Saplogon.ini   services files NOT copying over durring PACKAGE INSTALL

I have an server sdmin install that ive put together and created a package.  its fully patched server.   In the scripts area ive placed the script that was in the chm file to copy over a private logon.ini and services file in the "ON END INSTALL" section of the package..
The issue is that it does not copy over the files that are listed in the customerfiles folder that I have.
the user on the machines have admin rights to the machine so I dont think its a rights issue.  any idea out there for me ?
this is SAG gui 7.10 patch 2.

Hi
This is the script I use when deploying a package.
ON END INSTALL
NwEngine.Context.Log.Write "Event: Copying customized saplogon.ini"
If NwEngine.Shell.FileExist("%SAPSrcDir%\ConfigurationFiles\saplogon.ini") Then
NwEngine.Shell.CopyFile "%SAPSrcDir%\ConfigurationFiles\saplogon.ini", "%WinDir%\saplogon.ini"
End If
Basically I have installed my SAP installation server to a share SAPINST$ the \ConfigurationFiles\ folder is within the SAPSrcDir (SAPINST$\ConfigurationFiles\).
Hope this helps?

  • Yosemite Files to Copy Over After Clean Install

I've done clean installs in the past and transferred my flies over manually using Time Machine. I haven't done one since Mountain Lion I think and I know the file locations have changed a bit in Yosemite. The three main programs I'm concerned about are iTunes, Mail and iPhoto. In the past I've copied over the iTunes Library folder, Mail folder and iPhoto Library folder over and then replaced the plist in the Preference Folder. These include, com.apple.iTunes.plist, com.apple.iPhoto.plist and com.apple.mail.plist. This has always copied over the data and settings. I'm curious if this still hods true with Yosemite as it did with Mountain Lion and I want to know where these files are kept if so.
I can't seem to find any information on this or any guides. Any information would help.
    Thanks

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J.  When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder.  Select Library. Then go to Preferences.

  • BAPI_CUSTOMERRETURN_CREATE does not copied over the pricing

    Hi,
I need to create a return with reference to an invoice.
I managed to create the return sales order. However, I am not able to copy the same pricing as per the invoice item over.
It was being created with reference to the invoice.
Why is the prcing not copied over? the missing price is VKA0.
If I simulate it in TCODE VA01, I am able to get the invoice price over to the sales return.
    Can someone advice?
    Thanks

I had realized that the BAPI does not copied conditions from reference document.
Had modify standard to allow copying of conditions from reference document.

  • MDT 2012 - Tools folder not being copied over post OS install

Just started having this issue after rebuilding my 2010 DS into 2012. Using a standard task sequence, I am not doing any special with the DiskPart either. Installing to Disk 0, Partition 1. After it goes through the PostInstall phase, it is supposed to reboot
and then go into Windows and continue the task sequnce. Instead, I get a message that it is unable to find the SMS Task Sequencer. The error in the log is basically, could not locate the TSMBootStrapper in the standard locations. I look in the MININT folder
and the Tools folder is missing. If I manually copy the folder from the DS and manually kick-off the LiteTouch.wsf it then continues just fine.
I need help figuring out why the folder is not being copied into the MININT folder before the reboot.
This seems to only be happening on laptops. When I deploy to a desktop or a VM, the task sequence proceeds without issue.

IT is possible that when upgrading your MDT Deployment share from version X to Version Y, some of the scripts were not copied over correctly.
Create a *New* deployment share from scratch using the newer version of MDT, and see if that works, if it does, then start migrating over content from the bad share to the known good share, use tools like WinDiff.exe to verify each script.

  • Events entered in my calendar on my iPhone are not copying over to my iPad

Events created on my iphone 5 calendar are not copying over to my ipad. I believe I have checked all possible settings to no avail.

The most important setting would be what structure houses the calendars on your iPhone and your iPad.
The easiest way to have the events in sync would be if you used iCloud to house the events on both devices - with the same Apple ID, of course.

    Any suggestions would be great!

    Hello Amber,
    Thank you for your question.
Content owners use digital rights management technology (DRM) to protect their intellectual property. BlackBerry Link doesn't support audio files that use digital rights management (DRM) technologies.

  • "Movement type 123 is not planned (Entry is not copied over)".

    Dear All,
While executing Movement Type 123, for reversal of a vendor return i get an error message "Movement type 123 is not planned (Entry is not copied over)".
    Transaction used : MIGO
Goods Receipt  | Purchase Order | Movement Type 123
Any specific reason as to why the system is not allowing me to execute the movement. And what is the procedure to overcome this error.
    Shall await your reply
    Thanks
    Shabeen Buhary

    dear shabenn
It is absolutely true, you can perform 123 movement i .e. cancellation of return delivery only through reversal procedure of movement type 122.
If you are trying to do MIGO for 123 movement, the system supposed to throw out same error.
If you returned a goods receipt using movement type 122, you can reverse the return delivery using movement type 123. This movement type has the same effects as movement type 101.
Please revert back if any query still exist...

  • Primary Key definition does not copy over to alias

I imported a db table in physical layer and defined the key on it.
When I create an alias of this table, the key definition is not copied over to alias. Is this standard behavior? Do I need to create primary key definition for each alias separately or am I missing something?

    Yes its standard behavior.
Since key are generated based on joins for that object and can may not be duplicated
Appreciate if you mark as correct

Gordon, it looks like its been a while since you made this post.  Not sure how valid it is now...   I am particularly interested in the LigatureLevel.NONE value.  It seems that it is no longer supported.
How do I turn of ligatures in the font rendering?
My flex project involves trying to match the font rendering of Apache's Batik rendering of SVG and ligatures have been turned off in that codebase.  Is there any way (even roundabout) to turn ligatures off in flash?
    Thanks,

  • Data of Pop Up (Third Party Provider) is not copied over to SAP CRM Web UI

    Hi Experts,
we have created a Function Group (ZDI_PAYMENT) and have defined  FM ZDI_PAYMENT_SET to set data into the variables of this Function Group and FM ZDI_PAYMENT_GET to retrieve data out of the same variables.
Process is as follows: A customer wants to pay with his credit card but credit card can not be saved on the Service Order. So that is why a token is created and this token is saved on the Service Order. To create this token SAP CRM is connected via HTTP Connection to a third party provider. When user needs a token he pushes a button and a pop up is openened. This pop up is already provided by third party provider and in this pop up the user introduces credit card number and on the same pop up the token is visible and just has to be copied over to the SAP CRM View.
Problem now is that when we made testing we found out that for some user it works fine and FM ZDI_PAYMENT_GET gets actually the values for token and data is copied over to SAP CRM but for others it does not work. So we think it has to be to do with the browser settings but we are not really sure.
    Has anybody experience with that?
    Regards,
    Oliver Schultze

    Hi Experts,
we found out already what was the problem. We have used a URL to log in into the SAP CRM that has a port. Log In Link should be without Port.

  • Finder moving files not copying

I have been using a mac for over 15 years but this one has me stumped.
When coping files I have always held down 'option' to copy the file. A small green plus symbol appears and the files then copy into the target folder, or hard drive.
I have a Mac Pro, with the latest updates of Yosemite .... but now the files are moving and NOT copying.
So when I back something up, they are no longer in the original location, only where i have copyied them to. They disappear.
Should I be using cut and paste instead? Anyone else have this problem?

Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
Download and re-install the 10.10.1 update.

  • Missing files when copying over network

I've had a good search for people with similar problems on Discussions, and there are a few mentions of similar occurences. Here's my summary though.
I have 2 Macs, and frequently transfer files from one to the other by sharing drives and using the Finder.
However, quite often, when transferring lots of files, they are sucessfully copied but do not show in Finder on the receiving machine. The files are there (using Terminal to explore the directory reveals the files in question), but Finder just doesn't acknowledge any existence of the "missing" files.
This problem can usually be cured by creating a new folder in one of the affected folders - this somehow kicks Finder into refreshing the folder's contents.
Removing the .DS_Store file(s) (again, via Terminal) in the copied folder also resolves this issue, leading me to believe that the problem lies with the .DS_Store files.
I cannot believe I am not the only user who frequently finds themselves having to do uneccesary Terminal work to reveal files which appear to be missing after copy over the network.
Is Apple aware of this problem? Does anyone else have any workarounds?

I don't think I have experienced that exact problem however, I am such a Unix geek, I typically do my in-network transfers between Mac machines using SCP at the shell prompt in Terminal.
Finder refresh on the other hand I have experienced before although I cannot provide a situation or example.
Usually if it needs a refresh, I believe all I ever do is navigate away from the folder, then back to it. Or if it is the Desktop in question, using Exposé to show it, a single click on an empty space there will make the newly copied items appear.
