Revaluation of Price Condition types

Consulting notes 930870 says about revaluation of price. Does anyone know how to implement the revaluation of pricing?
We have
Cond.Type1
Cond.Type1
Sub-Total XXX
Here Cond.Type1 has multiple condition records thru agreements and we are selecting the winning one through the "Alternate Calculation type - XXX" assigned to the line Sub-Total.
for example.
Cond.Type1 = $20 (determined from Agreement 1)
Cond.Type1 = $30 (determined from Agreement 2)
After executing this komp-Netwr is $30.
Now XXX is getting executed and determines $20 as a winning amount. It leaves Cond.type with agreement 1 as is but changes Cond.type1 with agreement 2 to $0, so that Net value is 20. Thils logic just updates the condition value but doesn't change the Netwr value.
Since the Cond.Type with agreement 2 was processed last, NETWR is 30 and this is not current. I want to run a revaluation so that NETWR = 20.
Does anyone know how to do that.
Thanks in Advance,

Hi,
Check in your pricing procedure if you have VOFM subroutines that happens in pricing (base, formulas,...).
Check to the related  Note 900089 - Pricing: Processing steps for FORM XKOMV_BEWERTEN. Perhaps one userexit is working.
I hope this helps you

    Hello Sri,
Ideally object DNL_CUST_CNDALL should get all changes done to customizing setting in R/3 to CRM.
Did you check the logs in txn CND_MAP_LOG_DISPLAY in CRM?
You can get some hints there, if any error has occured during the download.

  • Determination of Base price condition type depending on Item Category

    Dear All,
The requirement I have is as stated below:
There are two materials A and B that are individually sellable materials. But during a specific time period the company decides to give a scheme where in Material B is given as free when a particular quantity of material A is purchased. Irrespective of the scheme, material B can also be individually purchased during the scheme period.
Now in the former scenario where material B goes free with material A in the same order, the base price of material B should not go to revenue G/L but to a different G/L called Scheme G/L. To counter this scheme G/l there is another counter G/L into which 100% discount on base price to material B goes.
In the latter case, if material B is sold individually, then the base price should go to Revenue G/L and not scheme G/L and the 100% discount is not applicable.
Can you please guide me on how to configure this.
The approach I have taken is as follows:
The condition types for base price are ZBPR and ZBP1(reference condition type of ZBPR)
Item Categories to be considered: ZTAN and ZTNN (for material B going as free during the scheme)
The requirement is such that, whenever the item category for a particular material is ZTAN, the condition type to be picked must be ZBPR while the condition type ZBP1 must be deactivated.
Similarly, if the item category for the line item is ZTNN, then the condition type to be picked must be ZBP1 and the condition type ZBPR must be deactivated

    Dear All,
I have fulfilled this by doing rev acct determination in vkoa using item category and moving it up the order. Also I used a requirement in v/08 for 100% discount on free material.
This has resolved my issue and i am now closing this thread.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Rohan

  • Customer Expected price::Condition type EDI1 and EDI 2

what is the trigger point when you enter a customer expected price in a sales order
Is there any enchancement/ routine that runs when you enter customer exepected price in a sales order.

Routine 8 is used is for these condition type to compare, say, when ever the EDI1 price is is higher then expected in compare to base price. Then system will blocked the sales order.
FYI - For automatic determination of these condition type in sales order you get inbound iDoc from customer.
You use condition segment E1EDP05 under E1EDP01 for IDOC ORDERS04, price field VPREI.
As I already mention in absence of IDoc, you can manually maintain the same.

  • Price Condition Type

    Hello Gurus,
Just wandering if i want to give a material discount for both the weight and quantity , how would that work ? Can i give using 1 condition type or do i need two ??
    Sandeep.

    Hi Sandeep,
You need 2 condition types to cater for your requirement. Can't handle it from one condition alone.
    Because in condition type, you have to select the "Calculation Type".  It's either "Weight" or "Quantity" not both;
    For Weight base -
You have to select "Gross Weight" or "Net Weight" as "Calculation Type" for weight based discount.
Refer "KF00 - Freight" condition type for more information.
    For Quantity base -
You have to select "Quantity" as  "Calculation Type" for quantity based discounts.
Refer "K004 - Material" condition type for more information.
Create condition tables & access sequence for your requirement.
Add relevant access sequence to both condition types accordingly.
Add both conditions to your pricing procedure as well.
Once you maintain your condition master records in VK11, you should be able to see relevant conditions in the sales order line item, conditions tab.
Hope this is helpful to you !
    Good Luck !

  • Auhtorization on Price condition type

    Hi Experts,
on a SAP CRM 5.0 project, I try to limit the access to a bunch of condition types of the pricing procedure for a sales order. I saw in the customizing (tr PRC_PRICPROC_CRM) a field entitled Authorization (Level for Authorization Checks) but when I enter a value, all the users don't have access to the concerned condition type, even the users with a SAP ALL profile. I looked for an authorization object in tr PFCG which could control this field but I didn't find any. Has anyone ever faced the same issue? If this is the case, what solution did you implement?
    Many thanks
    Regards
    Clementine

    Hi Clementine,
not sure if you still need this information but just to let you know that there are two consulting notes (# 1166349
for CRM >= 5.0 and # 717670 for CRM 4.0) available for this.

  • Zero not allowed for price condition type

    Hi experts,
I have a scenario related to return. Based on the received return goods quality, we give different % of reimbursemnet to our customer.
Currently, in my pricing procedure, I have
PRICE COND 1 (which is the original selling price) (not allow manually change)
HA00 (depends on the % of reimbursement, we apply a %. Let's say we give 70% reimbursement to our customer, then we input -30%)
PRICE COND 2 (which is the net value of PRICE COND1 and HA00, calculate type is 2 - Net value)
For PRICE COND 1, and HA00, we haven't assigned any account key to them, since they are for reference only and shouldn't have any account posting.
The problem now is that, we received return goods with damage, and need to give 0% inbursement. For inventory point of view, we do receive the damaged goods and then directly go to scrap. However, when we try to input -100% in HA00 (so net price for that item is 0), error occurs when we issue credit for return, account cannot determined for PRICE COND 1 and HA00. It is because when PRICE COND 2 is not zero, PRICE COND 1 and HA00 are both become inactive in conditions. But now, since PRICE COND 2 is zero, both PRICE COND 1 and HA00 are become active and due to missing account key, it creates the error during account determination.
       Please kindly help. Thanks.

    hi gundam,
why do u need to create a credit memo for 100% loss?
just need the material movement document that will update the stock accounts then add a billing block.
    thank you and best regards.

  • Condition type should be ignored if price is 0.

I have a price condition type wherein the scale value is maintained such that if qty is less than 100pcs., price is 0 and for quantity above 100, the price is 10EUR. My requirement is that when the quantity is less than 100pcs., then the other price conditions should get determined. As scale is mainatined here, the conditon record is found and price picked is 0. Also, further price conditions are not checked as condition record has been found. How can I ignore this condition when price is 0. Please advise
    Sandeep

    Try Condition Exculsion Tcode VB02
Here you take the two condition types depending upon your scale and make It exclusive .
If you have some specific requirement then you will need the help of the ABAPER where you can assign a specific formulate  or requirement to the condition types.

  • Price condition equal to VPRS cost of goods

I have a senario ,which we will create sales orders for customers with sales price equals to the MAP(moving average price) at the  time when the SO being input .And the sales price in sales orders should be copy to the billing whether  the MAP has changed or not .
Now I have set up an pricing procedure ,which  use  VPRS  as the sales price condition type ,but here comes another question when I create billing according to the delivery . When I create the billing document ,the net value is defferent with the net value of the sales order ,because the MAP has changed during the goods issue.
Is there any idea that can make sure the sale price equals to the MAP , and the billing net value is same as sales order net value?
can you give me some advice ? thanks for you help!

    Hi,
The pricing type (Copy control)  is an extremely important field. It is worthwhile keeping this entry
in mind when creating your pricing condition types. As a rule of thumb, you should
have all item categories for a particular sales document with the same settings.
Generally, you may use pricing type B (carry out new pricing), G (copy pricing
elements unchanged and redetermine taxes), or C (copy manual pricing elements
    and redetermine the others).
When using condition B all manual pricing condition types are lost.
If you want to copy the sales order to the invoice without changing the sales order
conditions, use pricing rule G. This will copy the pricing conditions from the order into the
invoice without changing them, but will redetermine the taxes.

  • Price conditions on Sales Orders via EDI

    Hi,
I need to know if there is a way to bring prices over on the IDOC while posting a sales order via EDI. I have a situation where the price does not have to be determined based on condition records setup within SAP but rather update the price sent on the IDOC itself.
    Thanks
    MR

    Hi,
Let the inbound Idoc have the price field and the price of the material. And keep the price condition type open/manual entry allowed. Once this is done the system will not do it from the condition record and will populate the data that is there in the Idoc.
    Hope this helps.
    Kind Regards

  • Is there a way to fix the exchange rate of PO item condition type ?

    Hello all,
We have an agreed selling price in RMB from the supplier and the export rate(RMB to USD) is given by them according to delivery date. But we pay in USD.   Thus PO header is USD and using M rate but  PO price condition type in PO item  is RMB -> then convert to USD and sum up into gross price.  We want to control the way RMB is converted to USD in the item level.
e.g.  PO order currency is USD, PO header exchange rate is a fixed rate input by user
(hedge rate USD -> Local company currency)
PO item 1      agreed PO price is 100 RMB -> PO item condition's rate is 100 RMB per pc
                         -> export rate RMB to USD fixed at 8 -> 100 / 8  USD
PO item 2      agreed PO price is 200 RMB  -> PO item condition's rate is  200 RMB per pc
                          at export rate -> 200 / 8  USD
Total PO  value in USD =  300 RMB / 8      (we don't want it to convert 300 RMB using M rate)
Appreciate if anyone has a solution for this similar case.

  • Creation of new condition type: MWST

    Hi, Everyone.
I would like to ask for some help regarding this issue: Creation of new condition type: MWST with the following details:
    1. For the country French Polynesia, Create a new VAT condition of 10%.
    2. Create a new one called : Class : Z u2013 Designation : France : TOM corresponding to 10 % of VAT to be invoiced
and then associate this new VAT code u201CZu201D to the applicant Nr 221860
If you could provide me a step by step process on how to resolve this, it would be very much appreciated.  Thank you so much.

    Hello
What type of condition type you want.
It is always advisable to create a new conditon type copying a standard condition type.
For gross price condition types select PB00/PBXX
    For freight charges, Copy FRA1/FRB1

  • Condition Type in Pricing Procedure Determination

    Dear All,
I want some clarity in Pricing Procedure determination. As I know in IMG we determine pricing procedure by the combination of Sales Org, Dist. Channel, Division,  Cust. Pricing procedure and document Pricing procedure. There is additional tab Condition type. I just wanted to know the use of that particular field(Condition Type). Please help me to clear this point. Please also give any example if possible.

    Hi Nitesh,
As u rightly said we determine P. procedure in combination of Sales Area (Org, Dist.+ Channel + Division), Cust. Pricing procedure & document Pricing procedure, in condition Type we need to assign basic price condition type. U may have multiple pricing procedure in combination with sales Area & Doc PP, Cust pp so there u can assign basic price c type which is applicable to that P. procedure.
Here we assign PP to Condition type, ultimately it captures it in Sales Order condition tab.
    Ex. 1000 10 10 A 1 ZDOMPP PR00 (Basic Price C. Type for Domestic)
          2000 20 20 A 1 ZEXPPP ER00 (Basic Price C. Type for Export)

  • Pricing limits for condition type PR00

    Hi,
I have got a scenario at hand, where i have to assign tolarence limits to all the conditions types in the pricing procedure. i have maintained limits in Transaction OVB2 except Base price condition type i.e. PR00. the problem i am facing is, we have got some where around 1,500 material and 3,200 customers and the price variation between the material is large(3000-150000). The main purpose of maintaining limits is to reduce the risk when entered manually. Please do consider the general business implications while replying.
eg: new pricing procedures, condition records for base price etc makes a hafty job, so can you please suggest me any other means to have a tolerence limit to condition type PR00(PR00 is used as base price for all pricing procedures).
Thank you, Have a nice day at work.
    with regards
    RVS Prasad

    Hi venkata siva
As you are having around 1500 materials in your business . That means you need to maintain condition records for all these materials. While maintaining condition records only  , in VK11 for PR00 condition type , maintain upper limit and lower limit in additional data  . Then there should not be an problem
Another way of maintaining pricing at upper limit and lower limit is in OVB2.
