Rubber Sheeting

Hi Every Body ,
Can any body help me how to implement the Rubber Sheeting in Oracle Spatial 11G.

Hi,-
You are most welcome.
If you have SDO_GEOMETRY which you could in your case with line geometries, you can use our Affine Transform function to do rubber sheeting. The only thing is that you need to know what kind of transform you need to use.
Please let us know if you need further help with affine transforms i.e., SDO_UTIL.AFFINETRANSFORMS
Best regards

Description
Returns a geometry that reflects an affine transformation of the input geometry.
Parameters
geometry
Input geometry on which to perform the affine transformation.
translation
A string value of TRUE causes translation to be performed; a string value of FALSE causes translation not to be performed. If this parameter is TRUE, translation is performed about the point at (tx,ty) or (tx,ty,tz).
tx
    X-axis value for translation.
ty
    Y-axis value for translation.
tz
    Z-axis value for translation.
scaling
A string value of TRUE causes scaling to be performed; a string value of FALSE causes scaling not to be performed.
psc1
Point on the input geometry about which to perform the scaling. If scaling is TRUE, this geometry should be either a zero point (point geometry with 0,0 or 0,0,0 ordinates for scaling about the origin) or a nonzero point (point geometry with ordinates for scaling about a point other than the origin). If scaling is FALSE, psc1 can be a null value.
sx
X-axis value for scaling (about either the point specified in the psc1 parameter or the origin).
sy
Y-axis value for scaling (about either the point specified in the psc1 parameter or the origin).
sz
Z-axis value for scaling (about either the point specified in the psc1 parameter or the origin).
rotation
A string value of TRUE causes rotation to be performed; a string value of FALSE causes rotation not to be performed.
For two-dimensional geometries, rotation uses the p1 and angle values. For three-dimensional geometries, rotation uses either the angle and dir values or the line1 and angle values.
p1
Point for two-dimensional geometry rotation about a specified point.
line1
Line for rotation about a specified axis.
angle
Angle rotation parameter for rotation about a specified axis or about the X, Y, or Z axis.
dir
Rotation parameter for x(0), y(1), or z(2)-axis roll. If the rotation parameter value is TRUE but the dir parameter is not used, specify a value of -1.
shearing
A string value of TRUE causes shearing to be performed; a string value of FALSE causes shearing not to be performed.
For two-dimensional geometries, shearing uses the shxy and shyx parameter values. For three-dimensional geometries, shearing uses the shxy, shyx, shxz, shzx, shyz, and shzy parameter values.
shxy
Value for shearing due to X along the Y direction.
shyx
Value for shearing due to Y along the X direction.
shxz
Value for shearing due to X along the Z direction (three-dimensional geometries only).
shzx
Value for shearing due to Z along the X direction (three-dimensional geometries only).
shyz
Value for shearing due to Y along the Z direction (three-dimensional geometries only).
shzy
Value for shearing due to Z along the Y direction (three-dimensional geometries only).
reflection
A string value of TRUE causes reflection to be performed; a string value of FALSE causes reflection not to be performed.
For two-dimensional geometries, reflection uses the lineR value for reflection about an axis and the pref value for the centroid for self-reflection. For three-dimensional geometries, reflection uses the lineR value for reflection about an axis; the dirR value for reflection about the yz, xz, and xy planes; the planeR, n, and bigD values for reflection about a specified plane; and the pref value for the centroid for self-reflection.
pref
Point through which to perform reflection.
lineR
Line along which to perform reflection.
dirR
Number indicating the plane about (through) which to perform reflection: 0 for the yz plane, 1 for the xz plane, or 2 for the xy plane. If the reflection parameter value is TRUE but the dirR parameter is not used, specify a value of -1.
planeR
A string value of TRUE causes reflection about an arbitrary plane to be performed; a string value of FALSE causes reflection about an arbitrary plane not to be performed.
n
    Normal vector of the plane.
bigD
Delta value for the plane equation in three-dimensional geometries.
For three-dimensional geometries, bigD = delta and n = (A,B,C) where n is the normal of the plane in three-dimensional space. Thus, the plane equation is:
    Ax+By+Cz+bigD = 3DDotProd(n,anypointonplane)+bigD = 0

  • Hard Drive Sled/Caddy Problem - screws/washers?

One of my hard drive sleds (after changing up HDDs a few times) is starting to give me trouble.
The plastic thing that sits beneath the screw is basically damaged by use, which I think this is causing it to not align properly with the mobo, (i've tried this sled with two confirmed working HDDs) - screw seems fine.
As oppose to coughing up £20 to buy a new sled (seriously?) - I wonder if anyone could recommend me what I need to buy to replace the screws and the plastic thing that the screw sits on top of.
Attached image shows where grey plastic thing (washer?) in question no longer stacks up (it's the one you see first, doesn't go through all the way)
Please let me know if you need more info
    Thank you!

Of course I cannot see what condition the washer is in from your photo.
But have you taken the drive off, removed the screw competely, and tried to position the washer so that it has some rubber on each side of the sled?
If that does not work, those screws are not really available for less than the US$30 price of a new Apple sled. And most third-party sleds do not use those washers at all.
So what you should do is improvise. Perhaps you could cut a small piece of some sort of rubber sheet (a rubber "jar opener", perhaps) and drill a hole in the center to place between the drive and the sled.

  • PB G4 65W poweradapter broken, how to open it?

    Hi all,
The cable running from the poweradapter/charger (model no A1021, 65Watts) to my PB G4/800 has frayed where it leaves the poweradapter/charger cabinet, thus rendering the adapter/charger unserviceable.
I dislike throwing it into the bin, not for the money but for the sake of the environment. I am willing to give it a repair go, just cut off about, say, an inch and resolder the cable to the PCB. However, I cannot figure out how to open i.e. take apart the cabinet.
Anyone any hints how-to? Or is this one of those devices for which holds: opening means breaking?
    Thanks for cooperation.

    iMac 20"-G5-iSight + PBG4/800   Mac OS X (10.4.7)

Hello eww and all of you out there.
For eww: thanks for your reply.
About: “How to take apart the PB G4 65W poweradapter.”
I tried and it turned into a nitty-gritty enterprise.
I do not encourage anybody to go down this path, but if you insist, without modellers’ skills and gear, you end up with an adapter that is definitely beyond repair.
On the other hand, unserviceable it already was, so who cares?
    In short:
You cannot: the white soap-box like poweradapters for Al, Ti PBks and (some) G4 iBooks, were (probably) never designed with any kind of ‘take-apart’ in mind, in other words: opening indeed equals breaking.
It is held together by several glued ‘males/females” (like the two fuselage halves in a Revell or Monogram model aeroplane or boat kit, remember that?), about half a meter or two feet of single-sided sticky tape and 20 cm’s or 8 inches double-sided sticky tape and about 15 grams or half an once of silicon-putty, the same kind of stuff you will find as a sealant where your bathtub meets the surrounding tiles.
The longer story, and remember, I started this all in with the intention (or assumption if you wish) it could be done in a reversible way. How wrong that turned out to be.....
To open the white box, I used a small-teethed saw-blade, only the blade!
Method: Sway the adapter’s feet out, clamp the adapter in a vice, claws covered with rubber sheet.
I carefully sawed in the ‘equatorial’ grooves. Hence the small-teethed saw-blade.
Look often how ‘deep’ you have sawed, stop when still the thickness of, say, a sheet of paper is left. Sounds difficult, but it is not, you will slowly see copper and aluminium colours appear.
You cannot saw in the groove at the side where the feet hinge and the cord leading to the PB, leaves the box. Deal with that later.
Okay, I had three equatorial grooves sawed out and yes, I could feel some ‘movement’.
By repeatedly sliding and prying a wooden wedge through the sawgrooves and twisting the halves realtive to each other I managed to get some more movement. That all makes quite unpleasant sounds.
After carrying on like this for about a minute or twenty, suddenly the two halves popped apart with a very nasty ‘tschack’ sound: two male/females broken and the two feet came apart.
Oh dear, I had disrupted the bond between one side of a two-sided piece of sticky-tape and the upper housing (that caused the ‘tschack’ sound). To the other sticky side: a piece of aluminium sheet (0.4mm or 0.015 inch thick).
That piece of aluminium sheet on its turn had a rectangular opening in it through which a larger piece of copper sheet (0.45mm or 0.017inch thick) could be seen.
The aluminium and coppersheets were connected in a somewhat strange way: partly electrically isolated by sticky-tape and silicon putty and partly electrically conducting, i.e. metal on metal contact.
The copper sheet appeared to be U-shaped, the electronics ‘wrapped’ inside.
As far as the lower housing concernes: the aluminium/copper contraption repeated or mirrored itself more or less.
Metal sheet(s) as thin as decribed and bonded to whatever by two-sided sticky tape and/or whatever sticky putty, any attempt to separate those without damage will be futile. No, you wouldn’t leave it overnight in a bowl filled with something like white-spirit, since that will definitely harm the electronics.
There I was: with wrinkled and bend aluminium and copper sheets and hundreds of silicon-putty chips around the place. But the adapter had been opened!
I started to wonder why the adapter looked like it looked.
I think the aluminium/copper sheeting serves as a heatsink and doubles as electromagnetic shielding, hence the somewhat strange looking conducting/non-conducting sandwich and cut-outs in the aluminium sheets. Eddy currents and so forth.
The adapter is of the switch-mode powersupply type and the mains transformer is a pot-core. This hints towards a quite high switching frequency, say something like 100kHz. It needs to be that high in order to convert 65Watts in such a small box without ending in a disaster.
This means, the apater is also a potential 65Watt jamming station - be it without a properly tuned antenna - hence the elaborate shielding with copper and aluminium sheets and strategically placed cut-outs, conducting and non-conducting spots.
I succeeded in taking the frayed cord out, again, not really easy, since room is at a premium in the adapter, but it can be done.
Next surprise: the cord between the adapter and the PB -a piece of coaxial cable by the way- carries only two conductors: a plus and a minus (an up and a down or how you wish to label it).
Will I be able to put it all back together again?
    Eh, NO!
Ironing out the wrinkles in the copper an aluminium sheets, forget it.
With the wrinkles the whole assembly will be too thick to fit (cram?) into the the two halves of the soapbox.
And for those who think the whole thing could be glued together with epoxy, the silicon-putty residues are all over the box, so the epoxy or any other glue for that matter, will not stick.
It is as simple as that.
However, I learned a lot from this.
With sincere greetings from continental Europa,
    Feike L Hoogenbos

  • W530 HDD/SSD detailed RAIL/TRAY info request

My apologies as this may appear to be beating a dead horse.  However, I have called Tech support twice, Boulder IBM parts twice, and Lenovo Inside Sales twice.  Sales & this site were the most helpful.
I'm posting this as there seems to be some data/info missing as to what some of the parts are comprised of and their specs.  I need this data so I can order the final upgrade parts from either IBM, newmodeus, or ?.  I'm also hoping this thread will help other people who are in the same boat as I am which is ordering parts prior to receiving the PC.
I'm attempting to do what appears to be the standard W530 main drive bay 500GB 7200 rpm HDD move to a 12.7mm Ultrabay and then insertion of a SSD into the main drive bay.  I will be inserting a OCZ 9.3mm Vertex 4 256GB SSD in the main drive bay.
From the forums, the Lenovo web site, sales, and IBM parts I've attained the following info.
    A) It appears that the main drive bay will hold up to a 9.5mm drive.
    B) The W530 could ship with either a 7mm or a 9.5mm 500GB 7200 RPM HDD.
    * What's relevant with this is there must be two different rail options shipped from IBM, 7mm & 9mm rails to fill the main drive bay. *
    C) Lenovo P/N 0A65623 = the proper 12.7mm Ultrabay adapter for the W530 due to the larger notebook form factor.
    D) From Sales, there are 2 sets of rails available/recommended for the 12.7mm Bay:
IBM P/N 04W1640 = COVER (Rubber Rails for a HDD)
IBM P/N 04W1641 = SSD SPACER (Hard Spacer Rails for a SSD)
          * Concerned that these may not fit the Bay properly or be the correct parts. *
    E) From Sales, IBM P/N 41V9756 = RUBBER SHEET FRU (Rubber Rails for SSD or HDD in the Main Drive Bay)
    * Are these rubber rails for a 7mm or a 9.5mm drive natively? Does this kit contain a caddy tray? *
    F) newmodeus Model TP-60 = a metal caddy tray, 4 mounting screws, and two rubber rails. The rubber rails are supposedly the same as IBM P/N 41V9756.  Website link below:
    http://www.newmodeus.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_7&products_id=218
I've read the threads and have seen where people shim and cut the rubber rails depending on the drive size.  No offense intended but I want to install the correct and perfectly sized config.
I'd like to buy genuine parts so I'm really trying hard to make use of the above IBM parts.  The questions below will help me decide on what my SSD mounting config should consist of.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the following info anywhere.
    1) Do any of the IBM rail kits listed above in D & E come with a caddy tray & screws?
The newmodeus TP-60 does so I am concerned a tray and screws are needed for a proper tight/secure fit.
    2) Do either of the stock Lenovo 500GB 7200 RPM HDD drives ship installed with a caddy tray, screws, and rubber rail config in the main drive bay?  If no, what is the config?
    3) Is the intended Lenovo design, to always use a caddy tray and rails?
    4) Has anyone purchased a W530 with a SSD in the main drive bay and if yes, did it have a caddy tray attach for use with its rails?
    5) if a SSD was initially purchased, did it ship with just the hard SSD SPACER rails and no tray?
    6) If someone has purchased the IBM rail kits, do all three of the kits have the same outside height dimensions?
    7) Does anyone have these dimension(s)?
    8) Has anyone taken their stock 500GB 7200 RPM HHD and rails/potential caddy tray out of the main drive bay and just plopped it into the 12.7mm Bay?
    9) If yes to question 8, is it a perfect tight/snug fit without any gaps, space, or room to jar loose?
    * Concern here that the 12.7mm Bay is bigger and the locking mechanism on the bay will not provide a tight fit. *
Sorry for all the questions and the above novel.  If it were easy, we'd either be monkeys or paying Lenovo for the integrated parts.
Hoping I can just port the existing HDD/rails/tray over to the Bay.  Then it's a matter of how my SSD should be mounted in the  inside of the main drive bay.
ANY help, to any of the above comments or questions would be greatly appreciated!!
This has been really frustrating not being able to discover the config.  It seems like it should be really simple... How big are both bay demensions, what are the outside dimensions of the rails, what is the inside config of the rails in terms of drive size dimensions, and are we supposed to use caddy trays all the time with every drive or just a HDD or none at all...  I was REALLY expecting tech support to know this.  Instead, I had to teach them...  They said the PC was new...
I'm expecting the PC this week along with the SSD and some RAM.  I'd like to have they correct rail and caddy tray, if needed, here and ready to go.  Need to get this puppy staged and ready to go so I can hit the ground running.
    Cheers & Thanks!

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Thanks harrisb!
Your solution makes sense.  I found the newmodeus bay after my bundled purchase of the W530, the 12.7mm Bay and the MiniDock.  Also found this forum after the transaction.  It's a shame but it really seems like the Lenovo Bay is making this more difficult than it should be due to the lack of info.
Unfortunately, UPS is delivering my Lenovo Bay and Dock today.  The SSD and RAM has also shipped and is due to arrive this week as is the W530.
The only thing that hasn't been purchased is the SSD and HDD mounting gear.
With this info what would you or anyone else do at this point?
Would purchasing the newmodeus TP-60 Tray, Screws, and rails work with the SSD in the Main Drive bay?
Would the HDD and it's default rails/tray fit perfectly/securely in the 12.7mm Bay?
Would the kit that comes on the HDD still work on the SSD in the Main Drive and then use the newmodeus TP-60 kit on the HDD in the Bay?
There's also the IBM parts?  Just concerned they don't come with the tray or screws.  And, they won't fit securely in the main drive or bay.
    Really appreciate the speedy reply!!
P.S. Got the OCZ due to the great IOPS specs.

  • Soda Spill - Keyboard

So I spilled about a half can of Mt Dew on my MBP and I'm not sure what to do. The computer works fine. There is no damage to the machine itself, with the exception of the keyboard
All of the keys work fine, but of course are sticky. I have removed the keys several times and cleaned them gently with rubbbing alcohol. I have cleaned the rubber sheeting wher the ketys attach to. But I have a few issues
    1) Some of the keys still stick
    2) The rubber piece for the D key is ripped and the key stays depressed. it works, but it annoying. The space bar is the same way (depressed) but the rubber is not ripped on that one.
    My question is 2 part:
    1) Any idea how much it costs to have the keyboard replaced including the rubber part by Apple or a 3rd party?
    2) is there a place where I could buy the keyboard myself? I looked on ifixit.com and it doesnt seem that hard to just replace the entire keyboard.
    Thanks alll!!

Thanks.. I had seen those but they didnt really answer my question.
Looking for a cost to replace the keyboard from a shop or a place to buy them from if possible. I assume I could only buy them from APple, but wasnt sure if there are 3rd parties tat sell the keyboards. A google search didnt help me...
And is it true that if I were to replace it myself, that it would void the warranty? If so, I may just bite the bullet and pay to have it fixed by a local shop
btw: Its the Core 2 Duo machine.. not sure if the keyboard has chaged or not from the original MBP's

  • Studio Build out I need advise

I acquired some space and am about to build it out. I need your advise. I am thinking 2x4 lumber, sheetrock walls with dead air spacing between walls for professional additional "sound" proofing (between walls), also double walling for control room Dual glass and so fort. Can you guys please help me out with advise. Is there maybe a good solid comprehensive book just for studio building/remodeling? I hope that if there is, it sticks to the core facts and information, I am not interested in Protons, neutrons, or Atoms,
    Thanks in advance

Dead air and mass absorb sound and provide isolation. The dead air concept is what double-wall construction is based on. How far apart the walls are spaced will have a bearing on what frequencies are absorbed. "Floating" the walls and floor on dense rubber blocks provide two-way isolation (see http://auralex.com/soundisolation_uboat/sound_isolationuboat.asp ). The concept of mass stopping sound: imagine covering a wall with either lead sheeting or cloth of equal thickness to try to stop sound from passing through. Which will absorb more sound? Of course the lead will, because it's denser, i.e., has more mass. But instead of lead you could use rubber sheeting (see http://auralex.com/cstudio_construction/c_studioconstruction.asp ).
So that's soundproofing and isolation, and they're related to but still very different from acoustically treating a room with quadriatic diffusers, foam to absorb high frequency reflections, etc.
Advice? Hire a studio designer or at least consult with one. I believe that Auralex and some of the other similar companies offer consultation services. Meanwhile, educate yourself on the fundamentals of sound proofing and acoustic treatments. Oh, wait, you're doing that already by posting!
    Best of luck!

  • W530: Rails for 9mm SSD

I just placed my order for a W530 and plan on replacing the 320GB HDD with a OCZ Agility 3 SSD that I have laying around the house.  I found out the SSD is 9.3mm and I am assuming the main drive bay is 7mm. What is the SKU for the rails so I can fit the SSD in there? Thanks!
    Edit:
I found an adaptor that worked with the W520:
    http://www-304.ibm.com/shop/americas/content/home/store_IBMPublicUSA/en_US/parts/parts_main.html
    RUBBER SHEET FRU
    Product:
    41V9756
    $13.50
    $13.50
Will these rubber rails also work for the main drive bay of the W530?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

I don't know -- I never did get replacement rails.  I put the 7mm SSD into the 9mm rails and it kinda sits in snugly.  I wouldn't want to drop it though, it would definitely bounce around (but then, there are no moving parts!).  I've considered cutting up the foam that the SSD came in to fill in the gap in the rails -- essentially the "official" 7mm rail is a 9mm rail with a divider inside to fit the 7mm drive.

I have error in Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 which is part of the Creative Suite 6 Master Collection.
Error was when I trying to use "rubber" <div> layout: "Could not find Dreamweaver Fluid Grid style sheet". When I clicked on the button in the sidebar, in the new document.

  • Rubber Stopper replacements. Where can I get them?

1.) I live at least 3 hours from the nearest mac store
2.) I am willing to buy them online
3.) I use my macbook on a drafting table that is slightly tilted, anything you would recommend is null. (unless it's a different type of compatible rubber stopper).
4.) I bought my macbook right before the re-design for the rubber stoppers and the solid block of aluminum.
This is really bothering me. If I could find a way to get them I would. I remember when I had my macbook g4 they came off and I just went to the mac store but now I live farther away and want to order them but there is no way. Please help me, I'm begging here.

Some people have called Apple Support and been sent a set at no charge. When you call, ask for "rubber feet" not "stoppers." Might speed things up.
The replacement feet require that the hard plastic piece that forms a mounting interface or socket between the rubber feet and the aluminum case must be in place and undamaged.
If the transition piece is damaged of missing, simply go to a hardware store and ask for drawer bumpers. They are rubber or flexible silicone with an adhesive back. They come in brown rubber or clear silicone and in different heights. I paid under US$3 for a sheet of twelve. and put four of them on my Al PowerBook that has the same foot arrangement as the Macbook Pro.

  • "Could not find  Dreamweaver Fluid Grid style sheet error" in Dreamweaver CS6

I have error in Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 which is part of the Creative Suite 6 Master Collection.
Error  was when I trying to use "rubber" <div> layout: "Could not find  Dreamweaver Fluid Grid style sheet". When I clicked on the button in the  sidebar, in the new document.

#1 Go to File > New FluidGrid Layout > select 3rd item > Hit Create button.  See screenshots.
#2  DW will prompt you for a file name and location for your new FluidGrid.css file.  Give your style sheet a name without spaces or special characters eg. MyFluidGrid.css.  Save.
#3 From the SourceCode tag, hit Ctrl+S to Save your HTML Page.  DW will set the corrected path to your external files:
    MyFluidGrid.css
    boilerplate.css
    respond.js
That's all there is to it.

  • Very slippy rubber feet on new MacBook Al

Minor niggle here but I have just noticed after using MB Al for a week that it slide easily over the table while typing. I guess they must have made the 4 rubber feet on the base too much live the new excellent trackpad with a low coefficient of friction - hopefully it will get more sticky with use ?

The stickiness of the feet worried me too. The very first day I had it my cat knocked it off my desk! A CAT! I covered that area of my desk with a sheet of sticky rubber so that won't be happening again.
Another thing I've noticed is that my Macbook doesn't appear to sit properly on a flat surface. One corner (the front right) doesn't touch when the other 3 feet do. That means when I type the whole machine wobbles around beneath my fingers.
I thought it might just be my desk but I've tried it on 4 different desks now and it does the same thing. I tested it on some sheets of glass because I knew they would be flat and it doesn't wobble at all.
I can't work out if I live in a city of misshapen desks or the unibody is bent. I'm gonna do some more tests then maybe post a new thread about it, or just get it replaced.

  • On excel sheet upload read the workbook and populate data to sharepoint list

    Requirement in my current project:
In a document library when I upload an excel sheet, a specific workbook has to be read and the contents have to be uploaded to a sharepoint custom list.
The approach followed was create an event receiver and register as a feature. Following is the code for event receiver.
    public override void ItemAdded(SPItemEventProperties properties)
                base.ItemAdded(properties);
                var list = getSPList("{150301BF-D0BD-452C-90D7-2D6CD082A247}");
                SPListItem doc = properties.ListItem;
                doc["Msg"] = "items deleted from req list";
                doc.Update();
                string excelname=doc.File.Name;

                    //Marshal.ReleaseComObject(workBook);
                catch (Exception e)
                    System.Diagnostics.EventLog.WriteEntry("ExcelUpload", e.Message.ToString());
                finally
                    System.Diagnostics.EventLog.WriteEntry("ExcelUpload", "finally block");
Is this the only approach to meet this requirement or is there any other way to crack it. sharepoint techies please help me.

as you described the scenario of the event that it should happen when user upload excel to a document library. Event Receiver is your best bet. However if you would have a requirement that users can send excel files any time to a network file location and
you want to pick it, read it and create list items etc. You would write a sharepoint timer job that would run every 10 minute to check for file and if available on the network drive, perform the operation etc. so that users who send excel file does not need
to come to the sharepoint etc. You can see that you have Event Receivcer option or Timer job option OR you would write a console application to trigger the code at a scheduled time on sharepoint server etc. so you are using the event receiver in the correct
    scenario.

  • BW report in BP Fact Sheet in CIC0

    Hi Gurus,
We wish to display BP specific BW reports in our CIC0 fact sheet. We have configured a web template and are able to view the BW view in the CIC0 fact sheet. The issue is, that we want the BW query to run automatically based on the BP confirmed in CIC0. Currently, we get the BW view wher we open a query and then populate the BP in the selection screen and run the report. The report then shows the expected data in fact sheet. However, ideally, the BP should automatically be passed in BW query as its already confirmed in CIC0, as it does when we get information from R/3 regarding a BP.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Cheers!
    Amit

    Hi guys,
I have the same problem, I need to call bw reports using the BP selected at cic0.
I tried 2 options, I can display the bw reports but the BP is not send as a parameter.
1- I created an action box in cic0 to call transaction RRMX in BW. I used BOR method, object type TSTC and method execute. This works fine to call the reports but can't find any option to send the bp as a parameter.
2 - I created a bsp version of the bw reports and created an HTML call from CIC0. But the BW report doesn't accept parameters. Also I don't know how to send the BP as a parameter, it seems that I can only send Text.
Let me know if you find another way to call bw reports from cic0.
    Cheers,
    Hernan.
