SAP script include footer
HI!
Is it possible to include a footer in SAP script (NOT smart form!) and if it is, how?
I need this because all forms must have the same footer, and when something changes in the company, you have to change all forms. In this case i would change only include.
Best regards,
Egi
Hi EGi,
You use the same standard text in all forms.
So whenver there is a change you just change in the standard text and since the same is used in all forms it will reflect in all forms.
So only once you have to change no need to change all forms.

Guru

SAP Script: Include text in MAIN window prints outside MAIN window margins
Hi,
We're facing a peculiar issue. We call a text element in the MAIN window of an SAP Script form using FM WRITE_FORM.
The element has 2 includes.
The problem is that when the content of any of the 2 includes is large enough, the include text prints overflows outside the MAIN window margins on the first page and into the area of the footer window of the same page. It does not automatically flow to the next page MAIN window.
We have checked that the MAIN window and FOOTER window margins do not overlap. Infact they are quite far from each other.
We have tried stuff like using a forced PROTECT, change the para format etc, but nothing solves the problem.
Does anyone have any idea? You do not need to use the subroutine READ_ORDER_TEXT to get another text name because you already have it: TMP_TXNAM2 .
Pass this value back to your SAPscript, and it is okay.
Or you can even check the text object is empty or not, if no text is found, print 2 empty lines:
still use your subroutine to read the text, if no line is found, set TMP_TXNAM2 to empty, otherwise, no change,
In SAPscript, check the value is empty or not, then print 2 empty line or the text object... -
How to create a box in sap script n footer
Hi,
I am working on a Sap Script in which i have to display a box having the decision of crt profile and i don't know how to display it. It is clear that it is to be displayed in the footer of it and the code for that decision is coming from the program.
plzz provide me guidelines as how to solve this problem. To draw a box, try this syntax.
/: BOX [XPOS] [YPOS] [WIDTH] [HEIGHT] [FRAME] [INTENSITY]
/: POSITION [XORIGIN] [YORIGIN] [WINDOW] [PAGE]
/: SIZE [WIDTH] [HEIGHT] [WINDOW] [PAGE]
example:
/: BOX FRAME 10 TW XPOS '11.21' MM YPOS '14.18' MM INTENSITY 100.
/: POSITION XORIGIN '11.21' MM YORIGIN '5.13' MM.
/: SIZE HEIGHT '120' MM WIDTH '90' MM.

Text display issue in SAP script
Hi All,
I have developed a sap script (Invoice) which is having a Footer window.
The footer window should display page number and some text (address of company). The address data is stored in an internal table and the same will be made to display in sap script.
Now my problem is the address data is displaying correctly in the second page. But no data is getting displayed in the first page. If the Invoice is of single page, the address data in Footer window is getting printed properly.
The problem occurs only, when the invoice is of multiple pages....
What might be the problem in this regard...??????
Please help me, as this bug need to be fixed as early as possible....
Regards
PavanThe size of MAIN and FOOTER window are not getting truncated. Both window have designed properly.
In the first page, the footer window will display Page No data and the address data will be invisible. In debig mode, i can see the value of address will be passed to text symbols of sap script.
There are no conditions set in the sap script for Footer window.
one more observation is that after execution (at print preview screen), if i go back and again click for print preview, the address data is getting printed in the first page...!!!

Ex : in YB_F140_ACC_STAT this script i want to keep my company address, i want to hard coad , i dont want to use any field from table.
Please give me step by step.

SridharHi,
You can make use of standard text...
create a standard text in SO10 with your company address
and in the footer window of your script.. use include text and provide the name of the standard text you created in SO10.
In the text editor... goto insert > text> standard
You get popup give the name of the text name id and language

How to put footer in the Delivery note sap script form.
Hi All,
i am new to SAP SCRIPT , can any one guide us how to Create a footer in the Delivery note sap script.
I need to put some message if the stock of the material is "0"(zero).
can anyone tell me the process to do this.
Thanks
Channappa SajjanarHi,
U create a window in script (Footer), and in the Driver program call this window at last..
eg:
create a window in script and call it at the end in the layout..
/E FOOTER
P1 'Write Required text what u want to display;.
now in print program, after printing all the line items in ur internal table call the FM write_form to print the footer...
LOOP AT itab.
call function 'WRITE_FORM'
exporting
window = 'MAIN'
exceptions
others = 1.
endloop.
now call, FM write_form to print the footer
IF stock EQ 0.
call function 'WRITE_FORM'
exporting
window = 'FOOTER'
element = 'FOOTER'
exceptions
others = 1.
endif.
Hope it helps!!

Why do we use include in sap script text element
Hi SDNers,
Why do we use include statement or what does that stands for in an text element of a sap script.
Details with examples and explanation please
Thanks & Regards,
Ranjith NHi Ranjith,
Please go through this.
&VBDPL-ARKTX&
/: INCLUDE &VBDPL-TDNAME& OBJECT VBBP ID 0001
If your include contains
= arflebarflegloop
and vbdpl-arktx contains 'myarticletext'.
Then the output document will contain a line:
myarticletext arflebarflegloop
If the include contains
arfelbarflegloop
then the output document will contain the lines:
myarticletext
arflebarflegloop
(Subject to whatever the prevailing paragraph format is - * means use current format).
Think about what would happen if instead of having an include, you hardcoded the text of the include in your sapscript.
I found this at http://www.sapfans.com/sapfans/forum/devel/messages/31158.html

AroraHi ,
If you want to upload a logo , then u can use program RSTXLDMC if it is in .TIFF format or if you want to upload a grphic which is in .bmp then u can use SE78 or directly u can use SO10 also.
SAPScript Transaction codes
SE71 - Form painter
SE72 - Style maintenance
SE78 - SapScript Graphics Management
SO10 - Create standard text module
Reading Text in SAPScripts
If you only need to output the text, you don't need to used READ_TEXT like in an ABAP program,
just use the INCLUDE command in SAPScript.
It will read the text and output it to your form.
The Syntax is like this:
/: INCLUDE &T166K-TXNAM& OBJECT &T166K-TDOBJECT& ID &T166K-TDID& LANGUAGE &EKKO-SPRAS&

Error when including SAP Scripting Control
Hello,
I was using SAP Scripting Control in VB with SAPGUI 620 without any problems. I upgraded my SAPGUI to 640 (patch level 8). Now, I am not able to include the SAP Scripting Control (sapfewse.ocx) in Visual Basic. Whenever I try to include it, I get an error "Circular dependencies between modules". Am I doing something wrong?
I also installed the patch level 20 but I still get the same error.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks.Hi Vishal,
please upgrade to the latest 640 patch. The problem was fixed, I think patch 11 should work fine.

Printing LAST page in SAP script on the back side.
Hi ,
I have a problem with the printing of the LAST page on the reverse side of the form, when done with a vendor.
At a time we print many vendors together.
So, when done with printing of a vendor it needs to print his address on last page, reverse side(address)
Next will be followed by another vendor details.
I cannot give 'D' for the first page because it would fail if the form flows more than 2 pages.
is there any way of triggering the LAST page in SAP Script when it done with printing of one vendor.
any help would be highly appreciated.
regards.Hi ,
In Script PO i have to print 'Terms and Conditions' text only on the back side of last page of the PO.
Presently script contains THREE pages ( FIRST, NEXT, TERMS).
FIRST with attributes :
next page as NEXT , Print mode T.
NEXT with attributes :
next page as NEXT and print mode T
TERMS with attributes :
next page as ' '.
I Created 'TERMS AND CONDITION' window. For TERMS page i selected 'TERMS AND CONDITION' window only.
So page window of 'TERMS' is 'TERMS AND CONDITION' and i included standard text in 'TERMS AND CONDITION' window.
If PO contains 9 pages( that means MAIN WINDOW data flows up to 9th page with footer also ).
So i have to print standard text(Terms and conditions) back side of 9th page only not on all pages.
So total PO contians 9 pages with 10 prints.
Please help to solve the issue
Thanks and Regards

Invoice SAP SCRIPT is not printing Customer master text.
I was given a SD-invoice# XXXXXXXXX, which has problem with in it's SAP SCRIPT --> is the text is taken from "customer master data head office text" is not printed on the SCRIPT out put.
1). What I don't understand by going to /nvf03 --> by giving invoice number , then how can I view the script output ?
The text is supposed to print in footer ...however the coding inthe FOOTER window is
/: INCLUDE 'Z_FOOTER_SO_4700_INV' OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS LANGUAGE 'IT'
So, do I need to add coing for text of customer master data ?
Any idea about text and field name ?
THANKS IN ADVANCE.Hello,
To see the output go to /VF03, enter the billing document number but don't press enter. Go to Billing Document in the menu bar, Issue Output to, select a line and do a print preview (if there's nothing there, the doc hasn't been printed before).
To print the text, ask somebody to navigate to where it is in SAP. Double click on it, choose Got -> Header. This will give you all the information you need for the INCLUDE.
The INCLUDE statement you have is for a standard text (trans: SO), not the "customer master data head office text".
