Row selection when using a TableRowGrouping

Hi all,
I'm using a table with a TableRowGrouping row arrangement.
Is there any way to make the group element selectable?
Thanks.

You can use the real escape string applied to the $_GET variable as a security measure.
$colname_RS_Search = mysql_real_escape_string($_GET['Search']);

  • Drop down menus on iPad, the first selection in the drop down will not load as a selection when using safari, what can I do?

    Drop down menus on iPad, the first selection in the drop down will not load as a selection when using safari, what can I do?  I use this for my mobile, on-site auto repair business and not being able to call up repair and diagnostic info and reference for some cars is troublesome for sure. It works fine on the computer and I have installed a remote desktop app as a workaround but it is unreliable because the desktop is not business dedicated and may be off or in use at the time. So is there a known fix for this?
    Let me paint a more descriptive picture, visualize 4 drop down selection menus, first one is for year, next one is for make, 3rd one is model and the last one is for engine size/type. If I wanted to choose a 2012 vehicle it wont work because it is the top selection on the list. This can be forced by selecting any other year and then coming back to 2012. Ok fine, but then let's say I wanted to choose Acura as the make, well it won't take it because again it's the top selection. Again you work around it be selecting any other make and coming back to Acura. Ok now select the model, same trend follows. But now since most Acura vehicles come with dedicated engines and no optional engines I have only 1 selection in that final drop down menu and it will not take my selection and therefore never let me proceed to the info I need.
    This is also true when ordering parts from my wholesaler's website, they use drop downs and I can only get to that last drop down and then I'm stuck. This is blindingly frustrating, what options do I have. I'm not opposed to any avenue at this point.

    Did you ever figure this out? I bought my iPad last week to use in my business as well. I assume you are trying to use alldata? That is where I noticed this same issue. I had problems with identifix working with safari but downloaded a different browser and that works fine. Alldata does not work with either browser. The main difference is that on identifix if there is only one engine selection, it automatically selects the only option and continues to the home page. With alldata you have to make the selection manually even if there is only one option. Honestly if I can't get this to work I am going to return the iPad as it looses a significant amount of usefulness to men

  • ExecuteNonQuery doesnt return number of rows affected when used with PL/SQL

    ExecuteNonQuery doesn't return number of rows affected when used with PL/SQL but returns -1. The documentation says ExecuteNonQuery method of OracleCommand returns the number of raws affected but when used with PL/SQL, it returns -1 even the update statement successfully executes and affects multiple records with no exeptions thrown.
    However, if ExecuteNonQuery is used with update sql statement in the asp.net code it returns number of rows affected correctly. Does anybody know why ExecuteNonQuery behaves like this?
    I am using ODP.NET that comes with Oracle Client 11g. The version is 2.111.6.20 of ODP.NET, Oracle database server is 10g.

    You can get the rowcount in the stored procedure via SQL%ROWCOUNT and then pass it out as a parameter.
    For example:
    SQL> create or replace procedure updatesal(v_deptno in number, v_rowsaff out number) as
      2  begin
      3  update emp set sal = sal * 5 where deptno = v_deptno;
      4  v_rowsaff := SQL%ROWCOUNT;
      5  end;
      6  /
    Procedure created.Cheers

  • Can we get row counts when using dbms_datapump?

    When using dbms_datapump, is there a way to get the rows loaded for each table, similar to the log files when using the command line? I can't seem to find anything. I'm trying to import. Database is 10g r2.

    if you don't have to use DBMS_DATAPUMP and can use external tables for the import (both work exactly same way), then you can use ROWCOUNT
    INSERT INTO MYTABLE SELECT * FROM EXTERNALTABLE;
    v_number_of_rows := SQL%ROWCOUNT ;
    COMMIT;
    if you have to use DBMS_DATAPUMP then look at "worker status types" in this document

  • "no rows selected" when logged in as "system"

    I am using Oracle Express Edition 10g. I log into Run SQL Command Line as system and create a table. I run a "select * from TABLE;" and can access it fine. I log out (close SQL Command Line) and then re-open and login again as system. Now when I run "select * from TABLE;" I get "no rows selected". I even tried "select * from system.TABLE;" but still get "no rows selected". What am I doing wrong?

    I did'nt know that when using the SQL Command Line that autocommit was set to off by
    default.That's standard setting with a good reason -> setting AUTOCOMMIT to ON is very tricky cause you can not use anymore ROLLBACK statement (undo some or all database changes made during the current transaction).
    Cheers!

  • Multiple weight font selection when using STL file importing...

    I am aware how powerful the manual editor is for DSP4.2, but unfortunately a lot of the editing for my subtitles needs to be done outside of DSP. So I came across a little bit of a problem...
    When using a multiple weight font, like Kozuka Mincho Pro (and many others), there are several weights, and some don't even have a "Bold." As an example Light, Thin, Roman, Heavy, Black, etc.
    So, using the STL method of importing, how does one specify a font AND weight that does not correspond to a "Bold" version? i.e., setting "Helvetica Neue Bold" does not bring that weight up when specifying "Bold = False," and you can't possibly get "Helvetica Neue Black," under any circumstances. I've attempted to get around this, but all I get is a message saying that the font is not found, and that the default font will be used. Is it even possible to do this?
    Hand entering and altering kanji in DSP's manual editor will be a nightmare, if I can't figure a way around this (the STL file is re-loaded dozens of times for placement issues during the project, meaning manual edits would have to be re-done every time).
    Hopefully the next version will allow the user to edit the .rtf document with styles and fonts and import them as styled text the way it appears. Multiple fonts per line, so easy integration of various symbol fonts can be dealt with, etc.

    Nope, using "$FontName = Helvetica Neue Black" does not work. And you can't even do anything close to that with fonts whose weights are specified as W3, W5, W7, etc.
    I found another snippet buried in the new manual that states something to the effect that the name must be spelled exactly as it appears in the "Font Panel." If this is so, then you can only access two weights from any font, just like working with good old-fashioned windows...
    So, unless there is a DSP specific trick for the STL format, I'm going to guess it's not possible.
    And I cannot re-compile fonts with new names and data, since most of the fonts I will be working with, with this issue, are full Kanji Unicode fonts, and we would have to purchase a font-editor that, IIRC costs about a grand. I think the SysAdmin would frown over both aspects of that... ^_^

  • Have "OK" button selected when using JOptionPane.showMessageDialog

    When using the following instruction, I would like that user only hit enter instead of pointing the cursor on the "OK" button and then click.
    JOptionPane.showMessageDialog( null, jta_output , "Solution",
    JOptionPane.INFORMATION_MESSAGE );
    Is there a way to "preselect" the "OK" button so that user can only hit the enter key?
    Thanks

    Thanks for your answer.
    Nevertheless I don't see how to implement this method.
    1. How can I link the "OK" button, resulting from the run of "JOptionPane.showMessageDialog( null, jta_output , "Solution", JOptionPane.INFORMATION_MESSAGE );" instruction, and the method "setInitialSelectionValue"?
    2. What object and value must be specified to refer to the "OK" button, when using method "setInitialSelectionValue"?

  • No rows returned when using sql in XQuery.

    Hi all,
    I have a small table on a db with seven cols and three rows. I am doing the following xquery, but the db is returning an empty rowset when I know there sould be 3.
    <WebPage>
    for $i in sqlquery("select * from project")/row
    return
    <project>
    {$i/title}
    {$i/image}

    {$i/version}
    {$i/start_date}
    {$i/home}
    {$i/address}
    </project>
    </WebPage>
    There is no problem with the db connection, as it is one I have used before for doing plain sql searches remotely. Does any one know why this would be happening?
    Regards,
    Simon

    Hi Bart,
    try this.....
    To execute such XQuery queries that use the sqlquery function, you would need to initialize the Java connection information in the XQueryContext before executing the query. For example, your Java program would be something like this,
    // get the connection (for example, using the thick JDBC Driver)
    DriverManager.registerDriver(new oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver());
    Connection conn =
    DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:oracle:@","scott","tiger");
    // create a context using that connection..
    XQueryContext ctx = new XQueryContext(conn);
    // create a string from the file
    Reader strm = new StringReader(
    "FOR $i IN sqlquery(\"select * from scott.emp\")/ROW "+
    " RETURN <EMP empno=\"{$i/EMPNO}\">$i/ENAME,$i/SALARY</EMP>");
    // prepare the query
    PreparedXQuery xq = ctx.prepareXQuery(strm);
    // get a resultset
    XQueryResultSet rset = xq.executeQuery();
    while (rset.next())
    XMLNode node = rset.getNode(); // get result nodes
    System.out.println(" NODE "+ node.getNodeName());
    node.print(System.out);

  • Missing data in selects when using statistics

    Hello,
    I've got a really strange thing:
    We have a small table (say 20 records) and are using schema statistics.
    Now after inserting a row in this table, in de selects this row is NOT found!!
    Found out that when updating the statistics this record is found!
    So, could it be that using statistics (probably in a wrong way!) the results are changing?

    Ed, was the query issued from the same session as the insert? Was the data committed?
    On a post like this along with the edition and full Oracle version you should have posted the SQL that can duplciate the problem.

  • JMF, Linux, wrong codec selected when using jarred version of app

    I have problem realising an AVI player when I try and run Linux JMF application when whole application is bundled into jar file and I try and run it using

    stat64("jmf.properties", 0xfeffc410)    = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
    stat64("/home/codroe/JMF-2.1.1e/lib/jmf.properties", {st_mode=S_IFREG|0644, st_size=31354, ...}) = 0

    ## Player created: com.sun.media.content.unknown.Handler@30c221

  • Extra column names selected when using the 'popup describe' for selecting columns

    Hi,
    In SQL Developer 3.2.20.09, if you use the popup describe function on a table and individually select some columns using Ctrl + click (not shift click which would select a range of columns), and then drag them to the SQL worksheet so the column names come across, it will include all columns between the individual columns that were  selected.
    For example if I choose column 1 and 5, it will include columns 1,2,3,4,5 when I drag them across.
    Simple to reproduce on any table, just open the SQL worksheet, type the name of a table, open the popup describe and select some columns.
    regards,
    Steve

    This isn't happening in v4 EA2 so it appears to be fixed.

  • Estimated Rows Column, when using /*+ gather_plan_statistics*/

    Hi,
    does anybody know, where the Information of the estimated_rows (e-rows) Output comes from? I would like to auto check, when a explain uses wrong statistics.
    I know that is inside the dbms_xplan.display.display Package but i would like to use it out of a table -col
    By the Way i´m looking for a dbms_xplan output that uses the e-rows and a-rows cols and type=HTML. But i couldn´t find it.

  • Wrong views Selected when using LSMW + Recording

    Hi,
    I use LSMW + Recording method to extend warehouse management view, and it works fine in the DEV system, but when the LSME projrct was imported into QA system, the system selected wrong views at the begining when running this LSMW object, the WM 1 and WM 2 view should be selected, but in QA system, instead, only Accounting view is selected, what's the reason? Kindly please advise.
    Thanks.

    The reason is the dynamic on the view selection.
    Depending on the already maintained other views (like sales and purchasing and storage location) the position of WM 1+2 changes.
    Instead of recording MM01 you should record MMZ1 as this has a static place for WM views.
    But even better is to use report RLMG0020.

  • Error on select when using value converted from varchar to integer (with isnumeric in where)

    Hi,
    Why is it, that when I convert a varchar into integer and filter it to numeric only that I get the Error 'Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value '...' to data type int.'
    Here is a short SQL witch shows the Error:
    create table tTest(ID int, sText nvarchar(15))
    insert into tTest
    select 1, null
    insert into tTest
    select 2, 'q'
    go
    select distinct ID, sText, convert(int,sText) AS ID2 from tTest where isnumeric(sText) = 1
    go
    SELECT DISTINCT TOP 100 PERCENT
    ID
    FROM
    (select distinct ID, sText, cast(sText as int) AS ID2 from tTest where isnumeric(sText) = 1) v1
    WHERE
    id2 = 1
    go
    drop table tTest
    As a workaround I replaced the case with 'cast(case when isnumeric(sText) = 1 then sText else null end as int)', but this rater unexpected.
    It works fine in a short query, but if I create a view with the SQL from V1 then the error is unexpected, since I only know that if I view the source of the view

    >'cast(case when isnumeric(sText) = 1 then sText else null
