Same work center  being used  in different routings

Hi
I have requirement  like this:
Workcenter  WC1  works in two shifts  Shist A  & B.
It is being used in two routings for different products  X & Y.
Product X will be prodiced in shift A.
Product Y will be produced in Shift B.
How to schedule it  for different shifts for different products.

since workcentre is not working on the material based.
but the routing worked on the material based
give the shifting timing and the break timing in the work center alone
you have to select the matrl product x in the routing and the sequence of operation for the product is mentioned that the product that be there for the working in the
shift A .
product Y is to be sequenced to work at that w.c at shift B

  • Same order start date for 4 FG in same work center

    Hi All,
          I have four different Finished goods all have same lead time and same requirement date in same work center, I didn't have capacity planning so all FG have same start date in same work center after MRP run, how it is practically possible on the shopfloor.
    Is there any solution available.

    The fact of running MRP (with or without Lead time scheduling) has nothing to do with the leveling of capacity. Lets consider both cases :
    Indicator "1" :
    - No capacity load is determined
    - Basic Dates from material master calculated to cover the requirements.
    Indicator "2" :
    - Capacity Loads are calculated.
    - Dates coming from recipes or routings calculated to fulfill the material requirements.
    - Overload displayed in CM01
    What you need is to run Capacity Leveling (CM25, CM29 ), dispatching the orders to the work center in a feasible date. But this step is never included in MRP run.

  • Could not found any usage key in the work center WC001(Use T-CODE CR02)?

    my question:
    (1) I have created one Work Center WC001 and one Plant HJW1.
    (2) I have created one Routing with T-CODE CA01.
    (3) Then I use T-CODE CA02 to change this Routing.
    (4) When I enter the Head details screen,I click the Operations button to enter the Operations Overview screen.
    (5) In the Operations Overview screen list,I input the Work Center WC001 and the Plant HJW1 at the first line and press enter.Then the sap raise error message like below.
    (6) The question was: I could not found any usage key in the work center WC001(Use T-CODE CR02)! Could any one tell me the answer or give me some advice to resolve the problem?Thank you so much.

    You want to allocate the work center WC001 to a task list of the type N . However this work center is not intended to be used in a task list of the type N.
    Procedure
    The usage of a work center in task lists is restricted via the usage key. You define this key in work center customizing and allocate to it those task list types in which a work center with this usage key can be used.
    Proceed as follows:
    Check the usage key for the work center WC001 in work center maintenance.
    If necessary change the usage key in the work center or change the allocation of task list types to the usage key in customizing or
    allocate to the task list a work center which is valid for use in a task list of the type N.

    Hi
    1) Check what task list usage key you entered for the work center in the basic data . If it is 009 then the work center can be used in all task list type.
    2) If you have defined and used any other usage key , ensure that  for this key , the routing type N is allowed in OP45.

    Thank you Gramps.  It took some time, but I've got it working now.  I had to re-do all the user authentication actions from scratch for one of the databases, but it's finally behaving itself now.  I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.

    We cannot use Mathematical Functions in formulas.

  • Cookie being used in different applications which are on different database

    Hi,
    I have two htmldb applications. One app (App1) is on database DB1, and the second one (App2) is on database DB2. App1 will create a cookie, and App1 will use URL to redirect to App2. App2 will use the cookie which App1 created.
    The problem is in App2, I used owa_cookie to get the cookie but, it is not there.
    I know different htmldb applications in the same workspace (in the same database) can share the cookie. Can the htmldb applications in the different databases share the same cookie?

    In App1, I have set a cookie as following:

    I have two command links and as per navigation-rules, both of them go to the same page "Common.jsp" which has a <jsp:include> to include another file which is gets from session.
    Each command link specifies its own JSP page to be included (in common.jsp) and adds them to the sesion.
    After selecting one command link the desired page is showing up fine...
    However if I come back and select the second command_link, it shows the same page again.
    It does not even go to the action_listener of the second command_link.
    Is there any way to force it go to the actionlistener of the command_link where I can specify a different page in the session... ?

    What do you mean by "specify a different page in the session"? An <h:command_link> always goes back to the page it was originally rendered from, and expects the action invoked by the command to determine where to go next. If you really want to go to different pages, you should either make the action method return different results (i.e. trigger different navigation rules) or consider using <h:output_link> instead, where you can define the destination URL yourself.

  • HT204053 I have 5 apple devices (3 iPads and 1 iPhone 3 and 1 iPhone 4s). They are all registered to the same Apple ID but used by different people in my family. If one of us gets a new ID, does that mean we can't access purchases already made?

    Help appreciated.... Bascially 2 of the devices (an IPad and the iPhone 3) are used by me and the others by my wife, son and daughter. They all sync to the same iTunes library so I am thinking that if the other 3 get their own apple IDs, they will not be able to access the existing library.
    Please note that though a fan of apple stuff, I am utterely useless at using them so I am sorry if my question is naieve or ill informed!

    You can all have independent AppleIDs for iCloud or iMessage etc, but share the same one for iTunes Store / AppStore purchases.

    1. In RSZRANGE table, enter info-object name on which hier is build and node (Hier Name) in LOW fields.
    2. Copy field ELTUID in TELTUID field of table RSZELTXREF.
    3. Copy SELTUID from table RSZELTXREF to ELTUID column of table RSZELTPRIO.
    4. Add COMPUID from that table to RSRREPDIR.
    In this table entries, you will be able to find all the queries which have used hier on that info-object.

    Considering the fact that the mac pro can hold 8TB and a external (non NAS) hard drive can hold only 2TB does time machine only backup the OS disk.

    Time Machine will backup everything by default, on every disk in your Mac.

    While it's true you can store almost 8TB, how much do you think you'll actually store? If you have 1TB of data you want to store then a 2TB drive can do it. Also when your TM drive begins to get full it will begin deleting the oldest backups to make room.

  • Work center deletion -reg

    Hi,
    Can you put deletion flag for a work center ?
    or is the only option is go to CR02 and delete ?
    Once we delete then latter any thing to revert of trace means what to do ?
    is it possible to put deletion flag for a work center and revoke when required again ?

    Hi,
    The question is while deleting the work center , system will not allow to delete unless its taken out from all the routings where ever it is assigned .
    But when i put deletion flag  its not stopping instead its proceeding further and just setting the deletion flag for the work center
    issue is when the work center is in use in routings system should not allow to put deletion flag
    once i put deletion flag system should not allow to use the same work center in any of teh routings
    but system is allowing both
    only at the time of standard cost run we can get an error saying that working center is set deletion flag
    instead when i try to set the deletion flag itself ca system prompt and stop me doing that and when i set it should stop me using the work center set for deletion  in any routings further
    what should be done ?

  • PP work center capacity and link in Equipment master

    Dear All
    My client has five equipments which he is clubing them into one work center with five capacities. In equipment master i have given for respective equipments i have given PP work center locations but when i create a maint order for one equip then in planning the capacity avalability is affecting the entire work center for ex if the total work on one equip is 12 hrs then only 8 hrs of capcity should be deducted for to day and 4 hrs for tommorow but in plannig all 12 hrs are getting deducted in todays capacity itself.
    Pls give some inputs from your experiances

    Hi,
    Even if we have more than One Equipments in the same work center, PP-PM integration will work.
    This is the standard scenario in any Process Industry or in case of an Assembly line of a Automobile manufacturing industry.
    So it should work. Please check the following points again,
    1. Assignment of Work Center to Equipment Master
    2. System Condition - '0' Not in Operation in Both header as well as against Individual Operations (in Work Order for that Equipment)
    3. Work Order has been released.
    4. Same Work Center is used in Routing and the same is Planned for a period.
    If we have all the above points right, then while dispatching the Production Order system should show the Period of block and should shift/plan the PO accordingly.
