We have created Application type connections successfully. the tests on these were also successful.
Thank you,

- points rewarded for helpful solutionHi,
The Following Procedure Follow To Create JCO Destinations.
First You Configure SLD Correctly. If You Have ECC And BW.You Maintaing Two WEBAS ABAP Systems.
You Create WEB AS ABAP System In SLD And Maintain Connection Properties Of ECC.And
Similarly For BW Also.
If You Want To Create JCO Destinations. You Go To Login Portal
Content Administration->Webdynpro->Create JCO Destinatiion
A.General Data -> Specify Model Name,Client And JCO Pool Configuration
B.Specify J2EEE Cluster
C.Destination type
Data Type-> Application DataModel,Dictionary MetaDataMetadata
Destination Type->Load Balancing Or Single Server
D.Specify Either Application Server Or Message Server
E.SecurityUsername,password,confirm password,language

RajendraHello Rajendra,
Good to hear from u. Let me try to give a soln for this problem of yours.
I think probably the logon group has not been specified in the backend. If thats the case then do the following:
Connect to the backend server for which you are trying to create the JCO. Run the transaction SMLG. It will show u the existing logon groups. carry out the following steps if the 'PUBLIC' group is not present in the list of logon groups.
Click on the create button. In the pop-up, type the logon as 'PUBLIC'. For the instance, select the F4 help and choose the existing instance number. Click on copy and click save. Try running the transaction /nsmlg and now it should show the logon group 'PUBLIC'.
When you create the JCO connection, it should now show the logon group 'PUBLIC'.

Error while creating webservice destination in PI 7.1
Hi,
I have a Webdynpro application developed with NWDS 7.1 that is consuming web services from PI 7.1 server.
I have exposed RFCu2019s from PI 7.1 as web service using transaction se37 and consumed them in my Webdynpro application.
I have to deploy this application on PI 7.1.
When I am creating web service destination in NWA -> SOA Management -> Destination Template Management
I am getting the following error,
Error while trying to obtain the selected private key. Possible cause is that private key System-key has been deleted on the server.
If anyone know the reason for this error please reply.
Thank you.
Regards,
ShwetaGo to the JNDI Browser (Nwa -> Problem Management), and check if the proxy was deployed correctly with the exact name "Proxy2919".

RFC Error While Creating Technical System in SLD As Web AS ABAP
Hi Experts,
I was Posted This Thread in Most of the Modules like ABAP, Exchange Infrastructure.
But there is No Such Right Answers . So Finally I Got Idea to Post it in SAP NetWeaver Administrator Module.
For Creating a TS for Web AS ABAP For R/3 in SLD Automatically I Followed these Steps.
Log on to R/3 System
1) Go to SLDAPICUST TC
2)Entered Host name of the XI System ,Port, User As PIAPPLUSER, and Master PWD.
And Checked Primary Check Box.Saved
3) Goto RZ70 TC
4) Entered Host name And Gateway Service of XI System. And Activated
5) Clicked on Start Data Collection.
Here I Got the Error As <b>"RFC call failed : Error opening an RFC connection"</b>
Then
1) If I Executed SLD_NUC in SM59 With SAP XI Details Means It's giving Error Like as Follows "TheGetT1002 : error ( Msg - 10 not found )"
If I Executed SLD_NUC in SM59 With SAP R/3 Details Means It's giving Error Like as Follows "program SLD_NUC not registered"
Please let me Know the Solution
<b>Points will be Given If the Problem Is Solved</b>

2. Connect using your administrator password.
3. Goto Server->services->SLD Data Suppier->HTTP Settings/ CIM Client Generation Settings
4. Enter details: Host, port, user, password for SLD system.
5. Save and Test the CIMClient test.

In step 3.2 Msg server connection I cannot specify a system name and logon group, only the message server can be selected with the dropdown box.
After pushing the finish button i get the following stacktrace:

Please configure your SLD. Your SLD holds the system definition. Define a SAP WebAS abap system and then try to create a Metadata connection using WebDynpro content administrator. Now you will be able to see the msg server defined in the dropdown. Also ensure that you have the message server entry in your services file.
Refer these links for SLD
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/c9/dc37520bdf4b48bb8f6d4329f073d5/content.htm
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/24/8fa93e08503614e10000000a114084/content.htm
Hope that helps.

Regards,
KishoreHi,
In the HTTP Receiver what is the Addressing Type used ? (URL Address or HTTP Destination).
If its URL Addressing Type, check if right Authentication Type is used with valid values and for HTTP Addressing Type check this HTTP Client Create Error, it could be helpful.
Also check if the Target system can be reached from the XI server to validate the configuration parameters.

Yes, it seems to be NW 7.0. Please upgrade Java(NW 7.0) to SP 12 or higher. I guess latest is 17.
Before upgrading Java, better if you un-install all VIRSA components, and re-install it after applying Java patch. ALso make sure Kernel version is upgraded before applying Java patch.
Take this sequence-
1. Un-install VIRSA components
2. Update Kernel
3. Update Java patch
4. Install VIRSA components.
5. Apply latest patch of VIRSA components.
6. Apply latest RTA patches in backend system.

Error while creating the HTTP client with destination
Hi ,
I am getting this error while connecting to https location on receiver channel . The below error i am getting in SXMB_moni
Error while creating the HTTP client with destination
The receiver party is doing some security setting on there end and for that purpose we have provided the external IP address to them , after that we are getting the above error.
We have already installed the client certificate on our staging server , and have done the correct setting in SM59 and channel.Check few things..
1) I believe you use specify destination for the addressing type field in the comm channel. If so make sure you entered valid target URL address in the SM59 of type http destination.
2) Check the validitity of the certificate. You can import the certificate both in java and abap stack.
3) Make sure certificate is installed as expected.
4) Send the request and talk to the target system and check what error information they get in their log related to ssl.
