E Comparsa sul mio ipad2 La Finestra ". il sostegno di ipad non viene effettuato da causa Settimane i backup di Annone Luogo QUANDO ipad E collegato alla Rete Elettrica, Bloccato e connesso al Wi-Fi". L'ho attaccato alla rete wi-fi e alla Presa MA e Bloccato. Non SI riesce a tariffa Nessuna Operazione dall'iPad. Venite POSSO sbloccarlo per disinserire il backup?

Have you tried a soft-reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I have a question and hope there is a simple answer. I have an iPad1 with a lot of Apps, like Angry Birds, Let's Golf and ESPN Score center for instance. I am buying an iPad2 next week. If I do a backup of my iPad1 from iTunes, and then do a restore of that to my iPad2 when I first get it, will it remember all of my App data? In other words, all the levels I've beat and high scores I have. I realize I will have to re-download all of the Apps, as I understand they do not go to the backup.
Or, is it better for me just to start over fresh, and sync my current Apps now with iTunes, and resync them to the new iPad2.
Or do I need to do both to ensure I get all my data from my Apps. Thank you!

Restoring from backup will restore app data like game score/progress. However, keychain data is not restored to a different device:
Keychain (This includes email account passwords, Wi-Fi passwords, and passwords you enter into websites and some other applications. The keychain can only be restored from backup to the same iPad. If you are restoring to a new device, you will need to fill in these passwords again.)

Ipad2: Cloud backup access

I recently gave my Ipad2 to service for hardware problems. On warranty I received a new one but my data was not physically transferred from one to another. I see on the cloud that the backup ist still there but I do not know how to access it. Any ideas anyone ? Any hint is appreciated.

my ipad 2 this morning has a block stating icloud backup is unable to access the account...review your information..an d then there is two blocks...one ignore and the other settings...it will not do anything when trying either onef them...but if you click the home button the screen goes to all the apps...what can i do?

Update your iOS. Go to appleid.apple.com and update pw.
Reboot ipad by pressing and holding both the home and power buttons for 10-15sec. until the apple logo appears on screen, then let go.

Restoring ipad2 with backup from friend's iOS7 backup

Will this work or does my ipad2 still have ios8 imbedded In it? My plan is to restore my iPad with my friend's latest back up. She did not update to ios8 because I warned her not to.

There is no way to get the iOS from her device to transfer to your device. It's not possible. Discussion of jailbreaking is not allowed on these forums and if anybody were to advise you how to hack your device, they would be booted as soon as they were reported. I would never recommend hacking the device because of the potential for malware, viruses and other problems.

Restoring new iPad2 from backup of old

Bought new iPad 2 and am restoring it to backup of old on iCloud. It's taking 16+ hrs at this point and still not finished. What gives?

Were the missing photos in the camera roll on your iPad 2? The backup only includes camera roll photos.
If they were, but were not restored from the backup, if you still have the iPad 2, import the missing photos to your computer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083) then put them in a folder and sync them to your new iPad by selecting the folder on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing. (The only downside of this approach is that the only way they can later be deleted from your iPad is to sync them off again using iTunes. To get them in your camera roll you would need to use an app like PhotoSync to transfer them from your computer to the camera roll on your new iPad using you wifi.)

IPad2 Cloud Backup Alert Issue

Hello,
I have an alert message on my iPad to that I have not backed up my iPad in more than 2 weeks and to do so. However, I cannot get the message to go away upon clicking "ok". It will not allow me to access anything on the iPad or even turn it off.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Very Recent IPad2 Wifi Drops

Greetings all;
In the last three days my IPad2 has started to drop WiFi.
My router is an original Cisco Systems labeled Linksys WRT54GL Wireless-G router using WPA2 Personal security mode.
Wireless Network Mode is Mixed.
I have my IPhone 4S and that is not having the same issues; it also is not running many apps as well for discussion sake.
I am also up to the latest version of both ITunes and IOS.
I have taken the following steps to try to resolve issue:
1) Cleared all settings on IPad2
2) Change router name and let both IPad2 and IPhone 4S and any other wireless device find it new.
3) Rebooted cable modem and router
4) Rebooted IPad2
5) Restored IPad2 from backup from ITunes from my PC
There are no new firmware updates available for the router.
I have seen some suggestions online including backing up the IPad2 and restoring it with a new name.
Looking for some feedback from the community before I take any steps which may include buying a new router.

I want out from recovery mode in ipad2

Please help me.I updated my ipad2 without backup by ipad2 setting >> software update >> and its instructions linearly. Then it appear instead of update secreen with ios 8.3, I found USB cable and iTunes logo.Now I want to out from recovery mode.I did simultaneously push for 10 seconds sleep/wake button and home button.Other way I push Sleep/Wake button +volume down button+home button.So Please help me to out from recovery mode and without losing my data.

IPad2 will not update to OS5

Managing iTunes from an old Windows box running XP sp3. Have updated iTunes to the most recent version. iPad2 will backup and sync normally under OS4.3.4, but when I try to update iPad to OS5.0.1 the pre-install backup fails with error -5000, and a warning that continuing will destroy all iPad content.
As far as I can tell the content of iTunes and the iPad are identical, so untransferred files are probably not the problem. Any ideas for a fix greatly appreciated.

I recently updata my iOS device on my ipad2. i backup my files before i updated but when i come to resore all of my backup files, all my new photos, documents ect have gone. I dont know whether the files didnt get backup properly, i dont know. The documents and my new photos are not really my consern. I had the quickvoice recorded app on my ipad and had two recordings on there which are really important to me and have dissapeared. Is there anyway i can get them back? Please help!

I have actually solved my problem myself. I was resoring my backup data through itunes but my quickvoice recording were backup in icloud, my icloud setting on my ipad2 mesions that my files are backup up automatically so i just pressed resore again (in the summary page on itunes) and when through the process again but this time chose icloud to restore my data not itunes.

Received ipad2 synced to itunes and uploaded my backup, now I find out it does not have WiFi 3G and need to return it, is there a way of getting all of my data off the ipad2?

Unable to sync or backup my iPad2 with the new iTunes. I keep getting the error ""iTunes could not back up the iPad because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPad.". I've deleted all the old backups but still get this.

I'm totally frustrated by iTunes and don't know how to solve my problem. Like a lot of people on here I'm not able to sync or back up my iPad2 with my iTunes (version 10.4.1.10). I'm running Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit. My iTunes worked just fine until the 10.4.xx updates came out and since June I've not been able to back up or sync the iPad2.
When I connect and try to sync I get the error message, “iTunes could not back up the iPad because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPad.”

I had the exact same thing with my shuffle - same error message saying that it was corrupt so I restored it (wiping everything in the process) and the same message came up as soon as it reloaded. Thank god I didn't try it with my iPod or iPhone first. So many issues with this new version of iTunes!!!!!!!!

I changed my AppleID password and now my iPad2 is locked with a message... "iCloud Backup is unable to access the account. Review your account information in Settings." It will not allow me to unlock the device or go to settings or ignore the message. Suggestions?

I have the exact same problem. I have since gone into iCloud via my PC to reset my iCloud password, but did not help. Can someone pls help!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 5 - Backup still doesn't work on ipad2 ??????

After 5 days I am still unable to backup my ipad2. I continue to get a message stating "There is a problem completing the backup. Please try again later"
I have checked settings, enabled icloud in itunes and have waited for 5 days. What is the deal, feeling like a half baked product...................

Most of the time I only get the continuous swirling saying it's backing up, but the bar does not progress. And other times, it tells me estimated time is 20 hours. REALLY???
