Retrieve most recent measure value for a KPI

We have a DW with a fact table containing measurement data and granularity of a day. I will use a short example:
Site Key | Well Key | Date Key | TestMeasure
2 | 1 | 2013-05-27 |
56.7
2 | 1 | 2013-07-15 |

2 | 1 | 2013-12-09
| 46.7
The first 3 columns are FK's from Dimensions.
Our OLAP cube contains
TestMeasure with Sum usage, which is fine for aggregating over our 3 dimensions.
However, for our KPI's, we require the most recent value for a Well (in this case 46.7 for Well Key 1).
How can we retrieve this value using a value expression?
Is this how it should be done?

Most recently used values.

In ABAP screens, the user can enter backspace in an input field and get a drop down of most recently used values. Has anyone implemented this or similar concept in Web Dynpro ? How to go about doing this ?

There is no such functionality in WD (at least, in WD Java). Also implementing same functionality is quite problematic: in WD it is impossible to assign key listeners and to do some on demand values loading (like Google Suggest).
The most closest equivalent is tracking most recent values entered and then displaying them via <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/library/webdynpro/tutorial%20on%20advanced%20value%20help%20and%20object%20value%20selector%20-%209.htm">OVS</a>.

Installing most recent print driver for Epson Pro 3800

I like to make sure that I use the most recent print driver for my Epson Pro 3800.
So I downloaded the driver "epson 328233 eu.dmg" and it shows up in "Finder downloads"
* I assume that this driver is the most recent one?
I have no idea how to continue to replace the existing driver and how to install the latest driver?
* Do I have to remove the present driver? If so: how do I find the old driver and how do I remove this driver?
* Thereafter in what way do I install the new driver?
I am far from a software specialist and I recently switched from PC to iMac which is still troubling me!

Time-Dependent Attribute & most recent active value

Hello experts,
How can you show in your report the most recent value of an attribute. It is now showing the first value it encounters.
I need it to show the value which is valid at this moment in time.
That's the whole point of time-dependant, but I can't figure out how to do it.
Any input is highly appreciated.

in query edit mode, click 'query properties', choose button 'values' beside the key date box, tab 'variable', choose the variable 0DAT - current calendar date, or just type in &0DAT& to the box.

Most recent operating system for a 2007 Macbook?

So I have a 2007 Macbook. Model no. A1181. What is the most recent operating system I can put on this bad boy to where I can download newer apps? In need of serious help. I have Snow Leopard, but I don't fancy it. It won't let me run the newest iTunes and Google Chrome or my Microsoft Word.

10.7.5 is the max. You need to call Apple customer service to obtain a download for it.

Most recent driver update for X

Hi all. Much like many of you on this board I have experienced BSODs and lock-ups (including the "IRQ IS NOT LESS OR EQUAL" crash) with the most recent drivers for the X-fi. I have done some testing and I seem to have the most recent drivers working after using a 3rd party driver removal tool.
There are a few steps that I found to be nessicary before using this tool, and they are:
: Control Panel / Add remove programs - remove any Creative or Soundblaster related programs
2: Control Panel / System / Hardware/ Device Manager / - Uninstall the X-FI devices
3: Download and run the driver cleaner at this address: http://www.drivercleaner.net
3: Re-boot and re-run the driver cleaner program to remove any files that may be resident
4: Re-boot the computer and re-detect the "multimedia device" and install the latest Creative drivers
After doing this process I havent had any lock ups to speak of.
NOTE: The update of drivers was from Web Update 2 "SBXF_PCDRV_LB_2_07_0004.exe" to Web Update 3 "SBXF_PCDRV_LB_2_09_000.exe"
PS - Creative, could you please create better driver un-installation utilities with the driver releases to prevent these driver upgrade issues in the future?

Please do not say that... this issue has been [email]pis@@ing]pis@@ing[/url] me off for a while now... When i install the xfi sound card I lost about 20 fps in bf2 and COd2.. I dont have many games to test
But with cod2 its not even really playable.. if I uninstall my sound card and pop back the old one.. I can play at around 200 res all high D9 with no issues

A really recent MacBook Pro would be running Lion, Mac OS 10.7, and the most recent update is 10.7.3. The delta update from 10.7.2 was found to cause problems and rather than fix them, the update was pulled and Lion users were directed to the "combo" updater which contained all the code necessary to update any Mac running Lion from any previous version of Lion, which is a lot of code, hence the very big download. Help required in retrieving the category1 & category2 values for CRM SR

We are currently working on a requirement where in we need to update the status of Service request having the external reference nbr that is coming from back end ECC System. This number is already stored in the CRM Service request document. The external reference field is added through AET Tool.
The backend application calls our CRM RFC FM and passes the external reference nbr as input parameter. We are trying to query the CRMD_ORDERADM_H table with the external reference number and get the list of all service requests having this number. Now we need to select only those service requests having the category1 as Order and category2 as block.
We have found the table CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT but not able to find the link table that connects the GUID of service request with GUID of CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT.
Any pointers on this would be of great help.

Welcome to Categories Search. I also faced this issue to retrieve all levels of categories for a Service Request.
I am glad I can share with you how this was resolved.
Use the following steps:
1. Pass SR GUID in field GUID of table CRMV_REPORT_SUBJ and get KATALOGART, CODEGRUPPE and CODE field values in lv_catalog, lv_codegrp and lv_code.
2. Now you need to concatenate these 3 fields values carefully like this:
CONCATENATE lv_catelog lv_codegrp ' ' lv_code into lv_category1.
*Remember there are 4 spaces between lv_codegrp and lv_code.*
3. Now pass this lv_category1 in field OBJEXT in table CRMC_ERMS_CAT_OK and get OBJGUID in field lv_objguid.
4. Pass this lv_objguid in field OBJ_GUID and *LNK_TYPE = 'IS_CODE'* in table CRMC_ERMS_CAT_LN and get value of CAT_GUID in lv_cat_guid.
5. Pass this lv_cat_guid in field CAT_GUID in table CRMC_ERMS_CAT_CA and get value of CAT_ID in field lv_cat_text.
Remember this lv_cat_text is the text value of your last level of category of SR.
6. To get its upper cateogry level value, simple use table CRMC_ERMS_CAT_HI and get parent guid value and pass this as CAT_GUID again in table CRMC_ERMS_CAT_CA to get its text.
Alternatively, you can also use class method cl_crm_ml_category_util=>get_parse_all to get all levels of categories.

Why would a PXI 4071 measuring resistance countinue to increase the measured valued for each measurement?

I have a PXI-4071 DMM and I am measuring a connection in the UUT. The value should be around 0.3 ohms. The program (exe) will run aprox. 20 times and during these 20 runs the measured value will progressively increase until is is over the limit of 1.5 ohms. If I shut down the exe and run the VI as a standalone (continuous loop), the resistance will gradually come down to 0.3 ohms. I then close LabView and restart my exe and the readings are normal (0.3) but then continue to increase until they are over 1.5 ohms. This process has been repeatable for the last week. I have attached the code I am running. What could be the problem with the DMM code?

Uninitialized shift registers are a good thing to check for such a problem. Do you see the same response with a soft panel and your DMM? if not then it is in code. Uninitialized shift registers would start at 0 (default is usually 0) and will retain their values from run to run. Just a possibility dont have LV up right now so I cant check the code sorry,

How to display maximum (most recent) date value in a query

hello,
I have the following query:
StudentNumber | ExternalOrganization | Date |         | NumbeOfAdmissions
0112                  050                            06/27/2007   1
0234                  060                            07/15/2008   1
1356                  025                            01/08/2008   1
My dilemma is how to display only the row that has the most recent Date, e.g. here I want to only see the row with student number 0234 and date 07/15/2008; everything else should be hidden.
I know it should be very simple....yes/no?

I have that same behavior occurring, but in only one mailbox. Whenever I open that particular mailbox, it defaults to the top -- i.e. oldest -- message. Every other mailbox I have defaults to the bottom -- i.e. newest -- message. Why the heck is that happening, and how do I get it to follow the same pattern as all the other mailboxes?

Howto get Measure values for a specified time interval

I am building a BIBeans application where in i need to display a crosstab depending upon user defined time period.So, I need to provide 2 text fields which can be populated with a user specified calendar date for specifying the time range..Then I need to display the details according to this user entered time period. I would like to know how to achieve this if the time dimension can be drilled upto an individual date.Can any one help me in this regard?

HT1222 Does the most recent security update for Snow Leopard break Rosetta or has that been fixed?

I want to make sure Security Update 2012-001 does not break Rosetta on Snow Leopard. I heard something about that, and I can't afford to lose my PowerPC applications. Thanks.

The original one did have such issues.
The revised v. 1.1 version got rid of those issues.
Only the v. 1.1 version is now available for download. It can be installed as the only update, or on top of the original update to correct the problems.

In the former version of iTunes there was an option by means of which I could see the most recent podcast even for those I did not subscribe to. Apparently, with 11.2 this option is gone. Any help?

well nobody bothered to give me a hint on what to do, maybe because the problems with the new version of iTunes are really a lot, there is an enormous amount of people out there that have all sort of different problems including mine so I have decided to return to the previous version which works fine and wait untill the apple people come up with a decent product ....
