SAP MM-IM & WM stock in one report

Hello Everybody,
We are operating SAP MM & WM in two different server and our client requirement is to see the MM-IM stock & WM stock in one report.Pls let me know how it is possible.

Can you explain with more details?
Both servers are SAP or third part Warehouse?
If it is SAP you can not implement WM without IM.
you have standard report available to compare IM&WM and also you can switch between IM&WM stocks

  • MAP and Total stock in 1 report

    Hi,
    For one of the reporting requirement i need to show Moving average Price & Total stock in single report. MAP is saved in cube 0COPC_C04 and Stock in cube 0IC_C03.
    So i created a multiprovider on them. My report layout is bel;ow
    Material   Plant   Storage location MAP total stock
    Issue is that MAP is stored only at MAterial level and Plant level but not at storage location level.
    and stock is at all level.
    I am getting output like this:
    Material   Plant   Storage location MAP  total stock
    MAT1      PL1    #                          10     -
    MAT1      PL1     ST1                     -       20
    MAT1      PL1     ST1                     -       30
    User wants that MAP is same at different storage locations in a plant so MAP value should be repeated even if its same.
    MAT1   PL1    #        10  -
    MAT1   PL1     ST1   10    20
    MAT1   PL1     ST1   10    30
    How can i achieve the same....

    You could create a characteristic hierarchy with Plant as the parent node of storage location.
    Or create a structure in the query and define a cell restriction to keep the Plant MAP value against the Storage Location cells.

  • One report or three reports?

    Hi guys,
    I have three reports in SAP BW (im using SAP BI 7.0):
    1) Credit Management
    2) Sales
    3) Profit Center
    Each report has it´s own view, data source and infocube.
    So for example the customer number, company code are the same.
    The key figures are the same (like sales or turn over).
    In addition to report 1) the 2) sales report has added characteristics like salesorganisation, the 3) has profit center.
    No I´m wondering if it is possible to make just one report with all characteristics in one query?
    Should I create one DSO with all fields?
    Is it possible to create one DSO which has access to each view and assambles the existing fields in one single DSO?
    Or would it be to much chaos if there are many characteristics?

    In my case I have the following situation for example three cubes and each cube has his own DSO with the same structure.
    My goal is to have only one cube with all characteristics in it so that I don´t have to use the reports.

    Hi Bansidhar,
    It would be helpful if you could tell what type of dump it is.
    If it is a timeout you should check whether l_t_backorder_item is empty - in this case ALL document numbers are selected. f you get the timeout with a populated table consider converting the l_t_backorder_item table into one ore more ranges tables - the select with ranges tables is way quicker than 'for all entries'. But take care the ranges table has not to many entries - the SAP SQL converter puts this into one huge SQL statement and this might become too big to be handled by the database (depends on the actual underlying database).
    I would also consider splitting the SELECT into two (2nd one with 'appending into table') to make the code easier to understand It also helps the database system determining a strategy for the select.

    Hi Krishma,
    You can save this workbook to your PC and email it to your user. They need to open the workbook (with Bex running in Excel). When they click the refresh button they system will prompt them to log on (if they are already not logged in) and then the queries will be executed.

  • Stock in warehouse report - value not displayed.

    In the "Stock in warehouse report" I selected this option: Price source = Last purchase price.
    In the report, for an item, the value in the field "Item Price" is not displayed.
    This item has a good receipt (with value) in this year.
    Why the value is not displayed?

    1.  Did that receipt get paid for with an AP Invoice (when last purchase price is updated)?
    and
    2.  Did you run an Inventory Audit Report before running the Inventory in Warehouse Report?
    To see this maybe you can go into SAP OEC DEMO and create a new item, then create a PO - run the two reports, copy to Goods Receipt PO - run the two reports, and then copy to AP Invoice - run the two reports.  You will see the difference.
    Accounting point - an item is not really valued until the AP Invoice is processed.  Only then do you know what the actual purchase cost is for a product.

  • Stock in Warehouse Report - Printing Warehouse Name

    Hi all,
    My client is printing the Stock in Warehouse Report and wants to pull in the warehouse name in the report.
    They are only ever generating this report for 1 warehouse.
    When I look at the standard template I cannot see how even the waerehouse code is pulled in to the report.
    The only fields I see are text fields.
    I have tried adding a database field related to or linked to another field but I cant seem to get it to work.
    Any advice greatly appreciated.

    I believe you are talking about Inventory in Warehouse Report
    Try the following:
    Add a Formula field and check
    Field_045 == "Whse:"
    Add a database field as you seem to have done and select the Warehouse Name from the OWHS table and set the
    Link to: on the above formula field and
    Relate to on Field_046  ...................................this field is the Item Description field where the Warehouse Code is displayed
    Check this out.
    OR
    If it only one warehouse Add a text field and hardcode the Warehouse Name

    Try and use FM 'BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY'. I have used this FM in the past for Stock on Hand reports. Only drawback is that it only runs for one material / plant at a time!

  • Exporting to multiple PDF's from one report

    I have a requirement to create multiple PDF's from one report.
    My thought is that I can I can create a foreach loop that cycles through one of my groups.  I would then like to have each file have the name of that group. 
    If anyone could help me on how to code this in C# that would be great.  I need to know where I should be putting this code (program.cs or crystalreport.cs) and how I run it.  I am assuming I don't need the viewer for this function, since this is all on my end and no users need to have access to it. 
    My other requirement is to have each of these reports be put into their own folders at C:\.  Thanks for the help in advance!

    OK. Yup, you should be able to do this. When I was reading the initial post it looked like you might have ben wanting to export only a certain section of a report (which is a no go).
    Anyhow, first thing you want to do is apply Service pack 3:

    Next, you want to look at a few sample apps and go over some docs. What you want to achieve can be done by using parameters or selection formulas.

    I am Making report, In my report on first screen i have given two pushbutton, like this :

    now i want when user click on any one pushbutton it shows another selection screen, whose select options are:

    SELECT-OPTIONS: so_erdat FOR lf_date,
                    so_vbeln FOR lf_vbeln MATCHCODE OBJECT zvbeln..
    SELECTION-SCREEN END OF  BLOCK b1.
    Please guide me can i use two selection screen in one report?, If yes then how can I use? Please revert back me as soon as possible.........

    Version of BO, not matters.
    Per my understanding, You have:
    1 Universe and 10 Queries. Based these you have 2 Reports.
    Report1: Data is populating from 5 Queries.
    Report2: Data is populationg from another 5 queries.
    -->> Do you have any Filters at query for Report2 queries??
    --->> Check @ report, do you have Report level filters, you can se them by clicking on Report Filter icon (Left-most icon in formula toolbar) and see there anty filtering is there??
    Still if you are getting any data, check the same at backend level(Datasource level - RDBMS/SAP). If you can see data at backend, try to create new Report(Report2) based on the req. Here you should get data.
    What is the Datasource??
