Rich forms unavailable after new JRun 4 server creation and deployment

I am running CFENT 8 in the JRun multiserver version.
Yesterday I took my production server, created a WAR and deployed
it as a development environment. The server functions with cfquery
and I can output the data in standard HTML tables. But, if I open
the pages using cfchart, cfmenu, cfajaxproxy and many of the other
RIA tags the output is supressed. In the case of cftooltip I get a
javascript error that says, "YAHOO' is undefined.
Did I post enough information? Has anyone seen this before? I
think I might need to install FLex on the new instance but I'm
looking for some guidance before I do it.

Make sure all of your CFIDE/scripts has been copied.

    Thanks for the response.
Packaging the jsp has been ruled out. I have placed the application folder under the <web server home>/www-root/webapps and enabled the web-app section in the server.xml file.
Current application url is as follows, which is in iplanet version 6.1
    http://localhost:8080/QA/AP/6.0/Admin
The application folder QA is kept under the webapps directory.
The application folder on version 7 is the same and kept under webapps directory.
    <web-app>
    <uri>/QA/AP/6.0/Admin</uri>
    <enabled>true</enabled>
    <path>*<Web Server HOME>*/www-root/webapps/QA/AP/6.0/Admin</path>
    <description>Admin Web App</description>
    </web-app>
When i try to access the application with the url
    http://localhost:8080/QA/AP/6.0/Admin
    I get file not found.
Also how can I clear the cache in version 7 where as in version 6 we have Class Cache folder.
    Thanks in advance.

To find your OS information, on your Windows desktop, right-click the My Computer icon, choose Properties, under System on that small window is info about your OS.

  • Sun one application server packging and deploying

peace be up on you ,
i am using sun application server , i have create an ejb class , home and remote interfaces
also a client class and an jsp file to access this ejb, but i don't know how to use the applilcation server to backge them and to test them after deployment

You can refer to the following link to get the appserver documentation.
    http://developers.sun.com/prodtech/appserver/reference/docs/index.html
Alternatively you can use netbeans IDE to develop J2EE applications. It is very simple to write, package and deploy J2EE applications using netbeans.
    You can download netbeans from-
    http://www.netbeans.org/downloads/index.html or from
    http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/download.html

  • BizTalk Server 2013 and deployment MSI with dynamic send ports

Hello community, wonder if any help out there for this odd problem.
Deployment of application msi fails into BizTalk 2013 prod environment, fails when deploying the project dll that contains all the orchestrations,
and reports a failure to apply early bindings.  The only early bindings in this project are dynamic send ports.  I cannot recreate the problem in in my QAS environment where deployments of the same msi works fine.
I can build an msi without any bindings at all except for the dynamically created ones, and this also display the same behaviour on import.
I have test deployed a 2nd unrelated app that also uses dynamic send ports, and this displays the problem.
Adding the assembly directly to BizTalk console displays the same behaviour.
Deployment of msi apps without dynamic send ports are ok.
The dynamic ports use a pipeline including a custom pipeline component which I can confirm is available in the correct directory
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013\Pipeline Components
No specific further detail is available in the error except.
Import Wizard[09/05/2014 08:20:47]: Error in Importing Application
Import Wizard[09/05/2014 08:20:47]: Change requests failed for some resources.
BizTalkAssemblyResourceManager failed to complete end type change request.
    Unable to deploy early bindings.
    Failed to update binding information.
    Error in the application.
Other information that may be relevant:
The main difference between QAS and PROD is that PROD is a two node cluster.  Import behaviour is the same if attempted on either node.  Assemblies are installed in both nodes currently.
The dynamic ports are set on handlers that are non-clustered hosts (all are for adapter type SMTP).
I have ensured that all the adapter handlers are identically setup in both environments.
The project files were migrated to BizTalk 2013 from BizTalk 2010, imported and then converted using VS 2012.
The msi has installed the assemblies as per usual and they do exist in the .net 4 gac
There is a reference to a shared resource in a different application, this application is installed and imported ok.
I’m a bit stuck at what to try now, I have option where I could recreate the dynamic ports from scratch in the orchestrations and redeploy to dev in the hope it’s something that VS2012 didn’t handle too gracefully
when converting the project.  I could move the functionality into a helper class and forget about using dynamic sends, rather not go down that route.  I'm still suspecting this is small difference in setup
of the group between QAS and PROD but I can't see anything jumping out.
    Any comments are most welcome.

The dynamic ports use a pipeline including a custom pipeline component which I can confirm is available in the correct directory
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013\Pipeline Components
I’m a bit stuck at what to try now, I have option where I could recreate the dynamic ports from scratch in the orchestrations and redeploy to dev in the hope it’s something
that VS2012 didn’t handle too gracefully when converting the project.
    Two things.
    1. That's what I would do first, recreate (really just change and reset the properties) the Orchestration Ports in Visual Studio.
    2. Probably not related but, Custom Pipeline Components should not be placed in the Pipeline Components folder.  All Custom Pipeline Components should be in the GAC only.  The Pipeline Components folder
is a compatibility vestige from BizTalk Server 2004.

  • Test my new Adobe Media Server

    Hello,
I've just finished my new Adobe Media Server installation and doing testing now.
I tried to run http://localhost/hds-vod/test.mp4.f4m in my Adobe Media Server local Sample Video Player, it works fine. But, when I tried to run in another client machine with same URL http://externalhost/hds-vod/test.mp4.f4m, it shows below error in my browser. Any help would be appreciate.

You need to have a hds player to be able to play the stream. You cna use default strobe media player that comes with Adobe standard installation.

  • How to add a new Shared Variable programmatically to an existing and deployed library?

    Hi there!
I am trying to accomplish this on both LabVIEW 8.6 and LabVIEW 2010 and seems like it's not any different in this situation.
My case: A project has a library with 4 Shared Variables (SVs). The library and the variables are deployed (visible in Distributed System Manager 8.6/2010). I want to add 2 more variables into this library. It is possible to do this manually from Project Explorer window's options menu. But while running an application it has to be done programmatically. Can I provide the library reference to the one currently existing without creating a new one?
"Create Or Add Library To Project" function in the Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) toolkit does not help in this case. That function, as the name suggests, just tries to create a new library in the project.
    Two possible methods:
The function "Add Shared Variable To Library" (DSC>EngineControl>Libraries & Processes) needs a library reference, which could be provided via "CreateOrAddLibraryToProject" function, but this function tries to create a new library, and if I provide the path of the existing library it throws an exception that the library already exists in the project (yes, as I wrote above, I need to add new variables to an existing and deployed library).
    OR
The function "Create Shared Variable" (DSC>EngineControl>Variables & I/O Servers) will add Shared Variable in a process, and not physically in a library file, and the problem (limitation) with this approach is that it doesn't allow to add complex data type Shared Variables (for example in LabVIEW 8.6 it has only 4 datatype options in input parameter, and even in LV2010 it does not have "Image" datatype that I need).
The scond method is my preferred method as it allows to work on Online Shared Variables and doesn't create them physically in libraries (and this is good as the variables' scope remains only till the Variable Engine is running). But it doesn't support advanced data types, and the first method is powerful in terms that it supports to virtually any datatype, it just seems tricky to get that reference to the library.
    Any tips?
    Thanks ahead!
    Vaibhav

       <<<<>>>>
As the above two images show, while a library does not exist, it is easy to use the "CreateOrAddLibraryToProject.vi" which will add a new library to the project (if it doesn't exist on file system, a new library will be created) and that way, using the reference (the green wire going out from the function and the Case Structure, can be used to add Shared Variables to the library. The problem was what to do when a library already exists in the project, how to add more variables to it. I was looking for a way to get a library reference, and somehow I could not see it inside a Project's property (VI Server functions). Hence I posted the question. And upon continuing my search, I found it on the Application's property list.
I hope it was useful for someone else as well. And thanks for the replies. Please share a better idea if you have.

  • Communication Failing with Corrupted Chars . Sql Server 2000 and AS400

    Hi Experts,
I am facing this below error after 9 yrs. sql server 2000 and As400 on prod server. while on dev and stage it's running properly. Here username is ABCD, while it's showing BCD
The OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "" reported an error. Authentication failed. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 7399) Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "xxxxx".
[SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 7303)  OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server "" returned message "[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed".

User  BCD on server does not exist, Password length = 8, Prompt Mode = Never, System IP Address = "xxxxx". [SQLSTATE 01000] (Error 7412).  The step failed.
Here ABCD user is also disabling/locking the profile on AS400 server.
When we tried on Dev server, linked server through DSN working properly. Last time when it appeared 2 yrs ago, it resolved automatically. but now more than 10 days passed and still Failing.
    Please Guide Me.
    Regards,
    Manish

So this setup has worked for nine years, and all of a sudden stopped working with this error message? Does not look trivial...
What does Here ABCD user is also disabling/locking the profile on AS400 server mean? Is ABCD able to log in directly on the AS400 box?
One possibility is that the user ABCD has been dropped or disabled, and then there is a bug in the ODBC driver where the first character of the username is distorted in the error message. I note that there are two spaces between "User" and "BCD".
The other possibility is that the AS400 is receiving a login attempt from BCD (or something that ends in BCD with an invisible leading character). This sounds very difficult to troubleshoot...

  • Osx server unavailable after reinstall

    Hi,
I have a late 2012 MAC Mini server.  I bought it used.
    Issue:
Mac OSx server is unavailable after a fresh install on following the instructions for a RAID setup from the apple site.
I do not have the receipt. How do I go about obtaining the OSx server package?
    Thanks.

Assuming that the mac mini is purchased with server on it, and you follow the instructions for implementing RAID1 on it, since this effecdtively deletes all and you have to perform an OS restore, how then does one retrive the Server app, since it came "pre-installed" and not purchased from the store?  I have a Mac Mini Server, new, straight out of the box, purchased for a project at work,  that I am requested to make into a RAID 1.  All I have read says all is deleted, so where would I acquire a copy of the Server app, that came pre-installed?

  • Can't start UCM server after new installation of 11.1.1.8 on Microsoft server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit EE

    Hi All
After new installation of WCC 11.1.1.8 on Microsoft server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit EE UCM_server1 can’t start. (Please see trace below). WCC 11.1.1.7 run without issues on this environment.
    Steps:
    1. Installation of jrockit-jdk1.6.0_45-R28.2.7-4.1.0
    2. Installation of WLS 10.3.6
    3. Installation of WCC 11.1.1.8
    4. Schema creation by RCU 11.1.1.8
    5. Domain creation by config.cmd with AdminServer, UCM_server1, IBR_server1
    6. Run Admin - (success)
    7. Run NodeManager (optional) - (success)
    8. Run UCM_server1 – failed
Still not works after patching MLR 1 for WCC 11.1.1.8 or upgrade from 11.1.1.7 .
From log files we can saw that problem caused by JniNativeOsUtils.dll file in “<Middleware Home>\Oracle_ECM1\ucm\idc\components\NativeOsUtils\lib\windows-amd64\7.2.1.1”
I replaced JniNativeOsUtils.dll with same file from 11.1.1.7 version and UCM_server1 starts work
I got errors during startup (syNativeOsUtilsNotLoaded and UnsatisfiedLinkError - you can foun them in trace below), but WCC up and works.
I also get error when trying to start SystemProperties or ComponentWithard utility:
Activation context generation failed for "C:\Oracle\MIDDLE~1\USER_P~1\domains\WCC_DO~1\ucm\cs\bin\SystemProperties.exe".
