Sales order are going for credit block once the re-scheduling  is executed.

Created a sales order where Qty is not confirmed order went for credit block (dynamic credit check block) and order has released through VKM3 and Executed the re-scheduling (V_V2) later qty is confirmed for the sales order but again the order went for credit block.
Note: Configuration setup is already done in the Define Automatic Credit control
Released documents are still unchecked.
Deviation in % : 0
Number of Days 60
With the above configuration in Define Automatic Credit control once released order should not go for credit block till further  60 days once it is released.
Can someone kindly share with me possibilities

hi subramanyam,
credit control will not accure, if you dont change anything intresting for the credit block.
Intresting means :
    - change of price
    - change of quantity
    - change of deliverydate  ===>  in my company that was the problem.
We did a useerexit - condition for new credit-block-checks.
In this userexit, you can decide, in which scenario you will suspend a additional check by saving your document  for example while V_V2.
loock in customizing for chredit check in the first fields in the left upper sinde of the display - i guess to remember .

  • Sales Order Confirmation when sales order goes for Credit Block

want Sales Order to be Confirmed , i e Schedule line Confirmation , when sales order goes for Credit Block
    How i can Achieve this?
Even when set for Sales Document typpe credit check as 'D' and credit group as ;03; ie at Goods Issue still order is not getting confirmed.

I am not sure, why you want schedule line to be confirmed for credit blocked sales orders. Re-confirm with the client.
There are controls when defining delivery blocks.
Goto IMG - Log.Execution-Shipping - Deliveries- Define delivery blocks( check menu path in system, may not be same as shown here).
Select 01- credit block " untick" from "Confirmation" Column.
Now test with & see how ti works.

  • How to allocate inventory on sales order saving and before credit blocking

    Hi gurus,
Hope you can assist us in our issue.  We are a food manufacturer and we had setup our availability check to CH and our MRP Type to PD.  The problems we had encountered are :
    1)  If the order quantity is more than the available stock, it does not allocate anymore (for example - if order is 500cases and the available stock is 300cases only) and;
    2)  the allocated quantity after sales order saving changes after credit releasing (procurement tab) and sometimes becomes zero
Implication is that we can not rely on the availability check at the same time credit block is again activated once we edit the sales order just to allocate.  Are there other config settings that we need to revise/update?
Your immediate help is needed.  Thanks a lot.
    Frances

    Rahul,
Thank you, but this I need automatic as if I requiere my users to manually change the setting they will not and the order will go through. I heard somewhere that with the combination of SPs and authorizations this could be done however I don't know how.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,

  • Sales Order Not Checked for Credit Limit

Most of the time, in our course of business, the customer account and BP/Credit limit are setup prior to the input of any order.
However, if in the case the customer was setup (BP created in background, but segment/credit limit not assigned yet), and an order was created immediately the order will not be checked for credit.
We are considering putting a check in the order that it must be checked or it is considered incomplete.
We have a background job that runs every few hours to assign the BP to the credit segment (we have only one credit segment, in addition to 0000) and give a default credit limit.  But we need to ensure that all orders are checked.
How are others handling this situation?
    Thanks

We have already put in place the use of a background job to create the BP/segment with a default credit limit.
We are hoping to come up with a method that is full proof and not manual.
Depending on how frequently the job runs and the timing between that and setting up a customer master record and entry of a sales order, there could be a sales order entered before the background job was completed.

  • MRP Run For Credit Blocked Sales Orders

    Hi
Does any one know how to prevent the generation of planned orders for Sales orders which
have been credit blocked. At the moment the reservation is still visible on MD04 and is therefore
planned during the MRP run. As a result manufacturing continues for these sales orders.

As far as credit block is concern; what it means is that delivery will not be done for this customer via VL01N.
This means if you have blocked this customer in FD32; no delivery to be done
It may not be linked with MRP calculation b'cos it comes into picture while doing delivery & not during planning

  • Accounting No not Created For Sales Orders when Processed thru Credit cards

    Hi Experts,
I was able to successfully post FI document through Billing document in SD.
The Problem is encountered when a Sales Order is created
    for Credit Card customers.
When the sales order is created the credit card information we are prompted with an error message Payment terms is a required field for G/L Acc so and so...
The payment terms field in the posting key 01 is marked required and the same field for the reconcilation account is optional. However this config has not created any problem for the Non credit card sales orders.
If any one has faced the same problem. Please help me out in this issue.
    Thanks,
    Chaitanya

    Hi Friends,
Please refer SAP OSS Note 119047.
In the OSS Note they have mentioned..
Pass the payment terms to the field
    xaccit-zterm = '0001'. in the User Exit.
    Program : LV60BF0C,
    Customer Function '002'.
    Include File ZXVVFU02.
    SE 37:- EXIT_SAPLV60B_002
Still I don't understand why SAP doesn't support payment terms for Credit Card. But when a Sales Order is  created without credit card the field xaccit-zterm  has a value.
    Thanks,

  • Thir Party Sales with Status Profile and Credit Block

    Hello All,
I have did configuration for Third Party Sales its working fine without Credit Block. The Problem is when I an creating a Sales Order I need to Confirm the Status to Rel and then save the Sales Order. Since the Credit of the Customer Exceeded So Purchase Requsition not created. I released the sales Order using T-Code VKM3 and then checked the Sales Order the Status again changed to Initial Status from Relesed Status and Purchase Requition was also not created.
Please suggest.......What is to be done.
    Regards
    Tanushree

    Hi,
Check your status profile setting for status "REL", in customizing ,may be  Credit related transaction maintained for this status
    Transaction-BS02
    Or
check your ABAper to debug why system resets the status to initial after credit block release
    Thanks

  • Third Party Sales Order not generating a PR when going on Credit Block

    Hello Generous People,
We are having a problem with creating 3rd Party Sales Orders and generating a PR when the customer goes on a credit block and the is subsequently released from there credit block. The system enters a loop of creating a PR and then deleting it once the sales order saved and then place the sales order back on credit block. The Credit Management system has been setup to cause a block for certain fields.
We have looked at the OSS Notes that are recommended by SAP, for example 100861, 396791, etc. However we are implementing SAP ECC 6.0 with all the latest updates. I was looking at OVB5 and VOFM, but I have had no luck with these as well.
Thank you in advance for your help or advice.

    Hi Jurijs,
Have you checked LVKMPFZ1, LVKMPFZ2 & LVKMPFZ3 to find out if there is any code for credit checks and blocks in these user exits.  Also please check FORM USEREXIT_AVAIL_CHECK_CREDIT under include MV45AFZF to find out if there is any code which is entered to not allow the availability check for blocked sales orders and therefore stopping the transfer of requirements inthe form of PR generation.
Don't worry about going into ECC 6.0. Once you will start the upgrade process on ECC 6.0, you will come to know a set of transaction codes which you can run into the system to find out the non standard ABAP code changes which exists in your SAP landscape.

  • Regarding work flow for credit block release in sales order

    Dear Experts,
Kindly help me with work flow-
my scenario is if customers credit limit of 5000$ exceeds in sales order it should be blocked and notification should go to authorize person through simple mail to release this block.
for this i have done settings in out control i have used output type krml and determined partner as employee responsible to release block in customer master but mail is not triggered to authorized person for credit block and how i can create work flow for this so that authorized person should get notify for credit block as well he releases block also.
    Regards
    Supriya

    Dear supriyaparimal,
Please find the below points to fix your issue.
    1. Configure the out put determination by using the condition type KRML.(Hope oyu have done it already).
2.Maintain the condition records in VV11 for condition type "KRML"
3.Then select the condition record and click the communication tab .
    4. If you want to give any information you can use "Note for recipient".
    5. If the information has to be sent to relevant person you recipient name in the recipient column.
    Save the documnet.
If you raise the sales order and if it is blocked then system automatically send the information to respective person.
You can get this in formation in ""SBWP" transaction code.
Check the in box, the information what you have mentioned in the condition records will be appeared.
Please let me know if you have any clarifications

  • BOP results for credit blocked customer orders

    Hello all,
We are facing an issue with BOP. We use the backorder processing in order to confirm the customer orders quantity. When the customer order has a credit block status, the quantity is apparently confirmed in result work list (immediately comes after BOP run) and using transaction /SAPAPO/BOP_RESULT, but in table /SAPAPO/BOPRESLT the fields CNFQTY and NEWCNFQTY are empty.
Is it possible to change this behavior?
    Thaks in advance.

    Hello All,
My issue was solved using the suggestion below posted on the thread - Sales Order Credit Status Block with Schedule Line ATP Confirmed Quantity .
We modified this SD configuration and the quantity has to be confirmed to sales orders with credit block using BOP processing.
    Thanks to all.
    Bests regards.

    [Sales Order Credit Status Block with Schedule Line ATP Confirmed Quantity;
    Hi ,
Please go to Transfer of requirements-->maintain requirements for transfer of requirements and remove the 101 Routine number so that when credit block on order still the quantity is confirmed to sales order. Because of this Routine it is removing the reservation while in credit block.
I have tested it and it is working. I have similar scenario and it is working fine.

  • How PIR's are consumed by the customer requirements even though the sales orders are blocked?

    Dear experts,
I am using strategy 40 for material A with Backward/Forward consumption of 60 days backward and 60 days forward.
My PIR is as follows :-
    Material Month #1 Month #2 Month #3 Month #4 Month #5 ....
    material A 100 100 100 100 100 ....
I created a Sales Order for material A with the quantity of 600 in Day 4 of Month #1.
After MRP run, planned order conversion and production order has been completed.
Month #1, Month #2 and Month #3 PIR's are consumed even though we made the setting in Such a way that the sales orders should just display but not planned  . and the sales orders are into the blocked requirements list in the result of /n/afs/MD02.
1)but why it is consuming the PIRS?
2)is there any affect of backward and forward consumption on this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Bhargavi Desai

    Hi,
Normally it is recommended that, not to delete PIR's one by one or remove quantity from previous periods/ requirement manually. If the PIR's of previous month is not consumed it is normally a feedback to sales people to do a analysis at their end.
In PP point of view, normally a re-organization run is carried out by MD74, MD75 or MD76. The same can be done by  scheduling batch job to run on month ends basis w.r.t. period you specify.

  • Table for credit block

    Hi All,
I wanted to know which table or tables tell me about which orders are in credit block. I wanted to put this logic in my report table.
My purpose is just wanted to know which sales order are in credit block
    cheers
    shalsa007.........

    Hi,
SAP have already reports available for such a purpose. Sales documents can be checked according to their status in VKM1 and VKM4.
If you want to create your own report you can use status table VBUK. I have included a list of all the relevant fields below:
CMPSA Status of static credit limit check
CMPSB Status of dynamic credit limit check in the credit horizon
CMPSC Status of credit check against maximum document value
CMPSD Status of credit check against terms of payment
CMPSE Status of credit check against customer review date
CMPSF Status of credit check against open items due
CMPSG Status of credit check against oldest open items
CMPSH Status of credit check against highest dunning level
CMPSI Status of credit check against financial document
CMPSJ Status of credit check against export credit insurance
CMPSK Status of credit check against payment card authorization
CMPSL Status of credit check of reserves 4
CMPS0 Status of credit check for customer reserve 1
CMPS1 Status of credit check for customer reserve 2
CMPS2 Status of credit check for customer reserve 3
CMGST Overall status of credit checks
    I hope this helps.

  • Block Confirm QTY and PGI for Credit block

How / where to block the following for credit blocked documents
1.Confirmed qty should be 0 for credit block sales order
    2. PGI should not happen for credit block delivery

    Hi
What the 'Conf.Block' in OVZ7 does is this:
    Confirmation block
Indicates whether the system, in addition to blocking delivery, also blocks the confirmation of order quantities after an availability check during sales order processing.
    Example
You may want to block confirmation of sales orders where the creditworthiness of the customer is in question. In this case, you set the confirmation block for the delivery block that relates to credit problems. During sales order entry, when you enter a delivery block because of credit problems, the system, after you save the order, does not confirm any quantities for delivery. In this way, the goods remain available for other customers.
    Note
If, before you save a sales order, you look at the schedule line overview, you can see what the system would confirm, if the block were not set. However, as soon as you save the sales order, the confirmed quantities are automatically reset to zero.
So, eventhough the confirmed qty remains in the sales order, the qty will be used to confirm other sales orders. And you cannot do PGI.
You might have to try some ABAP routines to overwrite this standard sap functionality of not reserving the confirmed qty in the sales order during credit check.

  • Where is Open Sales Order Value coming in Credit Master sheet?

We have a customer whose credit exposure is below credit limit. I'm in Customer Credit Management overview screen and I ran Credit Master sheet report (for this CMR) under Environment -> Reporting -> Credit Master Sheet.
I see value in Receivables and Open Sales Order Value which sums up to Credit Exposure Value. I'm wondering which sales orders are considered to calculate open sales order value?
I ran different order reports like VA05 and some custom reports available, but I could not find a direct report that matches the open sales order value.
I manually compared Open Sales orders based on Horizon date, the value that I'm arriving is kind of close of Open Sales Order Value in Credit master sheet report.
Update rule used is 000012 in automatic credit control screen.
Please let me know if there is an easiest way to find data behind Open Sales Order Value in Credit master sheet report.
    Appreciate any help!

. I'm wondering which sales orders are considered to calculate open sales order value?
Those customer orders which are relevant for credit limit. Please let me know if you are talking about something different?
I ran different order reports like VA05 and some custom reports available, but I could not find a direct report that matches the open sales order value
.You can not compare the VA05 open sales order report with FD32 open sales order report.
You can find out the open order values of Credit manangement(FD32) in S066 table.
Please let me know if there is an easiest way to find data behind Open Sales Order Value in Credit master sheet report.
For open sales order you can find out  in S066 table and sales values in KNKK table

  • Sales Order released even though Credit limit exceeded VKM1

    Hi,
I have got a scenario where a Sales order has been released(Delivery,Invoicing has taken place) even though the credit limit of the Customer has exceeded.
    Steps:
The user check the order from VKM1 (push button check and save), but he didn´t release it, then checking the order changes we found that it was released by his user number.
The order at the begining was blocked but after running just the check it was released automaticly.
Checking from OVAK the document type has Automatic credit control.
On OVA8 the static check is activaded and also the open orders and open deliveries
What could be the reasons as to release of Sales order even after exceeding Credit limit????
    Thanks

    Hi Randall,
From your description it is clear that the sales order was released by the user unknowingly, so when ever you release sales order all the sudsequent documents (deliveries&billing) would be relesased. There is no fault with the process, the user would be hidding some facts, so there is no way out. If you want to block the order again, you make some changes at the delivery level or sale order level and save it, the sale order will be blocked again. Next time see that the release strategy should be restricted for the limited users only. This can be done by BASIS consultant.
