hi vivek,
thank you for your help.
but the table name which you provided is seems to be a structure.
which doesn't have any reference to data.
my question is :
1. In FF67 - how will i post loan payments to the corresponding account.
2. which BAPI - is used to post the amount to the respective account
3. table name used to store this.
actually i am developing  a custom report which uses the similar functionality, hence if have this bapi , i can call this bapi for updating the loan amounts.

  • Can SAP be configured to post summary amounts to gl accounts

From the payment program (RFFOUS_T) I would like the payment (EFT's in this case) to post to the bank gl account as the summary amount of the payment run.  The offset to the vendor subledger's would still be individual to clear the affected vendors.  The reason for this is because our bank sends us a summary amount in the BAI2 file to clear the SAP bank gl via Electronic Bank Statement.  At this time we have to manually clear these items.  (many to one relationship)  Each EFT (per vendor) is posted separately to the SAP bank gl account but the amount coming back from the bank is a summary of the whole payment run (a single debit).  I've been looking at the configuration of document types or payment methods but no luck.  Anybody have any ideas, Please?

    Hello,
Instead of looking at how to post summary amounts. Kindly look and analyse how to do automatic clearing of bank accounts. In bank accounting you can configure the system such that there is automatic clearing at the time of upload of Bank statement. This functionality would enable you to go ahead and do the clearing automatically.
For more details you can refer to SAP Help - Bank accounting. In case you have further clarifications on the process mapping you can post, so that we both can learn and further understand your requirement here. Precisely, thats what we are hear for right

  • How sap bw related sap banking

    Dear AM,
When i create a query on an info cube,,and when its executed..it instantaneously generates a sequence of SELECT statements which fetch data from the Data Targets..Also for each navigation step in ur query...it generates another set of SELECT statements which fetches the required information..
So the backend retrieval is Generation of SELECT Statements for fetching the infoemation..
The Basic purpose of Cube is
    1. It doesnt over write records.
    2. It store Aggregated Data or Consolidated Data.(Key Figures are set Summaton, Maximum, and Minimun..)
    3. It is a Multi Dimensional Data Model.
    Hope this helps u...

  • Need to know ,how SAP is Posting wrong Enrtry at the Table level for Same .

    Hello SAP Experts ,
    Good Morning Gems!!!
I have a Typical Issue here , SAP Is Posting In wrong tables
.  Production  is currently processed everything that it should process.  This works as designed.
PO = 7800507594 (From Plant  5400 to Plant  5409 - only NL, no intercompany)
Dlvry  = 81243277 (Has PGI but no Invoice, as it is the same company code!!!
The issue is that for some reason, SAP has put an entry into table VKDFS by mistake.  This table is used by SAP to determine the list in VF04.  This is why VF04 thinks it should create an invoice, but it should not.  so we are getting  error message that the Invoice cannot be created , which is valid, and a good thing.
Do we have  OSS for 2 things:
                1) A note that mentions why it is determining the wrong CoCode or Sales Area which leads to the entry into this table
This is to stop it from adding entries incorrectly.
                2) A note that mentions how to fix the existing entries in this table that should not be there?

    Dear Friend,
I guess you item category in Delivery Document would be NLN.
Go to VOV7 & under Business Data there is a  check box for Billing Relevance. This box should be blank. I mean if there is any entry in this box (either A or J) then remove it & make it blank.
    Hope this helps...

    Hi,
Iam not sure but check whether this BAPI is useful :
    BAPI_LOAN_CONTRACT_CREATE.
Or try searching in SE37 with key words like bapi* loan*
    or bapi* bank*
    Hope this will help.

  • Query on SAP Bank Analyzer

    Hi,
We are presently working on the SAP Banking suite , mainly on SAP Loans Management and SAP Collateral Management. We would now like to look into SAP Bank Analyzer. Can SAP Bank Analyzer be accessed in SAP ECC 6.0 ? If not, request you to clarify if this can be provided as an add-on or is it available in a different platform and if additional licences are required.
Moreover is there any training program and material on Bank Analyzer provided by SAP?
    Shall appreciate a quick response.
    Regards
    Subhobrata

    Hi Subhobrata,
SAP Bank Analyzer has never been part of SAP ECC. It is shipped as part of Banking Services from SAP.
Banking Services is based on a different Netweaver stack (7.1X) than ECC (7.0X). Installation is only possible as separate instance and requires additional licensing.
An overview of trainings for analytical banking is available at: http://www1.sap.com/services/education/catalog/industry/curriculum.epx?context=%5b%5bBANK_ANAL%5d%5d%7c

  • Posting expense amounts to cost center versus Project (WBS)

    Hi,
I am an ABAPer. I have a basic FI doubt. We are using Project system in our company. Now for expenses, the employee enters the data in third party systems. Th third party systems then provide us with the data file which will be posted in SAP.
The business says that if a given expense by an employee, has Project status released, then the amount for that expense should be posted to cost center otherwise the amount for that expense should be posted to the project(WBS).
Now what does business people mean by posting expense amount to cost center or posting expense amount to Project (WBS). Where in FI can I see the option of posting amount to cost center versus posting amount to project ? Is there any transaction we can do that ?
    Regards,
    Rajesh.

    Dear Rajesh,
If there is a corresponding wage type for expenses, you would assign GL Accounts to the corresponding symbolic accounts of HR Payroll. You would run the payroll.
Which means that wage types are assigned to symbolic accounts and symbolic accounts point to GL Accounts.
In HR, expenses are dealt mainly in Travel Management for travel expenses etc.
in SAP Easy Access Menu, Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> Travel Management -> Travel Expenses
F-41 and F-43 are one and same except the fact the F-41 has defaulted with document type KG (Vendor credit memo) and F-43 with KR (Vendor Invoice) which you can change. You should use Document Type KR for Vendor Invoices.
The payments will be released once you run payment program to run due A/P open items.
    Regards,
    Naveen.

  • Dual "Define Account Determination" under SAP Banking ??

    Hi, all
There are two "Define Account Determination" transaction under IMG SAP Banking:
    1) SAP Banking -> Loans Management -> Transaction Management -> Update Types -> Define Account Determination, which is the same as the one under FSCM/Treasury and Risk Management.
    2) SAP Banking -> Loans Management -> Functions -> Accounting -> General Ledger Update -> Define Account Determination
By trial and error, it seems that the later one should be used in Loans Management. Could anyone tell me under which conditions should the former one be used?
    Thanks.

We use product types under both SAP Banking->Loans and FSCM/Treasury and Risk, but I never realized that the Account determination for FSCM was included in the IMG path for SAP Banking->Loans....  When I learned Loans configuration, I was pointed in the direction of the Account determination under Functions, and never noticed it elsewhere.
I poked around the IMG a little and it looks like you would use the Account Determination under Update Types if you set up your Loans for parrallel valuation - that is if you need to maintain multiple valuations for Loans.  It appears the Account Determination under Update Types appears to be needed for the postings to the parrallel valuation areas.
We don't use parrallel valuation for Loans, so that would be another reason I've not needed the Account Determination under Update Types.
From what I'm seeing in the IMG, I would say that if you only need one valuation for Loans, like we do, then you shouldn't need the Account determination under Update Types - just the one under Functions.
    Regards,
    Shannon
