Sales order deletion

Please send me the steps to delete a sales order. thanks in advance.
my id is [email protected]

Hi Friend,
I am giving you the steps here only, just go throu it.
You can no doubt delete the sales order using transaction VA02, but there should not be any subsequent document is created against it. Please let me know the error message you are still getting unable to delete so.
Deletion /cancellation can only happen even if the subsequent documents are NOT created. As sudhir might have rightly said Sales Order with subsequent documents cannot be deleted. After cancelling the invoice and deleting the delivery document, we can set the reason for rejection at the Sales Order Header Level.
Steps:
1. Cancel the invoice through T code VF11
2. Reverse the Goods Issue using VL09, turn the pick quantity ‘zero’ in the delivery document
3. Delete the delivery document using VL02n.
4. Finally set the reason for rejection at the Sales Order Header Level. (So Bala, just check the SO you want to delete ever had any subsequent document? )
Note: An Invoice cannot be deleted but canceled. It can only be canceled with (VF11) only if the relevant accounting document is not generated. Generation of accounting document means the value is posted into accounts and G/L accounts are hit.
SAP FI department needs to reverse the accounting doc on a real-time scenario. Only after the accounting doc is reversed invoice can be canceled. Tax documents generated through the Invoice (Tax is maintained on a separate account) also need to be reversed but this is a part of FI so an SD consultant just needs to request the FICO guy to do the reversal.

  • Monitor sales order deletion in MV45AFZZ

    Hi all,
I've added code to userexit sales_doucment_save in MV45AFZZ. However, I have to check it in case of sales order deletion.
Does anyone knows how to find that the sales order is to be deleted ?  In the exit itself I couldn't find any field to check that it's actualy deletion and not change.
    Thanks in advance,
    Shai E.

    You should use..
    exit..
    USEREXIT_DELETE_DOCUMENT
What are actually trying to achieve. Can you give more info..

  • Output Type on Sales Order delete

Is it possible to activate Output Type, sending iDoc, on Sales Order deletion?
On Sales Order create, change it works well, but not on delete.

    hi,
    this is Possible.
but it is not possible through Message Control ..
you need to write custom program..
that program read deletion data from CDHDR and CDPOS table and append data to idoc and post.

  • Sales Orders deletions

    Dear All,
My problem is that in live system some users deleted sales orders. Can any one tell me where to find these sales orders deleted will stored. In which data base tables these deleted sales orders will be saved. In our system there is no archive tables available. So is there any history tables for sales order where i can see the deleted sales orders. Awaiting for a reply.
    regards,
    Rakesh

    Hi,
You can get those details from CDHDR and CDPOS tables.
    Table CDPOS  :
    OBJECTCLAS = VERKBELEG
    CHNGIND = 'D' .

  • Sale order deleted item - Table

    Dear Friends,
I would like to know if in a Sale order I have 4 items out of which am deleting 1 line item form the list and 1 line item stock is getting changed.
in the document changes i cannot see the material code which is getting deleted.
Is there any table where i can see the deleted material code or the quantity changed material code.
CDPOS or CDHDR does not give full information.
throw some light as i need to prepare a report.
    Thanks,
    Satish

I seriously doubt such information is available anywhere in SAP. In the change documents (the above mentioned FM just reads the above mentioned tables) you'll find only that line # so-and-so was deleted, when and by whom. There won't be any details and, in fact, this kind of makes sense.
If it is important to track the items that, say, were cancelled by the customer, use Rejection Reason instead of deleting the line. You can prevent the lines from being deleted through a user exit, however, it would be better to address this via business process and user training.

  • While saving sales order, deleted item resulting in error

    Dear All
I am facing an issue while changing Sales Orders.
I have set a check in a user exit that if batch is empty, display an error message. I add try to add a new line item which doesnt have batch. When i try to save, i get a message which is fine.
But when I delete this line item and try to save again, I am still getting message. I am not sure how this is happening.
    Kindly advice.
    Regards
    Dinesh

There's a field EKPO-LOEKZ (Deletion Indicator in Purchasing Document) for PO, but there's no such field for an SO as per my knowledge. So the only option left to you is to debug the your user-exit while saving the SO and check why its still triggering the error message. May be you can add another condition stating that the line item should have atleast material number filled, in that case if the material number is there and batch is missing, it will show an error msg.

    Raman.

  • Change in Sales order deleted all process production order

    Dear All,
We have Make to order scenario for our export sales. When we have receive order we make production with reference of sales order with help of t-code MD50 then convert plan order into production order.
IF sales department do changes in sales order it'll delete all processing production orders So, we have to do revoke all production orders manually.
2 query is that, Is there any way to run MRP (Make-to-order) on all line items of sales order ?
    Please provide solution.
    Thanks,
    Farrukh khan

    Dear Farrukh,
There is not tcode to run sales order for all line items, but if you run MD02 it will plan all sales order & line items also. You can run MD02.

  • How to setup security to view deleted sales order deletion information

User is going into VA03. entering a sales order number but instead of hitting enter, is going it to the top menu, selecting Environment and then changes.  When the screen appears, they are selecting time of change and getting not authorized.
When I look at SU53 for them I see
      Authorization check failed
Object Class SD   Sales and Distribution
Authorization Obj. V_VBAK_VKO Sales Document: Authorization for Sales Areas
           Authorization Field ACTVT Activity
                                                                                                       03
           Authorization Field SPART Division
           Authorization Field VKORG Sales Organization
           Authorization Field VTWEG Distribution Channel
How would I set the display role for this transaction up to allow me to put in blanks for the division, Sales Org, and Distribution Channel since that is what comes back for this sales order after it has been deleted.
Is there a different transaction that they should be using to see this info?
Obviously SAP_ALL will give me the info, but I do not want the user to have that authority.

    Hi John,
Did you run a trace(ST01) and check the missing authorization. Are you getting the same missing authorization in trace.
Also the Sales Order, for which the user is trying to check the Change document is it a valid one? I mean does it belong to any Sales org/division/..?
    Cheers,
    Laxman

  • Sales Order deleted but Demand still appear on MD04

Dear Master , anyone know for a  Sales Order been deleted but the Demand still appear on MD04, I even tried as below but still no solution
    -  ran report SDRQCR21 in SE38 that cleared up the demand.
    - Try rerunning MRP with planning mode 3
    - Mark delivery complete for the order.and make rejection in the sales order by entering the reason.
    Thank you.

    1) Please check any Open delivery is exist for the order, if yes delete the Delivery
    2) Close the order by order rejection
    3) run SDRQCR21 in SE38 with data transfer , planning file entry and  processing per material tick
    4) This will remove the planning file entry and demand and run MRP
    5) If problem still exist , then raise a Question  to SAP with the help of Basis

  • Sales order deleted

    Hi,
we have went live two days before and since yesterday we had an issue that Some one deleted the sales order created in production client via VA01.
Please is there any ways to find out through table or report in sap where the LOG for the same is maintained that who deleted the sales order and when?
i will really appreciate i you can help us in this regard
    Thank you

    Hello,
It may not be possible to find the deleted order from the system. If you know the order number you can have a try with tables CDPOS and CDHDR, but I doubt this will be helpful.

  • Sales order delete and rejecting the line items

    Hi,
1 )What is the difference between deleting a sales order and rejecting all the line items of a sales order.
    2) Are there any pre-conditions for deleting a sales order.
    3) why there is a need to reject line items of a sales order
    regards

What is the difference between deleting a sales order and rejecting
If you delete a sale order, you cannot retrieve it or view it.  On the other hand, if you reject any sale order, at any point of time, you can retrieve that sale order and analyse as to why it has been rejected.
Are there any pre-conditions for deleting a sales order.
Certainly not.  Its all depends on the discretion of the user.  Of course, you cannot delete a sale order if any subsequent document exists.
why there is a need to reject line items of a sales order
Customer has placed an order and at a later date, due to some reason, they have asked the client not to proceed with production against that sale order.  Now if the Management decides to track such of those sale orders, you can assign reason for rejection and have it in system for record purpose.
    thanks

  • Customer stock  reset -- sales order deleted.

    Hi Gurus,
customer stock tied to the sales order is updated. But now the sales order is deleted. Now, How to remove the material form customer stock.
    Thanks in advance
    ram

I think you need to have a sales order, remove the stock first then delete the sales order.  Try creating a sales order with the same customer first, then remove stock (same way as you brought in or adjust out) then delete sales order.

    Hi Suraj,
    Thanks for your response!
But problem is that user is not going to delete sales order: he wants to delete one line item in "Change Make to Order" screen (Transaction code VA02).
He is not able to delete one line item in sales order.
Please tell me why he is not able to delete that item.
for your information:I found some operations are not yet confirmed/closed in that corresponding production order. And also he is not able to close that production order.
Is there any link between these to sales order changing?
    waiting for your valuable comments.
    Thanks,
