Route web shop requests via SAP PI

Dear all,
I am facing the following problem. My SAP system is connected with an E-Shop. So orders can be processed via SAP ITS by calling a BAPI in the ECC system. Several countries are operating on this ECC.
In future, there will be a new ECC system, which will be used by some (but not all) of the countries. For that system, we also want to have an E-Shop for ordering.
However, we can not used different shops, because the orderer can not know from which country (and therefore from which system) he is ordering. But it is importent that in each system, the correct orders are created.
My question is now. Is it possible (technical feasibility, performance reasons), to route the ITS order request to a BAPI in the new system, which will distribute the orders for the old system with a synchronous client proxy call. This client proxy will basically call the corresponding BAPI in the old system, to process the order.
I think might technically be possible, but I fear that reply time of the original request back to ITS (and the webfrontend) could be to long.
Does anyone has experiences with such a scenario? Any ideas how we could distribute the orders in another (more simple) way?
Thanks and best regards
florian

Hi Florian ,
I think It is Verymuch Possible without hammering your Performance but in that case you should not call New System from old(Or vise-o-versa) but u must have some field in the field that will indicate whether order is to be generated from new system or old system .
say if there is a parameter in payload "X" which stands for New ECC system
then in id when we create Receiver Determination you can give condition if FieldName = x then system to be called will be New and in that give corresponding system name
and in otherwise give another system name.
But In this case you have to create two Bussiness System.

  • Error by sending a Web Service request

    Hi,
we generated a WSDL from an outbound-interface and build a web application with it. When we send a Web Service request to SAP-XI from our Web Dynpro client application, we get an error "CALL_CONSUMER_ERROR" (of category "XI_J2EE_MESSAGING_SYSTEM"). We find the following entry in the message-log of the adapter engine:
Error: Return of synchronous errormessage to the calling application: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while silently connecting: org.w3c.www.protocol.http.HttpException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Server certificate rejected by ChainVerifier.
Error: The Transmission of the message with https://hpsaps01.inveos.com:8001/sap/xi/engine?type=entry failed, because: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while silently connecting: org.w3c.www.protocol.http.HttpException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Server certificate rejected by ChainVerifier
does anybody know, how to solve this problem?
    Greetings
    Hildegard

    Hi Stefan,
correct certificates are established in the meantime and the error-message in the adapterlog has changed. The errorcode still remains "CALL_CONSUMER_ERROR" of category "XI_J2EE_MESSAGING_SYSTEM".
    Adapter-log:
Error: Return of synchronous errormessage to the calling application: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while silently connecting: org.w3c.www.protocol.http.HttpException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused.
Error: The Transmission of the message with https://hpsaps01.inveos.com:8001/sap/xi/engine?type=entry failed, because: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while silently connecting: org.w3c.www.protocol.http.HttpException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
Are there missing any more permissions or is this another error in the configuration?

  • Getting error while creating Customer Invoice Request via Web Service

    Hello,
I am trying to create customer invoice request via web service.
But I am getting the error message "No scheme configuration found for scheme '&CIRHP&' " continuously.
It is working fine in reference tenant. But using the same payload its giving error in another tenant.
Can you please tell me what is the root cause for this error?
I have included the payload used in the prototype tenant(Payload.txt) and screen shot of the error.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Sriram

    Hi,
Check the WSDL file is wellformed or not..You can test it using tools like XML Spy.
Might be the attribute tag is missing something..If WSDL file is correct then, create proxy by selecting the WSDL file from local machine..

  • Web shop LWC Chat and Interaction Center integration

    Hello All,
As I know, Live Web Collaboration in SAP E-Commerce for mySAP CRM (B2B, B2C Shops, and Internet Customer Self-Service) supports chat in CRM Interaction Centre WebClient, so that customer requests for assistance via chat are forwarded directly to the IC WebClient.
I had maintain LWC component in B2B Web Shop and LWC application for Agents, so chat between Consumer and  Agent work fine. Also I maintain IC WebClient and Contact Center Simulator for testing, as described in this blog (/people/stephen.johannes/blog/2008/05/21/crm-contact-center-simulator-setup) .  I tested chat and telephony functions u2013 all  work fine.
Than I tried to integrate LWC chat function and IC WebClient. I did all necessary settings as described in LWC XCM application help, CRM7.0 help (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/en/fe/4cad3efa11b300e10000000a114084/frameset.htm)  and SAP Solution Manager  (http://help.sap.com/SCENARIOS_BUS2004/helpdata/EN/E8/9B0342D0369C39E10000000A155106/frameset.htm) .
But integration donu2019t work. When I try requests for assistance via chat in B2B shop, I receive message u2013u201C No agent is available to assist you. Try again lateru201D
Can any one tell me what are the possible ways to integrate  LWC Chat in B2B Web Shop with Interaction Center WebClient?
    Regards,
    Yuriy

    Hello Oliver,
I had maintain LWC component in B2B XCM (http://<host>/b2b/admin/xcm/init.do  path: General Application Settings  -> Customer  -> lwc -> lwcconfig). Here I configure JMS host and port.
Also I maintain LWC XCM (http://<host>/lwc/admin/xcm/init.do). I had create custom scenario where I configure JCO connector to back end system.
Then, in customer side  I go to the B2B Web shop (http://<host>/b2b/init.do), click Help link, and then in pop-up window - Customer Support - > by Chat.
In Agent side I open LWC  (http://<host>/lwc /init.do), enter my user  name and password, click Available button, and after Customer send request for Chat, press  Pick Request.
In this case B2B Web Shop Customer can chat with Agent. Multichat also supported u2013 one Agent can chat more than one customer. But LWC application interface looks primitive and limited.
I am interesting how I can integrate LWC and IC WebClient as it described in SAP help.  Anybody can help me?

  • What are most valuable and required features in the B2B Web shop checkout?

    Hi,
I am product manager for SAP Web Channel. I would like to use this forum as a channel to learn more about our customer's requirements for Web shop checkout. Also, I would like to gather new ideas from our customers and partners for a highly usable and functional Web shop checkout.
What do you think are very valuable or even u201Cmust haveu201D features in a B2B scenario Web shop checkout? You can let me know checkout features that are especially relevant for your own business process. In this respect, it would be interesting to know what B2B checkout features you developed in your E-Commerce project. However, I would also like to know what features, apart from your own specific process requirements, that you would judge as very important standard B2B checkout features. Think of features such as an Ajax search for shipping addresses or payment via direct debit or 3D Secure.
Let me tell you upfront what I roughly understand as "checkout". Checkout for me is a process typically triggered by a 'Checkout' button in the shopping basket. As a result, a checkout page gets called. On this page or accross different sequent pages the customer is requested to enter or select certain information such as billing and shipping address(es) and payment data. This information is required by the Web shop owner in order to fulfill the customer order.
All your ideas, feedback, and thoughts on this topic are very welcome. Please understand that providing your ideas and requirements on the checkout will not necessarily mean that SAP will develop them in the future. But every idea will broaden my mind on what are the market requirements regarding this topic.
I hope that I can start an interesting discussion for all of you here in the forum. I will provide points for interesting ideas, thoughts and requirements.
    Greetings
    Torsten Kliesch

    Hi Sateesh,
thanks for your feedback. I have granted you some points for it first of all. Let me ask 1-2 two questions regarding your feedback though:
Regarding the pricing I understand your point in a way that it should be possible to display more price details in the basket or at least in the order overview of the checkout (before submitting the basket as a sales order). Meaning it should be possible to more easily switch on the display of price details like subtotal, customer discount in the basket and order overview. Is my understanding correct?
    Greetings
    Torsten

  • Goods are not visible on the Web Shop main page (RUMP UP)

    Hi colleagues.
    Help please anybody :)
There was the problem with the goods in Web Shop.
Goods are not visible on the page Web Shop.
Below you can see actions performed by us and Prerequisites:
    1. Repository was unachieved from Standard archive - WEC20_MDMCATALOG_CONS
    2. Taxonomy, Hierarchy and Lookup table data were transferred from CRM via MDMGX
    3. Manually created root node in Product Catalogs table in MDM
    4. Put technical code (ID) of created node to Product Catalog module in WCEM configuration - field Catalog ID.
    5. Fill another necessary fields in Product Catalog module in WCEM.
    6. Manually add test record in MDM and linked to node in Product Catalog table, elements from Main Taxonomy and other required fields.
    7. In preview mode of WCEM configuration not possible see any records from MDM (but product catalog elements showed correctly)
More information about settings in MDM, CRM,WCB and configuration steps can see in attachment files
    Best regardn,
    Andrey

    Hi Denis
Leading zeroes it's no my case, because the products (materials) replicated from CRM to MDM.
Replication from CRM to MDM via MDMGX and Initial Load R3AC1 is successfull.
But on the WebChannel web shop page this products are not visible.
I have suggested that the problem in authirizations of technical user, which uses RFC Destinations from SAP NW AS Java (Web Channel) to MDM.
According Security Guide for SAP Web Channel 2.0 (paragr. 8.3.2 see please screenshot), user of WEC_MDM_DEFAULT destination must assign the role WEBCHANNEL_CATALOG_DISPLAY_ROLE.
But this role does not exist in the system (SAP MDM, SAP NW).
Please give me advice about this.

  • Error while opening the B2C Web Shop

    Hi All,
Our Basis team has installed the JAVA Stack for CRM 7.0 EHP1. We can successfully open the XCM page for the web shop using the following URL: http://host:port/b2c/admin/xcm/init.do.
We get a SAP E-Commerce Error page when we try to launch the B2C Web Shop using the following URL:
http://host:port/b2c/b2c/init.do. The following error messages are shown along with a "Log On" button:
    An application error occurred
A serious system error has occurred
The shoplist read from buffer is empty
    Contact the administrator
    Log on
I have created the Internet B2C Users& specific roles and also done the XCM Configurations (New customer configuration, General Settings & JCO Component created). Restarted the Java Application. However we still get the same error page while launching the web shop. Please help us to rectify this error.
Also I get a blank-white page when I try to open this URL for maintaining a B2C Shop: http://host:port/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do?configuration.xcm=Z_MY_SCENARIO
I can successfully open the URL for SHOPADMIN XCM: http://host:port/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do
Please help us to resolve the issue. How can we maintain the SHOP? Have we missed some configurations?
    Thanks !

I am not able to open the shopadmin URL for defining a new B2C web shop. This URL does not work : http://host:port/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do?configuration.xcm=ZMY_SCENARIO. I just get a white blank page.
I can open the XCM for shopadmin using teh URL: http://host:port/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do.
    Thanks.

Here is the short dump in the ABAP system.
    Short text of error message:

    Long text of error message:
    Technical information about the message:
    Message class....... "PU"

Variable 1.......... "INTERNAL ERROR UPDATING REQUEST DESC OF"
    Variable 2.......... "RP1K900690"

I have checked the RFC destination in the J2EE Admin and that works OK.  This has me kind of stumped.

    Hi Mahesh,
You need to setup a Single Sign On between SAP Portal and ECC system where yoy are doing the development.
Ask basis team to setup the single sign on and usually this is the job done by Basis teams. Refer the below link to get some idea on SSO setup:

  • CRM E-Commerce BOB Web shop - Duplicate check for New Customer Creation

    Hi,
In CRM E-Commerce BOB Web shop we have a requirement wherein new customer creation should go through a duplicate check. Only unique customers should be created as BP in backend GUI, in case a customer already exists with the same credentials, BP should not be created and user should get a message that the customer already exist in the system.
Currently the system is not preventing me from creating new customers with same credentials.
In case anybody has worked on the similar requirement or has any idea about the same, Kindly help.
    Regards, Vipul

Need help accessing the router web page.  I have been told my router is acting like a switch and the IP address is not in the proper range.  I have tried reseting the router (hold for 30 sec and unplug for 5 mins).  Didn't work.
    thanks

What router are you using?  Almost all Linksys routers use 192.168.1.1 as the default local IP address, but there is at least one that uses 192.168.16.1 , namely the WTR54GS  (not the WRT54GS).
You need to try again to reset the router to factory defaults.
To reset your router to factory defaults, use the following procedure:
    1) Power down all computers, the router, and the modem, and unplug them from the wall.
    2) Disconnect all wires from the router.
    3) Power up the router and allow it to fully boot (1-2 minutes).
    4) Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release it, then let the router reset and reboot (2-3 minutes).
    5) Power down the router.
    6) Connect one computer by wire to port 1 on the router (NOT to the internet port).
    7) Power up the router and allow it to fully boot (1-2 minutes).
    8) Power up the computer (if the computer has a wireless card, make sure it is off).
    9) Try to ping the router. To do this, click the "Start" button > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. A black DOS box will appear. Enter the following: "ping 192.168.1.1" (no quotes), and hit the Enter key. You will see 3 or 4 lines that start either with "Reply from ... " or "Request timed out." If you see "Reply from ...", your computer has found your router.
    10) Open your browser and point it to 192.168.1.1. This will take you to your router's login page. Leave the user name blank (note: a few Linksys routers have a default user name of "admin" (with no quotes)), and in the password field, enter "admin" (with no quotes). This will take you to your router setup page. Note the version number of your firmware (usually listed near upper right corner of screen). Exit your browser.
If you get this far without problems, try the setup disk (or setup the router manually, if you prefer), and see if you can get your router setup and working.
If you cannot get "Reply from ..." in step 9 above, your router is dead.
If you get a reply in step 9, but cannot complete step 10, then either your router is dead or the firmware is corrupt. In this case, use the Linksys tftp.exe program to try to reload your router with the latest firmware. After reloading the firmware, repeat the above procedure starting with step 1.
If you need additional help, please state your ISP, the make and model of your modem, your router's firmware version, and the results of steps 9 and 10. Also, if you get any error messages, copy them exactly and report back.
Please let me know how things turn out for you.

  • PDF document in B2C Web shop

    Hello Experts,
I am trying to set up a B2C shop in CRM 2007 (sp02).
I have set up a product catalog and maintained a PDF document in the HEADER AREADocuments TabBDS_PDF folder.
I replicated the same to TREX(having IIS installed on the same machine). I could find the index and the document in TREX and on IIS.
I am unable to see the same in the web shop.
Did I miss some thing ? Do I need to do any other settings in XCM or in JSP?
    Thanks in advance

I found the following code from the JSP page  which I thought  is relevant from your suggestion. (EX:item.getAttribute("DOC_PC_CRM_PDF"))
                   <%-- image --%>
                   <% pageContext.setAttribute("item", currentItem); %>
                   <isa:ifImageAvailable name="item">

                           <img src="<isa:imageAttribute guids="DOC_PC_CRM_IMAGE,DOC_P_CRM_IMAGE" name="item" />"
                                alt="<%= JspUtil.encodeHtml(currentItem.getDescription())%>" />
                       </div>
                   </isa:ifImageAvailable>
Could you please elaborate/ specify the changes that I need to make in this code?
My objective is to dispaly a PDF about the product in the web shop.
