Running a .jsf file in a browser

could anyone assist ,
i am new to jdeveloper and ADF.
when I run a .jsf file to preview on a browser it return only the html source code

I am using jdev 11.1.2.0.
I am creating the sample tutorial task as "Developing Rich Web Applications With Oracle ADF". After giving the HireDate default value as adf.currentDate, I got the error 500: Internal Server Error.
It give the message as "create an object of type:oracle.jbo.domain.Timestamp from type:java.lang.String with value:adf.currentDate".
how to solve this help me.

ya correct, previously selected the literal. Now I change and run it. again i got new error like "oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-29114 ADFContext is not setup to process messages for this exception. Use the exception stack trace and error code to investigate the root cause of this exception.
Root cause error code is JBO-25002". application module run successfully.

I just got Windows 7 and have been having problems since loading it. Most of my drivers only go to Vista and don't recognize 7.
I have trying to download some manuals from their website
and keep getting this message; Adobe Acrobat/reader that is running can not be used to view PDF files in Web Browser.

Could I suggest a workaround for PDFs until a solution is posted? Open them directly in the Adobe application rather than in a browser tab.
In your Adobe application(s), go to:
Edit > Preferences > Internet
Then uncheck "Display PDF in browser"
(There are very few sites where having PDF integrated is really beneficial.)

How to run python files on the browser?

Good day,
I am trying to run any python file on the Leopard web server, accesing it via safari.
also I have set the permissions of the file to 777...
then I have copied the file to library/webserver/documents.When I open this file in Safari, the file is listed, but it is not executed.
also I have copied the file to library/webserver/cgi-executables, but the file is not executed, an error appears:

the python file contains only 2 lines:

I have tested the file in the command line in the terminal python test.py and it runs fine... but I dont know what should I have to do to run it on the browser...

do I have to enable any mime types for python on leopard client? how to do it?

I could be wrong, but I don't think these aren't errors. These are just telling you where your jar files are coming from. In your case, they are coming from cached entries. You probably want to clear your cache. I do this by running javaws -uninstall and then javaws -clearcache

After some running time I cannot download large files via any browser.

I am running OS X 10.9.2 on a 27inch iMac 2013 model.
If I keep it running (without sleeping) for some time, perhaps a week, I can no longer download any large files via any browser. It will start and after a very short time go down to 0 B/s, stall there and at the end aboft with an "Unknown network error" or something similar.
Has anyone seen similar problems?

Open router set up using http://192.168.1.1 .....you will see username & password .....leave username blank & in password use admin...............
Click status tab..........check firmware version .......download the latest firmware from http://linksys.com/download ..........
Udate the firmware ....reset the router for 20-30 seconds ........ later on reconfigure the router ........

Firefox downloads a ".php" file when I browse certain websites. I'm on a Mac and running OS X 10.6.4

Firefox is automatically downloading ".php" files when I browse certain websites.
Without permission, it just simply downloads the files and prompts me to indicate the program I would like to open the file with.
I work for a school district and Firefox 4 was installed in 4 other computers and it did the same thing with all of them.
I then reverted to the previous version of Firefox and continued to have the same problem.
Please advise

Troubles with .jsf files

I am working under Vista, Opera 9.64 and jre-6u12-windows-i586-p-s.exe.
When I click on a link in a web page including a .jsf file e.g. "https://www.ingdirect.fr/secure/public/displayLogin.jsf" the result is an empty sheet, my browser seems to search something.
If I try to open the same link under Firefox 3.1, there is no trouble, it works.
In Opera, Java, Javascript and Java plug-ins are activated. The following javascript options are acivated (allow window size changing, allow window displacement, allow status change, allow script to hide the address bar).
Can someone help me please.

It's simpler to just reinstall the OS, followed by running Software Update. Reinstalling shouldn't take too long and only replaces the system components and the basic Apple apps, leaving all settings and other files alone.

SpeedBit has ruined all my programs. Can't Open/Run programs including using my FAVORITE BROWSER---MOZILLA FIREFOX. HELP!!! PLEASE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

I do not know what all started everything. I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my #1, favorite and of course my preferred browser over Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Opera...It is just awesome. Also, I had been using DAP 10 Premium downloader, SpeedBit downloader and converter. Everything to go well for over 1 year. Then all of a sudden, sometime about 2 months ago, I opened my browser, tried to run it so that I may go online. Lo and behold I received a message saying: C:\Program Files\Common Files\SpeedBit\SBUpdate\sbfi32.dll is missing. Try re-installing the program again to correct the problem. Well I did--- probably at least 20 times, but no help, It did not work. Now, I can't even open most of my programs/software because the same message keeps popping up. I personally think that something should be done to those who wrote the program--if they intended something malicious [in] the software--I REALLY NEED HELP!!!

How to run a jar file in a browswer?

I got a problem here. I would like to run my jar file in a html-based brower, should I write another applet for my jar file? How can I do that? (I don't have applet in my jar file, but only JFrame) Is there any way I can put a runnable jar file into an applet and show on the brower? Could anyone show me how to write this code? At first you need a java plug-in for your browser.
Next you have to implement an applet in your jar-file.
The tag in your html-document should look like:
<applet code="Sample.class" archive="sample.jar" width="400" height="400"></applet>

Errror while Running the ant file(build.xml) when applying B2B-BPEL patch

I am trying to apply the B2B WSIL Browser patch and while running the ant file i got the following warning while backing out d3l.jar file

i have set the classpath for the jdk and jre files correctly and also checked it with a sample program and the file is compiling and running with correct output.then why is it showing up java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError exception.Did anyone face the same problem or have a solution for this problem if they have then plzzz help me

and added C:\product\10.1.3.1\OracleAS_1\bin to my sys path
and i have also set the JAVA_HOME=C:\product\10.1.3.1\OracleAS_1\jdk
and added C:\product\10.1.3.1\OracleAS_1\jdk\bin to my sys path
and ran the patch,now its coming up with a different problem after entering the B2B repository connection parameters...
