Routes in ECC

Hi,
In a shipper scenario can the experts inform how does the route info flow into OTR/FU from sales order in ECC

OTR dates are not affected as such. But route impacts the dates in SO which is reflected in the OTR which in turn drives the FU dates.
Secondly requested delivery date is independent of route. So if we 'plan based on requested quantities' then in TM the FU date for the destination location will be requested delivery date in SO. It does not look at the schedule line.
However if you 'Plan of confirmed quantities' {OTR config}, the date of the schedule line in ECC SO with confirmed quantities will be the FU destination End date(requested). Moreover the material availability date will be FU source start date (Acceptable).
So in this scenario if you change routes in SO, the schedule line dates gets affected which changes the FU destination end date(requested). Moreover in this case, requested delivery date in SO is not used directly in TM FU.

  • Replicatiin of Routes in Sales order

    Hi,
We are working on CRM 5.0 with ECC 6.0 as backend.
We are creating sales orders in ECC and replicating to CRM.
Now the issue is how to replicate routes from the ECC sales order to CRM Sales order.
Can anybody help us in understanding replication  or redetermination of  routes from ECC to CRM.
Is it possible to maintain routes in CRM?

  • Process Orders Missing Components

    All,
We create planned orders in APO and CIF them over to ECC. We also convert the planned orders in APO as well and then release them in ECC.
The issue that we are having is that when we convert the planned orders in APO to process orders the materials are missing in the process orders in R/3. We re-explode the process orders in R/3 and then the materials appear in the process orders.
    Any help will be gratefull.
    Thanks
    Rob

    Hi Rob,
The components in the planned orders are just the replica of PPM/PDS data which are
coming from bom and routing through ECC.
Check the PPM data of the products whether they are updated properly through CIF.
If CIF transfer is corrected, all components will get transferred correctly and you
can see orders without any missing components.

  • Adding users as contributors in change management

    Hi everyone,
I am facing some issues in adding some users as contributors in change management.
The users have almost all the required privileges like
    REPO.MODIFY_FOREIGN_CONTRIBUTION.
    REPO.MODIFY_OWN_CONTRIBUTION.
    REPO.MODIFY_CHANGE
When I click NEW CONTRIBUTOR , I am unable to see the User in the list.
Is there any other special privileges that are required. I have gone through the developer guide also to resolve the issue but couldn't find any missing privileges.

    Hey:
Sorry,I don't have a document or deliverable written up to do that.  But I have found a few weblogs on related subject matter on this forum.  I would suggest you search for this.
However, I will write up a high level process for this here:
Log into your Primary Domain Controller (Non Solution Manager)
So, if your trying to modify the routes in ECC, log into the Domain Controller of ECC
    Transaction: STMS
    Overview - Transport Routes (Shift + F7)
Go into Change Mode (Pencil and Glasses Icon)
You now need to modify the Transport Group for example: /QASGRP/ or /CUSGRP/
All transport groups begin and end with the "/"
You will see two or three groups in the consolidation route (Between DEV and QAS)
You need to be careful and modify the Customizing Group.
Once completed, you will save and activate changes.
Let me know if you have any other questions

  • Remote Connection to SAP with SAP Web Dispatcher

    Dear Experts,
i have installed a SAP Router + SAP ECC 6.0 IDES + SAP Portal 7.0 + SAP Solution Manager 7.0. The remote connection works.
SAP Router is in a DMZ
SAP ECC 6.0 IDES + SAP Portal 7.0 + SAP Solution Manager 7.0 are in another network only for SAP Systems
Fo security reason, i would like to install a SAP Webdispatcher with the SAP Router's Server.
    I already:
    have extracted the icmadmin.sar file
have executed the sapwebdisp -bootstrap command
have started the web dispatcher with sapwebdisp pf=sapwebdisp.pfl
have activated /sap/public/icman and /sap/public/icf_info/* services inthe SAP Solution Manager
As the saprouttab file for the saprouter, i would like to establish the connection to SAP withe the SAP WebDispatcher.
    My questions are:
What are the parameters i have to put in the sapwebdisp.pfl file?
Do i have to create the PERMFILE and the AUTHFILE?
Any example of profil file? (another than the SAP Library example)
Thank you very much for your help in advance.
    Best regards.

    rdisp/msserv = sapms<Solution_Manager_SID>

And the port on which your webdispatcher listens from outside world.
    icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=8050
For additional security you can use the https port also.
I dont think you need to maintain any other file manually.

    Hi,
I want to know the Route number created by the system in ECC
    1. my input will be material/plant. i need group Number, Group counter . Please let me know which table this is getting stored?
    2. I have created product cost collector for this material/plant combination. which table this PCC is stored?
    Thanks
    Sakthi.K

    Dear Sakthi ,
    1) For Routing details use the below tables.
    Routings/operations
MAPL                    Allocation of task lists to materials
PLAS                    Task list - selection of operations/activities
PLFH                    Task list - production resources/tools
    PLFL                    Task list - sequences
    PLKO                    Task list - header
    PLKZ                    Task list: main header
    PLPH                    Phases / suboperations
PLPO                    Task list operation / activity
    PLPR                    Log collector for tasklists
PLMZ                    Allocation of BOM - items to operations
    2) For Product costing use the below tables.
    KEKO               Product-costing header
KEPH               Cost components for cost of goods manuf.
    KALO               Costing objects
KANZ               Sales order items - costing objects
    Hope it will be helpful.

  • Re: Routing download to SAP ME from ECC

    Hello Friends,
When a routing for a material from SAP ECC is sent again to SAP ME, it creates a new version of routing.
Is it possible to make a check during routing download if a routing with the same number exists in ME or not. And if it exists then will it be possible to stop it from going to SAP ME as a new version?
Will it be practical to do so?
Would be thankful for your reply.
    Regards,
    Srinivas

    Hi Srinivas,
I would expect the system to uprev the routing only if there is a difference between the existing routing and the incoming request and in accordance with setup of ERP Field Maintenance. Are you sure that you re-import exactly the same routing, with no changes? If so, I guess it needs a deeper investigation within a support ticket.

  • PPM and ECC (BOM-Routing)

    Hi APO Gurus
Please help me to figure out the right answer:
You have 2 Resources, 3 BOMS, and 2 ECC product versions, how many PPM should I get??... I think that there should be 6 PPM, but I'm not quite sure of that answer because of the ECC product versions, so 2 mignt be correct also... please help me!!!
    Thanks
    Elias

    Hi Elias,
A PPM is the combination of Bom and routing.  A PPM corresponds to a production version in SAP R/3.
Obviously, you should get 2 PPMs generated out of each production versions.

  • Pricing in Opportunity Based on ECC Route

    Hi CRM experts
My client is a logistics Service Provider and their base price in ERP is based on Route + Service Product.
They want to see same price in CRM opportunity. But in CRM Opportunity there is no u2018Routeu2019 to calculate base price from ERP.
Can you please share your ideas about how can we achieve this in SAP CRM?
We are on CRM 7.0 and ECC6 with EHP4
Your help will be highly appreciated

is fine. can some one give me the input on this.

  • ATP & Route Schedules in ECC 6.0

    Dear Friends,
We are facing a problem in Production where we have enabled route scheduling based on shipping point working hrs and shifts. We have set up one shift from 7:00- 23:59 (we had setup 24:00 earlier ) and the system proposed PGI date of Saturday which is a big no no to business. The pick and load hrs are setup at 4:00 hrs each. Now there are couple of strange things happening in the order
    1) Scenario 1. Customer setup for route schedule every day 5 days a week. Expected delivery date is entered on order is 05/07/2008. The material is available earlier and the system confirms the order for 05/06/2008. The customer doesn't want delivery a day earlier.
The calender is 5 work day on the shipping point. Routes schedules are setup at 10 am. What do we have to do in the system so that the order doesn't give PGI date on weekends. Also, how to do we make sure the confirmed date on order is same date requested by customer (provided on ground material exists)
    Thanks a lot
    Kashif

    Hi Kashif
As per your scenario in schedule lines.
    1.  If the confirmation date is before customer requested delivery date, then delivery date should be customer requested delivery date.
    2. If the confirmation date is after customer requested delivery date, then delivery dates should be confirmation date.
To meet the above it has to be handled through userexits / BADIs
May be the following information (copied from spro) will give your some inputs.
You can use the Business Add-In LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC, if you want to fill and update additional fields in the delivery items or in the delivery header.
    BAdI Interface IF_EX_LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC
    Hope this will help
