Route calendar

Hi All
We have maintained two different factory calendars at shipping point and route , These 2 calendars are having different working days .
Now at the time of calculating dates in sales order , which calendar system will consider for the below fields
Goods issue date
Loading date
Material avail.date
Transportation Plan.
Is it from Route calendar or shipping point calendar the system consider the working days. Please let me know which calendar got exact influence on what filed.

what i found is
The factory calendar which we assign at routes will influnce the dates in sales order. The time's ( Transit time , transportation lead time ) mainatined with route, will get influenced with the calender assigend to the route . Table (TVRO) .
If factotry calendar is not mainatained int he route , then shipping point calendar will be considered
If both are mainatined and they are different , the route calender will influnce on the times/ days mainatined in config(TVRO) remaning dates will be influenced by shipping point calendar
Requested delivery date is influnced by customer calendar

Is it possible to set up 2 different calendars for this same route?
I made a route with 2 different route stages. Each of stages have different calendars. Unfortunatelly system is not checking those calendars..... System always take route calendar...
My client is shipping materials from the shipping point to the end customer each Monday and Thursday. Materials are shipped first to the main office and after that are shipped to the end customer (each Tuesday and Friday form the main office).
I made a route which has 2 different route stages: Stage 1 u2013 To Office, and stage 2 u2013 to the end customer. Each of stages have different calendar.On the sales order document system is checking only one calendar (route calendar). My client would like to see when the material will be received by the end customer, examle: You make sales order on Sunday, so it means that materials will be shipped from the shipping point on mondey, and will be received by the end customer on Tuesday.
Does anyone know the answer?

Why do you need to keep calendar assigned at route level here? Did you try removing calendar from the route and leaving it only at stage level?

Commmited Delivery Date in Purchase Order?
Can any one tell me , how is the commited delivery date in Purchase Order Determined!
I get a date which is sunday as committed delivery date but according to Route Calendar and shipping
point calendar sunday is not a working day?
Any suggestions?

Commitment dates switch for calculation rule
Key that controls how the commitment quantities should be calculated per sales document type.
Use
The commitment date is calculated using the delivery time for releases to contracts with delivery times, or sales orders that refer to quotations containing delivery times. The committed quantity results from the agreed delivery time or the confirmed quantity, according to the calculation rule set here.
Dependencies
You can set the following calculation rules:
A: Consider agreed delivery time
Here, all required schedule lines are committed for the date that lies at the agreed distance from the delivery time, according to the date on which the order was placed. If the customer requests a later date, this can be confirmed. The confirmation does not affect the calculation. If you do not enter a delivery time, the system does not calculate a committed quantity.
B: First confirmation date
The committed quantity is calculated according to the first confirmed quantities. If a delivery time exists for the item, the system takes it into account, as in calculation rule A, and confirms the earlier date. The commitment date is recalculated if the material, quantity, first date, or delivery time change. The quantities confirmed then are valid once the document has been saved.
C: First confirmation date
Rule C is the same as calculation rule B but for new items. If you save a document again but the system can confirm more for the customer, the more favorable situation will be saved as the commitment. As in rule B, the commitment date will be recalculated if changes are made to the material, quantity, requested delivery date, or delivery time.
No entry
Commitment dates are not calculated or displayed.

Sales Order - Requested Delivey Date

Hi All,
Please help me resolve this requirement.
In sales order we have a field 'Requested Delivery Date', Normally the requested delivery date is default todays date only. If not proposed by system, we have to enter it manually.
In our project we have maintained cusotomer calendar, where some dates in an year are specified.
Only on such dates order is possible to be delivered to the customers.
While creating such order, we get an information message, that "no goods accepeted on 24.06.2008, the next possible date is 28.06.2008"
This date (28.06.2008) comes from the cuustomer calendar attached to the customer master in view Unloading points.
Now how can this date be automatically copied to the requested delivery date field so as to make the order not possible to be delivered on the todays date, & only possible to deliver on the date (28.06.2008) which is the date from customer calendar.
I repeat, instead of automatic determination of req delivery date, or instead of manual entry, system should pick the date automatically from customers calendar after entry on Ship to party in the sales order.

sorry I just forgot to share it with all.
See, our requirement was sales order should have delivery date into it, not proposed by system by to be fetched from the calendar maintained in the ship to party customer master record.
We acheived this by using a feild exit for Data element "KETDAT" - Requested delivery date of the document.
In this we incorporated the logic like to fetch the date from the calendar, additionally a function module "DATE_CONVERT_TO_FACTORYDATE" was also used.
Whenever user creates a sales order, the system date automatically comes by default, by is replaced by the date from calendar, & a message is also passed "Change in the route calendar date"
I am glad to inform you this worked out very well.

In Stpo transport, load and goods issue line is not appear

I am creating the STPO's (Different company codes) in items details -> Del.sch-> transport, load date and goods issue is not appear. The Delivery date is 25.02.2008. next day the user as change the del.date from 25th to 26th. transport,load date and goods issue is appear.
Anybody plz tell me how its happen like this, and tell the root cause.

because it is overtaking or superseeding the shipping calendar here.

No loading on Sundays

Hello SD Gurus,
We are facing one issue :
Getting loading date as Sundays date in the delivery document. I have checked the config. settings for plant & shipping point factory calendar.
Both factory calendars are assigned as all working days calendar.
I have changed only shipping point factory calendar as Mon-Fri 5 working days calendar.
But still the problem remains sameu2026
Can we please help me out of this issue..

In your case, plant/ shipping point calendar should be enough--> these dates influence the loading date.
the route calendar determines the no of days for transportation..
can you check if the shipping calendar..this is the most relevant for your case for MAD.
ALso in tcode OVLZ, in field Determine load. time maintain 'C'.

How can I force the BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATFROMDAT2 to create sales order with only one schedule line for some itmes ?

If your schedule line category is relevant for availability check - it means that you can't say in advance will it be confirmed or not and how many sched.lines it's going to have, you can estimate by "order simulate" but it doesn't mean that your real order will fully match to simulation.
If you are not doing any availability check (your materials are always available) - then your item will get current material availability date... but stil the number of schedule lines will depend on whether or not your required delivery date can be met taking into account pick/pack time, transit time (route), calendars of shipping point, route & customer.... and you can't force one schedule line in this case unless you change your required date to a proposed delivery date based on simulation.

Syncing iPhone/iPad to multiple iTunes libraries

I was wondering about about syncing my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 to two separate iTunes libraries. I have two accounts on my MacBook – one personal and one for work - and my iPhone/iPad are used for both. They are currently synced with my personal iTunes library, where I have all music and all apps. However, I would like to be able to set up another iTunes library on my work account with podcasts and routed calendar/contact information, and then be able to sync my iPhone/iPad to that library as well, so that that information is added to the data from my personal library.
In a nutshell, my iPhone/iPad have both personal and professional uses, and I would like to find a way to sync data from both of my iTunes libraries to these two devices. I searched around a bit and found instructions for tweaking the code in the iTunes files, but I wasn't entirely sure that that solution applied to my specific situation.
I'd be very grateful for any kind of help. Thanks very much!

Transportation Calendar depends on route - how can this be configured?

Hello,
how can a transportation calendar - depending on the route - be considered?
When we change the route (e.g. in VA02 sales order change) and trigger an ATP check the correct transit time (TRAN) is considered. (Because we set up different lead times (TRAN) depending on the route in the condition technique.)
But the transportation calendar is maintained in the transportation lane (delivering location -> transportation zone (of the ship-to)).
Only one t-calendar can be assignd.
How could another t-canlendar (depending on a route) be considered?

Can some explain what happens when you don't specify a calendar in a route. How is the overall time for for delivery calculated if it is route dependent?
What happens if you have a shipping point calendar but the pick/pack time and load time are route dependent?
what takes precedence over the other?

Enter an appointment with route-time in Calendar OSX 10.9.
It begins at 10pm to 12pm
and
the route-time is from 9pm-10pm (new option since Maverick)
This appointment is only synchronized from 10pm to 12pm and the route-time is not visible on the iPhone 7.0.3
We synchronize over iCloud.
Can you fix?

Email Notification on Calendar list Sharepoint Foundation 2013 not sending out email

Hi,
Actually i have 2 problem. I just don't have any idea how to solve them.
1 ) I have a machine installed with Windows Server2012 and Sharepoint Foundation 2013. Email invitation from system and alert me email is working fine. Then I created a few email sending workflow using sharepoint designer 2013. The email are going out fine
for list or document library but gave out error when i tried to send from Calendar list. The error is saying that the outgoing email is not configured correctly. If that was the case, should it be that i will receive error for all.
2) I have another machine with same installation as above but doesn't send out any kind of email(Invitation,alert me, SPD2013 custom worflow). I've checked telnet port 587, it is responding fine. I want to know if i need to open port in the firewall/router
settings for this port or if this issue is due to something else.
Any help is really appreciated.

I think this is the correct configuration because it sends emails normaly with SharePoint 2010.
If I configure my own email account in Outbound Security, Sharepoint 2013 sends emails but just when I login to Sharepoint, if other users login it doesn't send emails.
