Our network team is saying port 3299 is already open on firewall, They also done nating.
Kindly help us to solve this issue, why this timeout error is coming when we are doing telent to port 3299

Hi Basis,
This is fine.I request you to please read below very carefully, hopefully you'll get solution from this
timeoutPend: no route received within 5s (CONNECTED)
You are connected but not does not send route quickly. Here your TCP/IP connection setup was successful.
Route sent too late
The connection setup (connect) was successful but the client sends the route to the SAProuter too late, or the client assumes that it is already connected to the server and is waiting for data, or the timeout -W is exceeded.
The log file contains the following entries:
Thu Jun 14 12:27:27 2007 CONNECT FROM C11/- host 10.66.66.90/35087 (host1.company.corp)
Thu Jun 14 12:27:32 2007 CONNECT ERR C11/- no route received within 5s
Thu Jun 14 12:27:32 2007 DISCONNECT C11/- host 10.66.66.90/35087 (host1.company.corp)
The client issues the error message below.
Syntax
SAProuter Error Message
*********************************************************************** * LOCATION SAProuter 39.1 (SP3) on 'host1' * ERROR connection timed out * * TIME Thu Jun 14 12:27:32 2007 * RELEASE 710 * COMPONENT NI (network interface) * VERSION 39 * RC -5 * MODULE nirout.cpp * LINE 6519 * DETAIL RTPENDLIST::timeoutPend: no route received within 5s * (CONNECTED) * COUNTER 5 ***********************************************************************
Background and Further Analysis
This error can occur if the client does not send the route quickly enough after the TCP/IP connect to the SAProuter. This might be caused by the client hanging temporarily.
Please follow Other Errors - SAProuter - SAP Library
TCP/IP connect takes too long (longer than the timeout -W value)
The log file contains the following entries:
Thu Jun 14 13:22:01 2007 CONNECT FROM C10/- host 10.66.66.90/41060 (host2.company.corp)
Thu Jun 14 13:22:01 2007 CONNECT TO S10/18 host 1.1.1.1/3299 (1.1.1.1)
Thu Jun 14 13:22:06 2007 CONNECT ERR S10/18 could not establish connection within 5s
Thu Jun 14 13:22:06 2007 DISCONNECT S10/18 host 1.1.1.1/3299 (1.1.1.1)
The client issues the error message below.
Syntax
SAProuter Error Message
*********************************************************************** * LOCATION SAProuter 39.1 (SP3) on 'ld8060' * ERROR connection to 1.1.1.1:3299 timed out * * TIME Thu Jun 14 13:22:06 2007 * RELEASE 710 * COMPONENT NI (network interface) * VERSION 39 * RC -5 * MODULE nirout.cpp * LINE 6548 * DETAIL RTPENDLIST::timeoutPend: could not establish connection within * 5s (ROUTED) * COUNTER 6 ***********************************************************************
Background and Further Analysis
In this example, the TCP/IP connection from the SAProuter to the next node (the next SAProuter, a system, or another network component) could not be established within a specified timeout period. This error can occur if the server host is down or the IP address of the host cannot be reached.
It can also be due to the network failing to establish the TCP/IP connection within 5 seconds (the timeout value defined in option -W). You might be able to solve this problem by using a greater value for option -W.
For more information, see: Expert Options in SAProuter Options.
Thanks,
Gaurav

Since up grading to the new OS Lion basicly problem free except my iPhone iPod and iPad all give me sync issues they load apps , music , books , movies , but refuse photos and the sync ends with an error 50 message most times , yes I have re booted reinstalled new i Tunes and all my others help ! I have update every thing I can re installed , no other issues apart from Parallels and windows which I have deleted and will reisnstall and up date when I get my discs back moving house so in storage boxes somewhere ? , but who needs Windows ? is any one else suffering , or have any solutions
Hi Ken,
Wow, I've logged into adobe and never seen your response until now.
I need to make the forums more of a daily stop I guess.
Thank you for your response, When I go to the Archives, it states I have none. In addition, previously when I'd tried to move items to the archive, they just disappeared
Currently my desktop is not connecting at all, Everytime I connect, it's states "We have now logged you out" and requests I login again.
I have of course rebooted,
Gone into taskmanager, killed all the relevant threads, tried again to login through the desktop, no luck, I'll have to uninstall it, make sure the threads are killed, then reboot it and then reinstall it, but I've not had the time to do that.
On another note, and just as a point of reference, myself, personally, I hate these "cloud" file repositories (not to be confused with adobe cloud services which I love) but the file repositories themselves imho, are a blackhole of resource usage when one doesn't/isn't using them,
Is there a way we can use it more of a "ftp" sort of thing, when I want to I can put files there? There is no way to "Download" the repository, no way to download the folders.. only individual files and then it takes I think three different steps before the download starts.. I find this very inhibiting. Just an fyi. for what it's worth.
Please, feel free to contact me,
I'm on g+ chat [email protected] -

WIB: Eliminate the option to save after a function was ended with an error
Hi Xperts,
is there any possibility in the Web Interface Builder to eliminate the option to save after a function was ended with an error-message?
Appreciate any help. The Firefox 4+ versions automatically save your session when you close Firefox. If you want to restore your previous session the next time you open Firefox, use the Restore Previous Session button on the default about:home homepage or in the History menu.

If you installed a starter database, check that it is there and running - it looks as though you are on unix, so check that the pmon process is running: ps -ef |grep pmon
If the database has created OK and you can log into it, good chances are the installation is fine.

Processing the soap call in the test programm ends in a system exception (cx_ai_system_fault) with the message:
"General Error Es ist ein Fehler bei der Proxy-Verarbeitung aufgetreten ( PART UNKNOWN (NULL) )"
It seems as if there is no response or a response in a wrong format given by the webservice.
We had a look at the ICF-Trace.
The request seems to be a proper soap-call.
But the response is not in XML-format and therefore could not be completely displayed.
it says:
Ungültig auf der obersten Ebene im Dokument. Fehler beim Bearbeiten der Ressource 'file:///C:/Dokumente und Einstellungen/S...
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
^
Could anybody help ?
Kind regards
HeinzHello Mathias,
in our case the problem was, that the WDSL used parameters, which were not correcty interpreted by the SAP-Routine that creates the proxy.
We changed the WDSL using only paramters covert by SAP.
Here ist the WSDL that worked fine:

Hi,
All of the standard reports are completing with the following error on R12.
Rep 1804:unable to open printer definition file.
rep 0069:Internal error
with regards,
SuryaHi,
Did you set up any printer on the node where CM is installed? You need to have at least one printer defined, and remember to bounce the CM after adding the new printer.

This is the object not found error for /SAPAPO/OM_PEGAREA
These error codes are generated if you try to access or manipulate an
object that cannot be found in the live cache (any more).
Normally this means that there is no object with the key (GUID) provided
by the ABAP.
Please execute the transaction /SAPAPO/OM17 inorder to resolve the
inconsistencies regarding missing pegkeys.

P45 online filing for EXPAT payroll ended with fatal error - UK payroll
Hi Team,
When the user trying to submit P45s online for EXPAT payroll area for the first time, she receives a Fatal Error.
Error in detail is "Fatal error reported by Government Gateway". The submission was successful for al other payroll areas.
We have observed that the User id which is used for this Expat payrolll is different from others. All have 12 alpha numaric characters, and the Expat has all numerics with spaces in between resulting in 14 characters including spaces.
We thought the user id with spaces might be the cause of Fatal error.
We use PB2A tcode for online submission.
Please let me know if you have any advise to avoid this error.
Thanks in advance
VeenaHi Shyam,
User id is verified and it is ok as per the ID file received. But we doubt there could not be any spaces in between and the length of user id also differs from all others. If some one can verify the format of Userid with their own system and let me know if my doubt is correct..we can try changing the userid and test.
Regards,
Veena
