Safari is not working and siri only works with the phone not internet related questions.

I have an Iphone 5 and for about 8 months it worked find, then somewhere along the line I think about the time I upgraded to the latest OS, Safari stopped working. That is when I hit a link from email or open safari I get the browser window but nothing works, like its been blocked. Siri of course only works with internal serches, through contacts and such. My other browsers (crome, oprea and mercury) work fine. I have been through all the internal settigns I can find, but nothing has worked. Have cleared history cookes with no suceess. Any ideas?

Thank you for providing so much detail about the issue you are experiencing with Safari after upgrading to iOS 7.
The first thing I recommend is quitting and relaunching the applications on your iPhone:
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

If you are still seeing the same issue after quitting and relaunching the apps that are open, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Just activated BlueAnt S4 with my iPhone4 and having an issue with the Phone Commands - as I have multiple numbers for people (ie: iPhone, Work, Home), is it the BlueAnt that is having the issues or the iPhone? Tried to eliminate info on my partner's contact in with only 2 contact numbers (iPhone, Home) and one or the other is totally screwing up. HT1476 After update to either iOS 7.0.3 or 7.0.4, my iPhone 4S won't charge. I'm using charger and cable that came with the phone. Nothing else changed.

I think it was the update the iOS 7.0.4 that I did last night. I woke up this morning with my battery almost drained and the charging function going off and on every few seconds, like it would start charging then disconnect, then reconnect repeatedly.
I've tried restarting the phone and hard restarting the phone several times, but I'm getting really low on battery by now (under 20%).
I've tried cleaning the connector with a little isopropyl alcohol, and blowing it out with compressed air. Though I can't be 100% certain, it's very unlikely my connector died exactly at the same time I was updating my phone. Especially since it appears I'm not the only one with this problem.
And now, after the last hard reset, my phone doesn't even recognize the charger at all, or being connected with the USB cable to my MacBook Pro.
I turned off my phone so when I go to the Apple Store it will power up one last time, but besides that I'm out of ideas.

Just back from Genius Bar and two other people at my table had the same problem. Their 4Ss aren't charging either. One of them had a fried board according to the tech. At least my HW checked out OK. It just won't charge.
The tech tried to tell me that it was because my connector was corroded, which I told him was kind of a weak argument since evidence points to that the update has something to do with it.
They're seeing a lot of these and it looks like they already have a script.
Luckily I had enough juice left to recycle it for like $180, so I picked up a 5S with a new 2 year.
It looked to me like this is going to blow up pretty big. Like class action lawsuit big.
If you have an iPhone 4 or 4S, and you haven't updated it to iOS 7, don't for now. See if a patch comes out that doesn't brick your phone. Or get an induction charger maybe? Don't just update and expect absolutely no problems because too many people are having problems right now.

Update to what? The 3G you want to update? You have ios3 or 4 on that 3G?

Make a backup of your stuff (from the phone. apps/photos/music/blabla). Update your phone. The phone will restore the backup automatically.

IOS 6.1 problem with the phone not ringing

Anyone having a problem after updating to IOS 6.1 on their iPhone 4s. The phone no longer rings when a call comes in. I tried restarting the phone which I have seen on a few post on the Internet but that did not correct the issues. My wife and I both have an iPhone 4s 32gb with Verizon and we both ran the update last night. My phone was a little slow so I restarted the phone and that seemed to resolve the issue. However on my wife's phone it will not ring. You call the number and you can see the call coming in but the phone will not ring. We have tried restarting the phone with no success. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to resolve.
PS: I am also one of the Administrators for the Messaging team and I have had several of my users with iPhones call me regarding the same issue. Looking for a solution for myself and others.

We definitely need to get to the bottom of this. Receiving calls, and being aware of them is totally important. Is it with every call? Did you check Alert Settings to ensure you have it set to Ring?
There is a Setting called Interruptions; this may interfere with all notifications when an App is open. It's in Sound and Notification.

My iphone seems to not want to turn on the screen stays black no matter what you do pressing the home and power button....and at times while it is on it locks up and cannot navigate and call out like the touch screen is in active you have to shut the phone down to get it to work as intended.

You can't. When you converted those libraries to Lion's format, you lost the ability to go backwards. Unless you saved a bootable backup./clone or Time Machine backup of your previous SL installation, you're up the proverbial creek w/o a paddle.

Message app in my IPad 2 has never worked and still doesn't with the new IOS8. Cannot send either text or audio recording messages. Have checked Settings to no avail. Neither "Send" nor "microphone " buttons are active.

My iPhone never had a problem syncing with my iTunes. I check all the songs I want and when I manually connect the phone to the computer via USB, i would select "sync only checked songs and videos". No music will sync now and I've tried everything?

Normally my phone would connect with my computer and replace all the songs on my phone with all the songs available in my library. Now it seems as if the songs on my phone are permanently there, and nothing from my iTunes library will sync. I tried syncing with another library on another computer and nothing would sync onto my iPhone from that one either. I feel like it's a problem with the phone, not the iTunes, but I'm not sure. Ive been trying things for the last 8 hours. Why won't my music sync to my phone??

1. Open iTunes.
2. Click the View option in the iTunes menu.
3. Select the Show Sidebar option.
Connect your phone, select it in the Sidebar...the various tabs will now show as before.

The iPhone warranty is not international and as you purchased in
Malaysia the warranty is only valid in Malaysia
You could try taking to an iPhone Authorised service provider
in India but there have been many similar posts to yours
and I am not aware of them assisting with an iPhone from
outside India

I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.

Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.
