I'm getting
Run-time Error '-2146232800 (80131620):
Unknow error "-1"
when I try to login in BIP Desktop 10.1.3.2
Does any one know what's going wrong?

Im still waiting on a confirmation for the fix ... apologies
In the mean time you have a workaround.
1. Create the data extraction on the server as you would normally
2. Run the report and generate XML data
3. Save the data to your local machine
4. Open Word and load the data manually via the Data > Load XML menu
5. Build and test template
To load the template, go back to the server browser window and load the template manually thru the report definition page
I'll chase up on the resolution of this today

I am trying to add custom search help for one of my column in ALV grid. I'm using OOP ALV, when i click for search help for that column, the system shows runtime error like below.

In order to be able to provide a search help for a field in an ALV you must do the following things.
1) The field where F4 help need to be attached needs to be made editable.
2) Create an event handler class to handle the ONF4 event. You can refer the following code:

Portal runtime error while trying to run a MSS report
Hello gurus!!
I setup the MSS reports launchpad and now I am seeing all the list of reports on the reports launchpad. I am able to click on all the links and each link opens up the relevant page and the selection criteria also comes up. However, on the last screen, I get a portal runtime error after I click on the report result button.

Runtime Error while trying to run the Requestor ABCS Process
Hi Everyone,
I'm currently working on POC to Query Customer using AIA.
Created Target Service which is Composite BPEL process to Query the data from the E-Business Suite.
Deploy the the same to SOA and AIA MDS.
Created Provider ABCS and deployed the same on SOA and MDS.Tested partial flow and it works as expected.
Then Created EBS Using Mediator and deployed on SOAand MDS and tested the same and it works
Created Requestor ABCS with custom ABM xsd which has customerID as i/p and deployed the process on SOA and registered it on the AIA MDS as well.
But at Runtime it gives an error saying it is unable to find the EBM Header information.
AIAConfigurationFile has the default systemID mentioned.Has anyone encountered this issue.
Is there anything else which needs to be done ?

Runtime error when trying to open an ODS to edit
Hi,
I'm encountering a Runtime error while trying to open an ODS to move some datafields to keyfields. When data is loaded into that ODS, it is not giving any Runtime error and allowing me to edit the ODS. But anyhow as there is data in that ODS, I couldn't move the datafields into keyfields. Can anyone suggest me what to do..it's urgent.

You cannot add add or move fields in ODS if data available in the ODS.
You get runtime error.
It's better to delete data from ODS.
After that activate your all objects of that particular flow.

im gettting an error while trying to connect server on jdeveloper 11.1.1.1.5
The server is on LAN and installed on other PC I can also access the console and login correctly to console. After doing application server connection and testing the connection it gives me following error

Then, re-start JDeveloper IDE and re-test your application server Connection,it should work fine. -
Error while trying to start OC4j11g in standalone mode
I get the following error while trying to start OC4j 11g 11.1.1 in standalone mode:
Error initializing server: Shared library "oracle.fabric.runtime" could not be found.
FYI, I have the imports for oracle.fabric, oracle.fabric.interceptors in server.xml already.

logs can be read from nwa, if you hv the relevant access or get portal admin to pass the defaulttrace file to you. Login to nwa, navigate to Monitoring-Logs and traces and select (either default trace or last 24hrs) to view the logs. hope this helps

Create a new user. Create a user account.
Re-install using the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows.
