  • Extracting return operation from a parallel sequence in a routing.

    Hi all
    I need to extract data on some existing parallel sequences in routings from R3. One of the fields i need is the return operation for each parallel sequence.
    I was hoping the data would be in PLFL which contains most of the sequence information I need. But alas it doesn't have the return operation.
    Checking with F1 and the tech button shows me that the field i want is PLFLD-VORNR2. But PLFLD is a structure that I can't get to.
    Does anyone know how to extract this info from the system?
    Regards
    Simon Pedersen

    Hi Simon,
    The field that you're looking for is PLFL-BKNT2 (for the return operation). Pay attention that in this field there's a number that is representing the operation node number, not the number that you see in the routing screen.

  • GoldenGate extract issue -  TCP/IP error 113 (No route to host)

    Hi All,
    I have created a new replicat process on a new server. The old server is to be de-commissioned. after I created the replicat process on the new server (I copied the replicat prm file from the existing server - which is to be de-commissioned to new server and changed old encrypted password with new one and DISCARDFILE location), I modified the extract parameter file on source server. I changed RMTHOST and RMTTRAIL from older server name to new server name and old location to new location. once done , I stopped the extract and ran below command:
    ADD RMTTRAIL /u01/app/ggs/dirdat/db, EXTRACT Ext1
    and then started the extract process after which I am getting this error:
    *2012-03-16 02:24:39 GGS ERROR 150 TCP/IP error 113 (No route to host).*
    *2012-03-16 02:24:39 GGS ERROR 190 PROCESS ABENDING.*
    I can very well ping both servers from both source and target. Any thoughts?
    -Onkar

    got the answer. It was firewall issue. When i turned the firewall down "service iptables stop", everything was smooth. I have raised request with the proper team to add the source ip in the target system firewall.

    Hi,
    In the Oracle Manual "TEXT REFERENCE" there is in the addendum B a list of supported formats, I looked in 10.2 manual, there is no note of Outlook, if I look in 11.1 I see that Outlook is supported, see http://download-west.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/text.111/b28304/afilsupt.htm. Also ZIP,DOC, XLS are mentioned with all the versions Oracle Text supports.

  • EA6500 - USB Control center - Could not find router when hooked up wirelessly

    Not sure if this is the right place but I felt it should be posted somewhere on the internet.
    I recently purchased a Linksys EA6500. I decided to try to hookup my printer through the it. I installed the USB Control Center and had some issues with it. It wouldn't detect my router. All I would get is "A compatible router with USB port was not found on your network".
    When I hooked up my laptop to the ethernet port I was then able to get a connection to the router with the software. If I left my Wireless connection on while I did this I would unplug my computer ethernet the USB Control Center remained connected until I closed the software. When I reopened it could not see the router again. I tried on another laptop and it was working correctly.
    At this point I started my research into the software and noticed in the help menu 2 things.
    1) the software was made by belkin
    2) they had other thing hooked up including keyboard and mice
    http://i.imgur.com/6NAQ5Jv.png
    With this information I decided to try to make troubleshooting a bit easier by using a Lenovo Multimedia Remote with Keyboard N5902. I tried it on the second laptop that had no problems first and it kinda worked. The keyboard part worked and the mouse didn't. So I went to the computer that had issues connecting hooked it up via eithernet to test and I blue screened it. The dump file said the "AMD USB Filter Driver" crashed.
    This lead me to 3 areas I need to troubleshoot on this laptop.
    1) USB Control center
    2) My Wireless adaptor (Atheros AR9285)
    3) USB Drivers
    First thing I did was troubleshoot the AMD USB Filter since that did blue screen. The USB drivers on this computer are a mess. I have the standard A6 chipset drivers, the vmplayer virtualized usb drivers and then the virtual drivers for the USB Control Center. I updated what I could (Still crashed) and in the end used the Catalyst Install Manager to remove the AMD USB Filter driver and the Lenovo N5902 kinda started to work. On this computer the Mouse part worked and not the computer. Not worried because I did not have to run to the printer (wasting paper) and router all the time to keep troubleshooting.
    The next thing I did was update my wireless drivers since it was the wireless portion that was having issue and not the ethernet. This did not work.
    Finally I came back to the USB Control Center software. The Driver it is using is called "SXUPTP Driver" in the System Devices catagory. There were no downloads availible on the Linksys site for the software so I went to belkin and downloaded there latest version. I installed it and had the same issue. can detect the router wired but not wireless. I then look to the Driver manufacturer, Silex Technologies. They had no product called USB Control Center. Googled SXUPTP and a Microsoft page refed to "SX Virtual Link" made by Silex.
    http://silexamerica.com/campaign/sx-virtual-link-downloads/
    I extracted the drivers and installed them. USB Control center still has the same problem. Installed SX Virtual Link software and it works.
    http://i.imgur.com/7wSEq8i.png
    It works really well. I decided to hook up a USB Hub and put on different devices to see what I can do. The only Disapointment was the Microsoft Lifecam Cinema was not found. If did find a few other random things.
    http://i.imgur.com/aBI66jY.png
    The only downside is that With the USB hub the router can no longer find USB storage devices to act like a nas. I'm ok with that since I did not like the idea of router in control of internet data sharing. I am ok with the fact that I can still hook up a thumbdrive via SX Virtual Link. In fact thumb drive not reconized by the usb storage in the router can be used via the SX Virtual Link. What I'm looking at now is hooking up an external DVD drive to it for devices that do not have drives. SX Virtual Link DOes reconized when a device is in use by a computer running USB Control center. there is no compatibility uses.
    I am using Windows 7 64bit on an hp laptop with an A6 chipset connected wirelessly to an EA6500 router.
    In short if you are having issues with USB Control center and your other drivers are up to date then just try the SX Virtual Link.
    I felt this neede to go somewhere on the net.

    Great Advice and solution Rob, it is working with your advice.
    Thanks

  • Costing based CO-PA extraction to DSO

    Hello Expert,
    I need to load the line item data to level 1 DSO. On the source system, the system has used the combination of the following key fields not allow duplicate records.
    PALEDGER
    VRGAR
    VERSI
    PERIO
    PAOBJNR
    PASUBNR
    BELNR
    POSNR
    But, the datasource only includes the following fields from the source system.
    PALEDGER
    VRGAR
    VERSI
    PERIO
    BELNR
    POSNR
    How the system is going to handle duplicate records in absence of these two fields (PAOBJNR
    PASUBNR) in the datastore object (DSO) which are part of the key fields in the source system?
    Please let me know about it.
    Thanks.
    Bhai.

    Hi,
    For  Costing based CO-PA Extraction : Pls follow this steps.
    1.Create a CO_PA Data Source in KEB0 (Costing Based) and test this extractor in RSA3.
    2. On BW side ,  Create CO_PA cube using the info source (to which generated CO_PA data source assigned in BW) as a template,and move the chars, KF and time chars and assign the dimensions as required.
    I suggest make the copy of any below existing COPA cube and then you add/ delete  missing fields.

  • Two listener for the same queue - different extraction rule

    Hi all.
    I've the following situation that I'm trying to troubleshoot.
    OSB communicates with another system using JMS Queues.
    One queue for teh request, one for the response.
    Depending on the kind of service, the request is published on the request using a dynamical routing to a Business Service. Depending on the cases, this business service could be:
    1. Just insertion on the queue (no response required)
    2. "Queue Manager" - Insertion and wait for response (response required, JMS Correlation ID as correlation pattern)
    About the extraction from the response queue, when the messages are published from the "Queue Manager", then they must be extracted from the same resource based on the Correlation ID.
    Otherwise, all the messages published in other way (not the "Queue Manager" but the option #1), a different resource should extract them from the response queue (a proxy service with protocol JMS).
    What happens at runtime is that the messages published from the "Queue Manager" are extracted from the other resource.
    How can I solve this?
    Do I need to use two separate queues or there is a way to configure two different listener on the queue, one based on the JMS Correlation ID and the other one that extracts all the other requests?
    Thanks in advance to anyone that will help.

    Unfortunately, I've already evaluate the message selector option, but in the following case:
    BS1 (Request Only)----->JMSQRequest ----->Your Logic ----->JMS Reponse--->JMS Proxy service with Message selector
    The JMS Proxy with message selector should know the value that is the key for the extraction. In this case we have not this infornation since when we run this scenario there is an external system that extracts the request and provides the response... and in the middle we lost the informations (e.g. if we use a key ID, the Proxy with message selector doesn't knwo which value is has to search for in the ID).
    For the moment I think that the best solution could be to have two separate queues, but I'm trying to figure out if there is any other option.

  • Please help: Get IP address of a remote device (wifi kit) from DHCP router

    Hi ppl,
    I am about to get the IP address for the wifi kit which is connected to the same router with my PC.
    I need to control my wifi kit through TCP client communication, but DHCP tends to assign new IP address to my wifi kit when connected to router.
    Hence, i wish to write a java function to trace the IP address before starts the communication.
    I am thinking to get the wifi kit's IP address based on the Hostname (name of the wifi shield):
    As below:
    InetAddress thatIp = InetAddress.getByName("Wiznet");
    System.out.println("IP E:"+thatIp.getHostAddress());
    But i don't think this is secure..
    I attempt to research for getting IP address with MAC..
    But have ambiguity on the result i found.
    It stating i have to get the ARP table from router but it is not a good approach.
    I have no luck for next finding on how retrieving the table with Java.
    Hereby hope to have your advise how can i get the ip address of my wifi kit in a more dynamic and secure method..
    is it using Hostname or MAC address or else...
    many thanks.

    hi... wish to have your advise again.
    I tried to retrieve the arp table in java and attempt to extract the IP address based on MAC address for particular devise.
    But i stuck with the substring... my code is as below:
    Process result = Runtime.getRuntime().exec("arp -a");
         BufferedReader output = new BufferedReader
                   (new InputStreamReader(result.getInputStream()));
         String line = output.readLine();
         while(line != null){
              if ( line.startsWith("default") == true ){
                   System.out.println("is default");
                   break;
         line = output.readLine();
         String ipAdd = line.substring(0, 18);
         String MACAdd = line.substring(24, 42);
         System.out.println(line.length() + " " + line + " " + ipAdd + " " + MACAdd );
    i m trying to sub the IP and MAC accordingly.. but i got error saying
    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 42
         at java.lang.String.substring(Unknown Source)
         at ExecTest.main(ExecTest.java:22)
    i dun understand this! as since the length of LINE is 56 , why STRING INDEX OUT OF RANGE happen?!
    please advise!!!

  • Routing engine problems: partition_id AND frequent exceptions in responses

    Hi.
    I want to use Oracle routing engine with Oracle Spatial 10gR2 for Europe.
    I have tables NODE, EDGE, SIGN_POST and PARTITION populated okay with data from a data vendor.
    I have 600000 edges and 415000 nodes. 128 partitions were generated by
    using: exec SDO_ROUTER_PARTITION.partition_router('NODE_PART', 4000);
    Two issues occur to me:
    1. select num_nodes from partition where partition_id = 0; returns 390 nodes, but neither in table node nor edge are records with partition_id = 0, which is as I have learned the Highway Partition. Does that make sense?
    2. Route requests sometimes return correct results, but more frequently routing engine exceptions:
    Most popular are:
    - Route not found between destination/source node and highway network!
    - mbrAwareAStarSearch could not find a route!
    What might be wrong?
    I also experience both problems with the NAVTEQ example data for San Francisco extracted from sf_routing.zip.
    Below find requests leading to exceptions indicated using NAVTEQ example data extracted from sf_routing.zip in order to make the described reproducable:
    1. Route not found between destination/source node and highway network!:
    <?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
    <route_request id="8"

    The highway partition, partition zero, is "logical" idea. That is it only exists in the partition table. Each node and edge in the data belongs to a partition that it shares with other nodes or edges in the same physical area. This physical relationship is shown in the partition ids stored in the edge and node tables. Once these partitions are figured out each edge is looked at to see if it's a highway edge, that is, it has a func_class of 1 or 2. Once this is done these edges have their start and end nodes classified as highway nodes and those are considered to be in partition zero also.
    I've run into the MBR error you're seeing in my testing and have been looking into it. Forgive my poor analogy, but there appear to be "holes" in the highway system. If one has a major artery, say interstate 95 coming out of FL, all routes between FL and VA are going to want to use that major artery. If there was a "hole" in interstate 95, a section that was not classified as a highway section thus not in partition 0, those routes would be dropped as unusable. If all the routes get dropped in this way you get the mbrAwareAStarSearch error.
    I haven't seen the other error but I'll use your example and have a look into it.

  • Can't install or extract CS6 Creative Design suite trial

    Unfortunately I'm having a terrible time getting a trial of Adobe CS6 Creative Suite Design to install. I've put around eight hours into it now, having downloaded it through the download manager numerous times, along with downloading it twice through the direct download links that you can find on these forums.
    I've used different browsers to download the files.
    I've cleared out the temp files folder to open up space, and made sure that when I ran executable files that I ran as an administrator.  My computer has plenty of space, with hundreds of gigabytes free.
    With the adobe download assistant it has no problem downloading the files.  Then it goes into extraction mode, spends a good amount of time churning the hard drive, but then comes up with the following error:
    “Error extracting the product installer (Error 101). Check for available disk space on your system and try downloading the product again.”
    As above, I made sure that the temp file is clear and I have plenty of space on the hard drive.
    When I do the direct download files, it will run for awhile, but eventually it stops and presents the following error message:
    “A problem occurred while extracting some files.  Check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder.”
    I know that with both routes the issue is extraction.  I've made sure I'm not aiming the files at protected directories, checking the properties to ensure no weird permissions or read only status is in effect.  I've tried this with several different locations on the hard drive.
    I've also the tried the manual extraction suggested that I'd read on these forums.  I got winzip and then manually tried to extract the large file.  It would get somewhat into the zip file and pulling it apart, but eventually it sends off it's own error message as particular files choke winzip.
    I've tried this with both direct downloads.  I suppose in theory I might be able to navigate through both downloads and get good extracted versions of the files, but I don't think I can put the time in to tediously go through the whole zip file like that.
    I feel like I've explored all the low hanging fruit solutions.  I've been pouring over forums to find solutions, trying them out.  If it's some simple little fix, then I think I've already tried it.
    Windows 7 machine with an i5 processor, 8 gigs of ram and hundreds of gigs of space available.  The hard drive is 1 TB.
    I've got a big wad of money ready to buy the Creative Suite, but the thing has to actually function for me before I buy.  Somebody help!

    Just an update:
    I found a useful set of directions to sort out the issue of not being able to get a larger partition:
    http://www.brandonchecketts.com/archives/how-to-shrink-a-partition-with-unmovable-files-in -windows-7
    So after a few hours I was able to at least slice my 1TB hard drive in half.
    I then tried the direct download trial files, but unfortuantely the same error popped up.
    Next I went back and did a fresh process of the download assistant approach.   Unfortuantely it just popped up with the same old error 101 message.  I've been using computers for over two decades and never seen such an intractible problem. If this wasn't work related I'd have given up long ago.
    One thing that makes this process really difficult is the insistence on the download assistant to redownload the file to attempt the extraction process again.  With over an hour for each attempt it doesn't make troubleshooting easy.
    Unfortuantely the other computers I have access to are too old to handle all of this stuff, so I've got to find the solution on this computer.
    I'm going to log into chat now and see if something specific can happen.

  • How do I extract the name of the incoming file from the Header?ta

    Hi all,
    I am using 11g TP4:
    I have an File Adapter Service that reads a file. In the Routing Service I want to include the name of the file that was read in the message passed onwards to the target service.
    Previously we used an expression like
    <xsl:variable name="INFILENAME"
    select="ehdr:getRequestHeader('/fhdr:InboundFileHeaderType/fhdr:fileName','fhdr=http://xmlns.oracle.com/pcbpel/adapter/file/;')"/>
    to set the $INFILENAME variable to the name of the file.
    This does not seem to work anymore. I notice a new namespace has appeared:
    xmlns:mhdr="http://www.oracle.com/XSL/Transform/java/oracle.tip.mediator.service.common.functions.GetRequestHeaderExtnFunction"
    is this namespace the origin for a new function that replaces getRequestHeader? Is it still getRequestHeader? What then is the correct syntax - as I am getting XPath errors with either ehdr or mhdr. Is there any documentation on accessing the contents of the header?
    Thanks for any help you can provide.
    Lucas

    Hi Lucas (says Lucas),
    After a little digging and trying out things I have found the solution.
    The Advanced Components palette available in the Mapping Editor has a section Mediator Functions. The getProperty() function shown there can be used to extract header properties. The property I am after is called jca.file.FileName, and can be assigned in the XSLT document like this:
    <ns2:filename>
    <xsl:value-of select="mhdr:getProperty('in.property.jca.file.FileName')"/>
    </ns2:filename>
    Note that the Assign Values dialog that is available in the Mediator editor has a long list of many names of properties that are available, including jca.file.Directory and jca.file.Size as well as many properties for the AQ, BPEL and EBS adapters.
    hope this helps any one besides myself.
    bye for now,
    Lucas

  • How to extract .bin file on mac?

    Dear Team,
                     How to extract .bin file on mac os ? please help me
    regards,
    kalai

    Although the link posted by the other responder shows .bin files to be a copy of RAW CD or DVD data in my experience most .bin files are some type of configuration file mainly used with internet routers and other pieces of PC/Networking equipment.
    Just where did this .bin file come from and what is it associated with that you are trying to open on your Mac?
    If it is a router configuration file that you downloaded you don't open it on the Mac. You log into your router and go to the update firmware section and browse to that file stored on your Mac hard drive and let the router handle opening and updated the routers firmware.

  • Extracting string from a file name

    Hello,
    I have a legacy (read: I didn't build it) SharePoint list  that includes some validation when uploading files that's giving me some trouble.
    Basically, our users are required to add files to a list in a certain filename format and based on the naming convention are approved/rejected and routed to the appropriate location.
    One of the validations looks at a section of the file name and compares it to a folder name in the library.
    For example, the file name format is XX_AAA_999_2014_05.xlsx and that matches on the folder name of /submissions/2014_05
    Currently the rule says look at the last 7 characters of the folder and the 7 characters starting at position 12 of the filename and make sure they match.
    The problem is the 999 in the example above is a sequential identifier to the project a file is associated with... e.g. they range from project 000 to project 999. We've now hit project 1000 so file being added for project 1000 (and beyond) fails because
    the starting position has shifted one spot. (Note: we have active 3 digit projects so I cannot simply change that to be position 13... not to mention what that does to my history).
    So, my task is to come up with something that can accomodate 3 or 4 digit numbers.
    I'm trying to stick as closely to the original setup so I don't mess up the history so I'm looking at other methods of getting to the same data in the string.  Another problem is that the file names include the extension and the extension can be 3 (pdf)
    or 4 (xlsx) characters long.
    I've tried this:  =LEFT([Source File Name],SEARCH(".",[Source File Name])-1)
    but that brings back everything in front of the period and I need just the 7 preceeding characters.  Is there a way to limit the number of chars a LEFT() function returns?
    In a nutshell, the 4 variations of file names are as follows of which I need to extract the
    bolded section.:
    ZZ_AAA_999_2014_05.xls
    ZZ_AAA_999_2014_05.xlsx
    ZZ_AAA_1000_2014_05.xls
    ZZ_AAA_1000_2014_05.xlsx
    Thanks!
    Kevin

    Hi,
    According to your description, you might want to retrieve the string “2014_05” from the file name.
    I would suggest you create a SharePoint Designer workflow and implement your logic of handling the filename.
    In SharePoint Designer 2010, there are already some useful utility workflow actions which can enable users to deal with the various requirements come from the business scenarios.
    For the string handling, you can consider to use the
