Sales data(urgent)

Hi
If any employee is working in different sales offices different countries how can we maintain different sales data.
In PA30 Infotype SALE DATA can be used?
i tried to use infotype Sales Data but what is happening is it overwrites the previous record.
my question is how can we maintain sales data for one employee who is working for many sales offices in different countries.can it be based on one personnel number.
plz suggest.

    Hi ,
    I am trying to create the Customer via LSMW. With the basic information i am able create the Record.
    But , I am facing the Problem when i give the sales informations ( Sales organisation / distribution channel /division ). The values are not populating in the Sales Area Tab ( sales office , sales group , customer group).
    Read and convert data is correctly mapped and populating the values. While processing the session in error mode , its not populating the fields in Sales Tab.

    Steps:
    1. Identify Mandatory Fields in XD01.
    2. Map Legacy System Fields with corresponding SAP Fields. Note that you should pass values for all the mandatory fields (either from Legacy System Fields, constants, or fetch data based on some condition)

    Date wise all Sales orders data is stored in <b>VBAK , VBAP and VBEP</b> tables
    So based on date you can group the data into weeks and Months and can display
    VBAK-AEDAT take this date and do as per the requirement

  • Issue when uploading Sales data from DSO to Cube.

    Dear All,
    I have an issue when I am uploading Sales data from DSO to Cube.  I am using BI 7.0 and I have uploaded all sales document level data to my DSO.  Then I use a transformation rule to calculate the Sales Value when I am doing DTP to cube.  Cube has customer wise aggregation data.
    In DSO I have NetPrice(KF) and Delivered_QTY(KF).  I do a simple multiplication routine in the transformation from DSO to Cube.
    RESULT =   SOURCE_FIELDS-NET_PRICE * SOURCE_FIELDS-DLV_QTY .
    At the moment I use Active Table(With out Archive) on the DSO to get the data since this is my first load.
    Issue is that the figure (Sales Value) in the cube is incorrect. I am getting a very large values which is impossible.
    Can someone please help me.

    Hi,
    are you sure that cube has customer wise aggregated data..since it will always aggregate the values of the key figures for the same set of characters...
    did you checked the values for the key figures as well and if even they are inflated or is the problem with this key figure only.
    During the data load the records may aggregates first for the same values of characters and then multiplication will be happening....if that is the case then you may have to multiply the values before storing it in the data package and then let it aggregate....can be achived through start routine...
    but first verify if other key figures are also having the same issue.

  • Report to fetch the text information from customer master sales data

    Dear Experts,
    We have come up with a requirement where the business want a report/list of the customers for whom a particular text is not maintained in customer master -sales data.
    There are many Z text id are configured and are maintained in Sales data- extras- text. In addition, business also need some key fields from the customer master such as name, city, delv plant, payment terms, sales off, sales grp etc.
    I could not get any standard table where the text is maintained with the customer numbers. Table STXH can give the customer numbers for a particular text id type but what is maintained against the given text id is not fetched from the table.
    So we need the valuable inputs to realize the requirement.
    As an proposal, we are aiming to develop custom Z report with the FM READ_TEXT to get the text information with the customer no ( object type KNVV and text id ). But for the additional information, what should be the actual logic for fetching the data. say if this FM is used, what should be the sequence of the logic and ideal selection parameters.
    In addition, we aim to use BAPI BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETDETAIL2 to fetch some of the customer ifnormation but many fields are not found in this . can we use some other bapi which can provide the complete general/sales data of customer ( delv plant, sales off, sales grp, custo grp, incoterms, payment terms etc)

    I guess the best would be to check in ABAP General forum on the READ_TEXT sequence/ logic etc..
    For customer details, the available BAPIs are:
    BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETDETAIL
    BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETDETAIL1
    BAPI_CUSTOMER_GETDETAIL2
    However, you might have to check classes in SE24 to find any existing classes and its method yo give you all the information of a customer. Also check this thread: [BAPI for customer details like in IDoc DEBMAS;

    How’s about connecting Lumira to a SQL-based SAP Instance to analyze sales data? Does SAP provide a “Business Content” similar to SAP-BW or do I have to join all the affected tables manually?
    How would the scenario above be if I connect Lumira to a HANA-bases SAP Instance?

    both those links discuss using 'freehand sql' drivers in Lumira to connect to ERP Infosets . (a kind of ECC query)
    a similar approach, going via Business Objects BI 4,  would be to have a Universe ontop of Infoset, and Lumira connects to BI4 to consume the Infoset Universe.
    In both cases, the prerequisite is the definition of said 'infoset' - the creation of which would be handled by content creators within ECC environment, not likely the Lumira user.

  • How to obtain the pricing condition data from sales data?

    Hi all!  I have googled many times and read through many sites to understand how I can obtain the pricing condition data that's specific to a specific sales line.  However, the answer I got usually are as follow:
    Tables to be used:
    KONV
    KONH
    KONP
    VBRK
    VBRP
    And the thing is to obtain KNUMH data from VBRP and link it to KONP which will get the exact pricing condition data that's relating to the specific transaction.
    However, my challenge is that the field KNUMH in either VBRP or VBAP, it is empty.  Therefore, how can I have a report with my sales data as the primary file, and appending the pricing condition data so that I can analyze the different kinds of pricing condition types that the company is using.  The only field that I can use is KNUMV which does not give me the pricing condition that was used in this particular invoice line.
    I also know that there is the A*** tables, which contains the KNUMH file.  However, this file is split into many different tables.  Thus, is there a more efficient method to download all the data?  In any case, I still do not know how to link to my sales data.
    FYI, I only have SE16N and VK13's access.

    BW :
    When u right click on the Master Data Info object -> Select Data flow.Then  it will  show u the details like DS name,IS (If 3.x)
    Once u know the DS then you need to find out the source tables for the R/3 DS.This information will get using ROOSOURCE or ROOSFIELD tables  or help.sap.com.
    My suggestion better to search in Help site for DS source tables.

    I don't get clearly, but mean here your sales order doesn't exist in your cube or ODs in BW.
    If so check the delta load has been done or not.
    Before that check in tables VBAK (Header data) and  VBAP (Item data) , wheather your sales order exists.

  • Which data source to be used to bring sales data for customers???

    Hi Gurus,
    I am using 0FI_AR_4 data source for one of report for DSO calculation.
    To complete the DSO( Daily Sales outstanding) calculation in BW I need sales data also for each customer.
    And this should be for all the past 12 months. Based on past 12 months sales data for each customer DSO calculation will be done.
    As this sales data is not available in the the 0FI_AR_4 data source so which other datasource can I use for the same purpose to bbring the sales data for the customer. I am thinking of COPA datasoure..... will it be right choice????
    Or I can go with some other option???

  • How To Make Shapes Change Colors When Clicking on them. Example Sheet Sales Data.xlsx template with Excel 2013

    My question is related to the Sales Data.xlsx template that comes with Excel 2013
    IN this workbook is a sheet named Sales Data. It has, 3 shapes. One each for each of the tab sheets in the workbook. When I click on the 'Sales Report' shape it selects the sales report tab. When you do this the shape changes color and the 'Sales Data' shape
    also changes color.
    However I'm unable to figure out how the colors are changing. 
    I don't see any macros in the workbook/worksheet. Nor do I see any code for worksheet events. I don't see any modules in VBA either. I think what is happening is that there are 2 shapes. When you click on one, the one shape goes to the background and the
    other one comes to the foreground.
    I'm no sure how it's doing that. 
    Can someone look at this template, Sales Data.xlsx that comes with Excel and explain how this functionality works?

    The shapes are exactly as I suspected, each of 3 sheets has 3 'navigation' shapes. The shape with the same name as the sheet has no hyperlink and is coloured differently to indicate it refers to the active sheet. The other two have hyperlinks linked to respective
    sheets. 3x3 shapes, 9 in total, none of them ever change colour!
    It's logical though not necessary to name each shape same as the sheet it links to, but they'd work just as well with their original default names.
    For aesthetics, the shapes that refer to own sheet have a horizontal line on top, actually two shapes as a group.
    If still confused copy each set of 3 shapes to a 4th sheet, or open two new windows so you can see all three sheets at the same time.

  • Report RWVMIPAD not picking Sales Data

    Hi ALL
    I am executing a scenario for VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory) in which i am treating one client as Customer and the other as Vendor. In the customer client i want to send the current stock and the sales data to the vendor system for which i am using a report RWVMIPAD which gives only the current stock for the material under consideration. It however dos not give any detail of the sales data - i have already 2 sales order created.
    Can you please let me know what additional setting needs to be done to have this data picked in the report.

    I am not sure about this point in vendor aging report. i have added a pur Organization field in this report.
    I am asking
    If vendor no 123 is in D100  and C100 ( D100 and C100 are Pur Organizations )
    Initially no transaction is there.
    Suppose vendor  no 123  created a Puchase Order of 500 /- using D100 Purchase Organization in duration 01.01.2008
    to 01.01.2009
    But vendor no 123 in Purchase Organization C100 has no transaction.
    Then 123 with D100 is sould show 500/-
    and 123 with C100 is 0 /-.
    output of this report should show above results ?
    If output is like this then how to rectify my report  ?
    Or it shoud show the result like this
    Then 123 with D100 is sould show 500/-
    and 123 with C100 is 500 /-

  • My apple sales data from my app sales seems incorrect.Anyone else had same problem?

    Am having massive problem accessing my sales data and when I do it's incorrect.Have had it escalated at Apple but they say there is "no way to access retrospective sales data".This was only for last month! So not very "retrospective".Has anyone else experienced the same problem?If so please let me know how you resolved it.

    Hi,
    Make sure that you have deleted index in the Data Target before you load. Also put different selection criteria in the infopackages and load them parallely.
    Make sure when the laod is running no other major process is running in the system. Yu can check this using SM50 transaction.

    We would like to use sales analysis so that only managers can see all data. Normal sales employeesu2019 rightsu2019 should be limited so that they only can see their own sales data. We want to prohibit them from viewing their colleaguesu2019 sales volumes. How should we proceed to limit the rights so that they only see their own sales? In this database sales employees are assigned to teams.
