Retrieving skype conversations

Greetings from California. I would like to know if there's any possible way to back up conversations from my iPhone to my PC, because I reformatted my PC, so all the conversations inside is gone, but when I checked my skype on my iPhone, it's still there, so I was wondering if any of you guys would know if I could do anything to transfer Skype messages from my iPhone to my laptop. Thank you in advance.

No, No way.
In Tiger it is manually by going to Users/(your account)/Documents/iChats
In Leopard the Open Recent option in the File menu lists the most recent (About 10) otherwise it is a manual look as well.
Double clicking them in the iChats folder opens them in iChat.
Pic that came in the TExt chats should be dragged out when the chat is live and active.
They show in Saved ones but can not be extracted then.
In Leopard there are sub folder by date (personally I would prefer by Buddy)
I suppose I ought to learn about Smart Folders.

Instant message history is saved on the computer or mobile device where the chat was conducted. The Community Ambassadors on the Windows message board recommend a freeware chat logging tool by Nirsoft which may be helpful.
Skype does not offer a "pay for download" service.

How to retrieve the Conversation ID in ABAP

Does anyone know how to retrieve a conversation ID in ABAP?
You can retrieve the reference ID from SXMSPMAST but how do you retrieve the conversation ID?
Table names? FM?
ABAP not Java or UDF
All suggestions welcome.

As I said in my question, I am not asking for how to retrieve the conversation ID in a UDF. Please read my question....
I am asking, given a specific message ID, how can I retrieve the conversation id for that message ID on the ABAP stack - e.g. with a function module, what table names etc.

Quel type de modem ou une connexion utilisez-vous?
Skype pour Mac
     Processeur 1 GHz Intel.
     Mac OS X Snow Leopard et supérieur.
     100 Mo d'espace disque libre.
     Soit casque USB ou régulier si votre Mac n'a pas de microphone intégré.
     Télécharger les pilotes si vous utilisez une webcam externe.
     Pour les appels vocaux recommandent connexion haut débit avec 100 kbps down / 100 kbps.
     Pour le groupe tout le monde vidéo appelant sur l'appel doit Skype 5.0 pour Windows ou Mac ou webcams en plus élevés, et au moins une personne sur l'appel doit avoir un abonnement Premium Skype. Pour une meilleure qualité, nous vous recommandons d'utiliser une connexion à haute vitesse à large bande de down/512kbps 4Mbps et un ordinateur avec un processeur Core 2 Duo 1,8 GHz. How to record a Skype conversation

I tried recording a Skype conversation using iTunes. I got nothing. My microphone works fine; I can speak and record from there, but iTunes doesn't pick up the Skype conversation. Is there a setting I need to change so that iTunes records from Skype? Do I need a special program for that?

I said I was trying to record with iTunes. That isn't true. I was trying to record with QuickTime Player.

Is a third party recording my skype conversation?

I was having a video conversation on skype yesterday and the words "Creative" appeared on my skype screen...this has never happened to me before and the person with whom I was speaking did not initiate this. Could this mean that someone is recording or viewing my skype conversation?

I sorted the recording Skype calls issue with Wire Tap Studio http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/wiretap/
The Skype plugin http://www.ecamm.com/mac/callrecorder/ although more basic, works well too.
Listening to some podcasts... about podcasts has pointed me at The Levelator http://www.conversationsnetwork.org/levelator

Retrieving Skype History Report

Hello,
Would somebody please advise how can i get a skype history without the speech lines. I need to pull out something like a report, showing only dates and hours maybe and the contact I've been talking to, sorted by contact.
For example - I need the skype history for conversations between me and B. that shows that on 10.12.2012 we've been chatting from 8 pm till 11.40 pm. But not showing the messages as they are private stuff.

In order to retrieve and extract data from your Skype instant messages and call history, if the information for the most recent six (6) months which is available to us via our Usage History records in our accounts, then a third-party add-on application is called for.
The Community's Super Users tend to recommend a freeware product by NirSoft. There are several products on offer in the Skype App Store; my favorite happens to be RecollX.

How to retrieve UoM-conversion Numerator and Denominator with 5 digits?

in pricing i am using condition base formula to fill the condition amount and condition base value.
Condition amount might be a price per UoM which is different from the order uom.
konv-kbetr konv-waers / konv-kpein konv-kmein (e.g. 1.200 USD / 1 LB )
Thus i also convert my base quantity to konv-kmein.
Using UNIT_CONVERSION_SIMPLE i retrieve the used DENOMINATOR and NUMERATOR which i want to pass over to
KONV-KUMNE and KONV-KUMZA.
Problem is that KONV-KUMNE and KONV-KUMZA are DEC5_0, while the Conversion factors defined in customizing (T006-ZAEHL and T006-NENNR) have 10 decimals, and these are the values passed back by UNIT_CONVERSION_SIMPLE.
Standard pricing somehow manages to derive 5 digits denominator and numerator even if the conversion is customized using larger numbers.
Anyone an idea how to do that??

Saving / Printing Skype Conversations

Hi, My husband recently passed away overseas and I am interested in finding out how to save or print our conversations. I dont even know if this is possible, but would like to try. There is also a video message he left that I would like to pull off too. Also interested in learnng if there is a saved history of our past video calls somewhere, that I can access - especially the last one. These conversations and calls are the last things I have of him alive and it would mean the world to me if I can save them forever. I tried figuring out how to contact tech support directly, but have not had any luck. My next step is to send a letter. I'm not that tech savy, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Working with recorded Skype conversations

Hello all! I have recorded a conversation through a Skype call recorder, split it into two tracks using their converter, converted the tracks into MP3 files, and tried to import them as separate tracks into GarageBand 3. Although I could hear both sides of the recorded conversation when I played the files in iTunes, for some mysterious reason I can only hear my side of the call when I import those files into GarageBand. Help?

In the worst-case scenario your phone will still function with any Skype release that includes the API. So as long as you do not upgrade to newer releases without it, it will still function fine.

Is it possible to retrieve old conversations?

for blackberry messenger, if you end a conversation, is it possible for someone to call or go online and view what the conversations were about? i know you can do it for regular text messages, but is it the same for blackberry messenger?

See JSanders reply above...it is accurate. BBM is peer-to-peer...there is no server involved in the message stream, from which a record could have been kept and subsequently retrieved. As such, if it is gone from your BB, then it is gone.

TS2755 retrieve imessage conversation

So I have an iphone 5 which cost me a lot of money. We have an ipad, 3 ipods (one being the new 5 which costs $279.00 plus tax) and nowhere can I find out how to retrieve an imessage conversation which was cleared in error. Well, I did a google search and found help, yes I saw my conversation, it was all there but to go any further I have to buy the activation to have it, total being $90.00. Pretty sure that I have enough $$$$ invested that surely Apple can resolve this issue for me, obviously it can be retrieved, because this program worked but why should I pay for it? Can apple not help me out? Very frustrated!!!

First, you're not addressing Apple here. This is a user-to-user technical support forum.
Second, if you back up your phone after you received the messages but before you deleted them, you can restore the phone to that back up. You can also try a utiliy such as BackUpExtractor (which is far less than $90) to extract the messages from your back up. I believe this was explained to you in your previous post as well.
