) with a
transaction which is not budget relevant (60 and cmmt item category 3).
The figure would be like this
Vendor 90-
Expense 100
Withholding tax 10- [commitment item with transaction 60 ci category 3]
So at funds management the invoice doc(value type 54) consumes 100u20AC (amount type 100)
but when doing the payment
Vendor 90
Bank 90-
and use FMF0 to update payments in funds management the system reduce the invoice document in 90u20AC(amount type 200).
Consequently there is a difference of 10u20AC at invoice document when doing the payment. We would expect to also have 100u20AC of amount type 200. Anyone knows which is the proper procedure so that this 10u20AC gap are not reflected and the 10u20AC are consumed. or what is it what we are missing.

transaction to 60.I think now the system works as desired, we have set the commitment
item a value of financial transaction 30, commitment item cat. 3 and it is
flagged as stat. commitment item in order withholding taxes are not
budget relevant. I´m not sure yet if this could have other impacts in our business processes.

Spain: Statutory forms for the Spanish Government Fiscal Authority

We are implementing FI in several
Spanish companies. Our client has requested to produce directly from SAP some fiscal statutory forms for the Spanish Government Fiscal Authority, and they need to produce them in the exact format that the fiscal authority request. We mean that our client wants SAP to print a form that can be sent directly to the Spanish Fiscal Authority.
We have made a research (help.sap.com, OSS notes ) in order to identify what of those forms are produced (or may be produced) and printed directly from SAP, and for what of those forms SAP just produce a report with the information needed but NOT in the exact format that the Spanish Fiscal Authority request.
We have also propose our client to send the information with an txt file produced by SAP, but they request not only the DME but also to produce the form directly from SAP for some companies.
We will really appreciate if you can tell us if SAP can produce the exact format that Spanish Government request for the followings tax statutory forms:
· 300 - Régimen General. Declaración Trimestral. We know that S_ALR_87100833 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
· 320 - Grandes Empresas. Declaración mensual. We know that S_ALR_87100833 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
· 349 - Declaración recapitulativa de operaciones intracomunitarias. We know that S_ALR_87012403 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
· 390 - Declaración resumen anual I.V.A. We know that S_ALR_87100833 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
· 392 - Declaración resumen anual I.V.A. grandes empresas. We know that S_ALR_87100833 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
· 110 and 111 - Retenciones e ingresos a cuenta. Rendimientos del trabajo, de actividades profesionales, de actividades agrícolas y ganaderas y premios. Declaración documento de ingreso.
· 347 - Declaración anual operaciones con terceras personas. We know that RFUSVS14 is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.
· 349 - Declaración recapitulativa de operaciones intracomunitarias. We know that RFASLD11B is used for that form, but we need to know if SAP printout is valid for the Spanish Tax Authority.

Have you read the SAP note 929649? It explains how to send model 347 via internet.
We send 347 and 349 files via internet and it works. About the other models that you ask for, we generate the information with the report and complete it in the web site manually.
We have another problem with the 347 model, some customers that send us invoices with IVA soportado and in this model, the system checks if it is a customer and appears as IVA repercutido. The program doesn't check the type of task, check only if it is a customer or vendor.
Do you have any idea?

Searching a Field In Source or Target Message in Message Mapping

I came accross this peculiar behaviour and it keeps bugging me , I could search any field in source or target message in message mapping in PI 7.0 by copying the path( /ns1:MaestroAcreedores/Acreedores/ClaveDeGrupo or any idoc field /FIDCCP02/IDOC/E1FIKPF/BUDAT ) but in PI 7.1 i cant , its giving me an error String /ns1:MaestroAcreedores/Acreedores/ClaveDeGrupo not found , i can only search the field independently.Can anyone please help me out in this.Hi
I am not sure whether it worked in 7.0 or not, but having checked myself i can confirm that it is not working in 7.1 in my system also.
For alternative, you can check by changing into source text view where it will display as xml. Here when you search the keyword, it would display you the hierarchy better than normal view.
I dont think there is any other alternative. although I would say in the worst case scenario you would not have more than 10-15 occurrences of same element in an idoc.

Te hago un resumen de las mas comunes:
Cuenta de gastos: Esta cuenta se mueve cuando se realiza una compra y el artículo NO es de Inventarios
Cuenta Ingresos: Se afecta al hacer ventas (facturas de clientes)
Cuenta Existencias: Se afecta al hacer entradas de mcias en compras, es la cuenta del inventario (doc entrada)
Cuenta costo bienes vendidos: Se afecta al grabar factura de cliente, es el costo de ventas
Cuenta de dotacion: Es la cuenta puente proveedores por legalizar en compra de mcias, al hacer doc entrada de mcias, se cancela al registrar la factura del proveedor
Cuenta diferencia en Precio: Cuando se realiza una Factura con base en una entrada por compra y se presentan diferencias en precio, pueden ocurrir 3 cosas: 1. Que la existencia en Inventario sea igual a cero; 2. Que la existencia en el inventario sea menor a la cantidad comprada. 3. Que la existencia del inventario sea igual o superior a la cantidad comprada.
En el caso 1, toda la diferencia en precio queda en la cuenta de Diferencias de precio.
En el caso 2, una parte de la diferencia queda en la cuenta de Inventario (proporcional a la existencia), y la otra parte se va para esta cuenta: Cuenta de diferencias de precio. 3. Toda la diferencia, se va para la cuenta de diferencias de precio.
Cta. ajuste stock negativo: Se afecta al manejar inventario en rojo (salidas sin stock)
Ctas. compensacion stock Reducir cuenta y aumentar cuenta: Se afectan al hacer ajustes al inventario fisico y en movimientos de inventarios entrada y salida
Cta. devoluciones en ventas: al hacer doc devolucion de mcias en ventas, sobre doc entrega de mcias en ventas
Cta. Ingreso Extranjero: Al hacer facturas a clientes del exterior
Cta. Costos Extranjero: costo ventas a clientes del exterior
Cta. diferencias en tipo de cambio: Cuando se realiza una Factura con base en una entrada por compra - acreedor, y se presentan diferencias en la tasa de cambio, funciona igual a la u201CCuenta de diferencias de preciou201D.
Cta. compesacion de mcias: Se mueve contra la cuenta de dotación al CERRAR una Entrada de mercancías. Es decir, cuando no se va a realizar la Factura con base en la Entrada y se le da click-derecho CERRAR a la entrada.
Ctas. reduccion y aumento libro mayor: Es la contrapartida de los movimientos de Revalorización de inventarios (Ajustes de Costo promedio): INVENTARIO/OPERACIONES DE STOCK/REVALORIZACIÓN DE INVENTARIO.
Cta. stock trabajo en curso: Esta cuenta es usada para capturar el valor del producto en proceso de órdenes de Producción que no están completadas. Se registra en ella cuando se define un métod de Salida Manual en el Dato Maestro de Artículo,
Cuenta de desviación de stock WIP / WIP: Esta cuenta es usada para capturar diferencias entre las cantidades planeadad y las cantidades reales en el proceso de producción.
Cta. revalorizacion de stock: Se mueven cuando se ejecuta el procedimiento: FINANZAS/REVALORIZACIÓN/ASISTENTE DE REVALORIZACIÓN DE STOCKS.
Cta. contrapartida revalorizacion del inventario: Se utiliza como cuenta de contrapartida cuando se cree un asiento de revaloración de stocks. Esta cuenta es la cuenta predeterminada en caso de que no se haya definido una cuenta con esta finalidad en el nivel de almacén, de grupo de artículos o de artículo/almacén.
Cta. compensacion de gastos: Se utiliza cuando se realizan Notas Crédito de Compras a productos que NO son de Inventario.
Cta. Stock en la cuenta de transito: La utiliza cuando se maneja la factura de reserva como cuenta por legalizar, este documento no descarga inventario, al hacer la entrega basada en al factura de reserva se cancela esta ceunta puente.
Cta Credito ventas Extranjero: Para devolucion de ventas a cleintes del exterior basadas en entrega mcias
Cta. credito de compras extranjero: Para devolucion de compras a proveedor del exterior basados en entrada mcia.

Stock transfer order between two storage locations in IS Retail
Hi,
I want to have a Stock transfer order between two storage locations in the plant.
I have activated the "Activate Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations", now i can create a STO and have the "Issuing SLoc" tab.
Having that i get an error message "Not possible to determine shipping data for material XXX" Message no. 06280.
I am trying to have the shipping data in customizing for set stock transfer - "Define Shipping Data for Plants", but my site is not listed due to the use of IS Retail. Is there a way to configure it?

Voy a contestar tu pregunta en espanol. Debes crear al centro emisor como deudor en la transaccion WB02 y ampliar a la organizacion de compra.
Posterior, debes crear al centro receptor como acreedor en la transaccion wb02.

Mexico VAT increased 15% to 16% from 01/01/2010
Hi Experts,
Mexico VAT is increased from 15% to 16% valid from 01/01/2010. One of the many companies like mine retain some VAT while posting the invoice i.e. 2/3 (Retencion IVA) of VAT. So before it was very easy to configure the tax code to calculate 2/3 of 15% which is 10%.
But now 2/3 of 16% is 10.6667%. And in tax code you cannot enter more than 3 decimal points whereas you need 4 to get exact invoice amount in SAP to match with real invoice.
If anyone found the solution please share.

If you do not set this indicator, the system copies 1:1 the values from the reference depreciation area.
Set this indicator if you want to open the newly created depreciation area without values (blank).
