RTP interface, update profile and value in ES31
Hi All,
Tcode: ES31
My requirement is to update the profile and constant value for RTP interface in mass. I tried creating BDC, but while selecting the profile role SY-UCOMM is '%GC 132 22' and losing the BDC controls.
Even I tried to look for any BAPI available for this, but I didnu2019t found any.
Please suggest.

ES31 is for installation change. You can use BAPI_EQUI_CHANGE for this.

Just try this and let me know your expected result.
1. Go to VA42 to VA43.
2. Enter your contract number and press document flow button.
3. See whether the Qty and value is getting displayed or not.
4. If not getting displayed. Do execute the below steps.
5. In document flow screen, select your contract document.
6. In top menu : Documen flow->View-> Items.
7. Now, the systme will display the Qty and value of delivered/not delivered information.

How to update Quantity and Value in Licences for Deemed Export
Dear All,
Could you please let me know where I have to update the Quantity and Value of Licence in case of Deemed export.
I am not aware much about Deemed export. I hope CT3 is the licence, against which we have to maintain the Value or Quantity.
While creating ARE3 documet, Quantity or Value will be reduced from the Licence.
Kindly update me regarding this.

First of all you need to mainataiin Number ranges for T.code:SNRO
1.Licence :J_1ILIC
2.Are3 :J_1IARE3
3.Create License In T.code : J1ILIC01
4.Create ARE 3 T.code: J!IA301.
4. Enter the license details in the item tab of ARE Create document.
on Posting the ARE 3 document Quantity and Value will reduces from the Licence. you can check again in

Not able to get the profile option value
Hi,
Not able to get the profile option value after i changed the new value in the application.
I am using fnd_global.apps_initialize to initialize the apps from PLSQL code to get the updated profile option value. But fnd_profile.value is not getting fetched the updated value. Still it is fetching the old one. I mean it is stored in database cache. Please any one let me know how to get the new value every time after i changed the value.

Assign update profile to FM Area

If someone knows what would happen if I create my own update profile and change it? There are no budget data at present time.

That's not in the scope of SAP recommendation. You have to realize what do you change exactly and why. If you are completely sure about the impact of this change on core processes in FM (including the basis level), then you can do it. Anyway, you can only override existing profile, not create a new one.
Generally, it's allowed; I did it once or twice for my FM implementations.

Update Profile 350 with GRIR Update 'MM Goods Receipt'
Hi All,
I am using BCS functionality for Fund Management. FM Area is assigned with standard update profile '350'.
I wanted to update budget at the time of Goods Receipt. Therefore I changed the setting by selecting 'MM goods Receipt' & deselected 'MM Invoice Receipt'.
When I change system is giving me warning message as below:
*Customizing MM goods receipt and payment selection is not allowed
Message no. FI170
Diagnosis
If you want to work on a payment basis with the Payment Selection
program and have a selected an update profile accordingly, the
redemption of the purchase order commitment cannot take place at the
time of goods receipt.
Procedure
Check the settings on the update profile and on the GR/IR update in the
Customizing of Funds Management Government.
If you want to work on a payment basis, you must select a corresponding
update profile and choose MM-Invoice receipt for the GR/IR update.
If you choose an update profile, with which you are working on an
invoice basis, you can also choose MM-goods receipt for the GR/IR
update.*
Please confirm whether can I make these changes as it is an warning message. If yes, then what would be the Repercussions.

We have requirement of updatig requisition data at interface table once Min/Max planning is completed.
We need input here like what would be the behaviour of Standard Requisition import program if we update price and supplier details at interface table after Min.Max planning and before running the Requisiton import.

Yes, we are using sourcing rules, so whenever i update the interface table with Price and Supplier detials after Min/Max then the Req.Import should not consider the Sourcing rules, it should create requisiton based on the values (Price and Supplier)provided at interface tanle.

You can think of using the FNDLOAD utility to download the values from one instance and upload to other instance.

Firefox worked earlier today (August 19, 2013 about 6:30 pm EDT). When I opened Firefix after 9pm EDT, Firefox attempted to perform an update. No error was given, but now Firefox will not start. Running a Windows 8 machine with all updates and current security software with no known malware on my system.
When I try to start Firefox, the system shows the "working" circle, but then nothing. I created a new profile, and got Firefox to start, but whenever I try to go to any website, Firefox crashes.

Qty and value still to be delivered in the ME2L are not updated:

I do not configure anything in SPRO (Define release strategy for SES) but I got a red light in the top of the screen near the field "No acceptance" so I presume that the SES should be accepted but as I do not configure anything regarding release startegy, I do not know how to accept the SES.
Besides, I cannot perform MIRO: when I put the PO number, system indicates that there is no (suitable) item found for PO

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to update SharePoint field value from a CSV file recursively.
We can import CSV file using the Import-CSV –path command, then update the field value in the foreach loop.

We need to update Excise Base Value for Statistical Condition type. How to configure the same ?

And always the Excise duties to be calculated on Assessable value(no:4). But that condition type if I make activate then it will pass to accounting and also getting added to the Net Value(KOMP-NETWR). How to come out of this situation.(as per the customer requirement both MRP based materials and non-MRP based materials are also considered in the same sale order i.e with the same pricing procedure).
Becasue of this EXBAS is not getting updated in the J_1IEXCDTL.

As per your suggestion, I have maintained Material Assessable Value and then also the duty values are calculating on the basis of Assessable value maintained in the Pricing Procedure. It is not taking the Material Assessable Value into consideration. And it is not getting updated the Excise Base Value.
In which case Material Assessable value will be taken into consideration?
How to update the Excise Base Value in J_1IEXCDTL tables?

How to select and duplicate the records and update some column values using cursor
I have a table with 920 records, we need to update the end date to 6/30/2014 for 920 records and I need to create all 920 records with start date is 7/1/2014 and update the external value to
CCC.
Note: the table primary key is not auto increment, but I have sp to get the latest key for that.

If I understand what you need then you ask for:
1. updating all current rows (920 rows in the table now)
2. insert new rows which are duplicates of the preiviews rows, but with value 'CCC' insteade of 'BBB'
If so, there is not reason to use a cursor and it is highly NOT RECOMMENDED to use ant type of loop.
You should work with SET and do it all in 2 simple queries:
-- first we duplicate the existing rows,
-- but we use the values 'CCC" and '20140107' for the new rows values
INSERT test (SourceName, InternalValue, ExternalValue, StartDate, EndDate)
select SourceName, 'CCC', ExternalValue, '20140107' , EndDate

Unfortunately you did not post DDL+DML! Therefore we cant see your table structure and the data sample and we can only guess. I used Saeid's post as the basic DDL+DML.

Assign User Profiles and Web Interface Transactions to Users
Hi EM Gurus,
Has anyone worked with not standard scenarios in SCEM?
They are working well but I can't access them on interface web.
In selection page (search page after logon), where choose tracking scenarios, only standard scenarios appear although I have assigned both scenarios to the user and made same configuration; Assigned and Defined Web Interface Transactions, Configured Fields for User Profiles, Defined User Profiles, Assigned User Profiles and Web Interface Transactions to Users.
But only Standard Scenarios appear as choice of tracking scenarios that are displayed to the user as a dropdown box on the selection screen after logging on to the Web interface.
Has anyone accessed not standard scenarios on interface web??

if you have assigned the scenarios to your user in transaction /SAPTRX/UCUSER you must go to the admin page and reload the profile manager.
/admin in the URL of the WCL instead /ehsearch.
Afterwards you should see them also in the drop-down box.
