Scc4 last change record

Hello Experts,
Does SAP system keep track of all the changes to scc4 settings? Or just the last change is shown in scc4?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Pascal Gabin

Hi Pascal,
I am not too sure about what changes you exactly are looking to see.
Yes it does keep a log of all changes that are performed.
However if it is creation of clients then needless to say all clients which are created are listed.
If you want to view changes then there is an option
Utilities->Change Logs in which you can select the client and the duration period and it will reflect all the changes made if any.
Hope this is what you were looking for.

Nitin

  • Last change date and time of Reservation Record

    Hi All,
I have a requirement to find out the last changed date / time of a reservation (table - RESB). I was not able to find any change document object for reservation. Please let me know what I can do for this.

    Hi Mitrajit,
You can find the change history for any Data element from CDHDR and CDPOS, if for that data element Change Document is enables.
If you check SBTER in SE11 unser tab Further Characteristics, there is one chekc box 'Chnage Document'.
If you tich this checkbox, a change entry will be populate in CDHDR and CDPOS Table.
Check Table DBTABLOG if its maintan the chnage entry for SBTER.
    Thanks

  • What setting need in SAP R/3 if i want to send only changed records to XI

    Hi All
I had problem while sending Idoc  from SAP R/3 to XI
Thing is i want to send only the changed records in Idoc not all so what
settings i  need to in SAP R/3 ?
Can any one explain me how to do this...
    Adv thanks and Points
    Prasad K

    Hello Prasad,
Many cases you will find that there are standard message types for change idocs.
For Instance let us take Purchase order:
--For Order create ORDERS is the message type.
--For Order Change ORDCHG is the message type.
You will just need to maintain both in the outbound parameter in the Partner Profile in we20.
From XI side this means there are separate interfaces -- ORDERS.ORDERS02  & ORDCHG.ORDERS02 for instance. You just need to treat this as different interfaces and Configure. One last thing . If the basic type is same eg. ORDERS02 then you can use the same message mapping program for both Change and create if you want -- although the interface mapping will be different.
Make sure to maintain metadata in IDX2 in XI.
    Cheers,
    Himadri

  • Last Changed On field in User Maintenance

Is there any possibility to delete last record in Last Changed On field in SU02 transaction?
Where is (in what database table) this record stored?
Firstly I checked USH2-4-10-12 tables but with no luck, then I discovered that recent changes can be seen via Change Documents (Information -> Change Documents for Users). There I can see chenges but cannot delete them.
Then I discovered RSCDOK99 report that allowed their deletion but even when last record is deleted (from CDHDR) the value in maintenance window doesn't change.
What is the trick? Can you suggest the db table that stores this record?

Why do you want to Change / Delete history data?

  • How can we get changed records in delta in case of numeric pointer

    Deall All,
Thanks to all of you gurus i have been able to Get delta update for my query.
There is one last issue how can i include changes records in my delta update when i am using numeric pointer for data selection.
    or
It can only be doen by time stamp.
can you explain me details of using time stamp.
    Thanks & regards,
    Gaurav Sood

    Dear Gaurav,
Here we have three options for delta updation:
Time Stamp:   If we want to update change in the records with respect to the time interval then this option is selected.
Calend. Day:   If we want to update change in the records with respect to day to day basis then this option is selected.
Numeric Pointer:  If we want to update in case of record which is completely new with respect to Field name then we use this option.
And we have got some settings like:
    Safety Interval upper limit:
This field is used by Data Sources that determine their delta generically using a repetitively-increasing field in the extract structure.
The field contains the discrepancy between the current maximum when the delta or delta init extraction took place and the data that has actually been read.
Leaving the value blank increases the risk that the system could not extract records arising during extraction.
Example: A time stamp is used to determine the delta. The time stamp that was last read is 12:00:00. The next delta extraction begins at 12:30:00. In this case, the selection interval is 12:00:00 to 12:30:00. At the end of extraction, the pointer is set to 12:30:00.
A record - for example, a document- is created at 12:25 but not saved until 12:35. It is not contained in the extracted data but, because of its time stamp, is not extracted the next time either.
For this reason, the safety margin between read and transferred data must always be larger than the maximum length of time that it takes to create a record for this DataSource (with a time stamp delta), or it must display an interval that is sufficiently large (for determining delta using a serial number).
    Safety Interval Lower Limit
This field contains the value taken from the highest value of the previous delta extraction to determine the lowest value of the time stamp for the next delta extraction.
For example: A time stamp is used to determine a delta. The extracted data is master data: The system only transfers after-images that overwrite the status in the BW. Therefore, a record can be extracted into the BW for such data without any problems.
Taking this into account, the current time stamp can always be used as the upper limit when extracting: The lower limit of the next extraction is not seamlessly joined to the upper limit of the last extraction. Instead, its value is the same as this upper limit minus a safety margin. This safety margin needs to be big enough to contain all values in the extraction which already had a time stamp when the last extraction was carried out but which were not read. Not surprisingly, records can be transferred twice. However, for the reasons above, this is unavoidable.
    Data Source Is Real-Time Enabled
The 'real time enabled' indicator determines whether a delta-enabled Data Source can be used as a supplier of data for a real-time daemon.
And there are two options provided like
    1)     New Status for changed records:
If you select this option each record to be loaded delivers the new status for the key figures          and characteristics. DataSources with this delta type can write to ODS objects or master data tables.
    2)     Additive Delta:
The key figures for extracted data are added up in BW. Data Sources with this delta type can supply data to ODS objects and Info Cubes.
    Hope this helps u..

  • Getting Last Payroll Record

    Hi all,
I need to fetch last payroll record of a pernr, from transaction pc_payresult.
I am using the LDB PNP.
After calling GET PERNR, I am using functions CU_READ_RGDIR and then PYXX_READ_PAYROLL_RESULT to fetch the last active payroll record.
But is there any way to <b>directly</b> fetch the last active payroll record, based on the pernr? Please suggest a way.

    Hi
To get the payroll results, you need to read the cluster CU to get RGDIR. For this CU_READ_RGDIR is used and almost all standard programs also use this FM.
Simple Report using LDBs to get latest payroll result.
    report ythr_read_payroll .

          w_bt type line of hrpay99_bt,

  • How to get last year records in P&L

    Hii gurus,
I am creating Profit & Loss report.
I need to show last year records.
    Please explain.....
    Thanks in advance......

    Hi,
Better still if you want this to be easily changeable, i.e. not without a repository migration, put the search spec on the Applet in the Application - Personalization screen. In this way you can change the Search Spec in case of Business Requirement change without needing to go through a development cycle. Do not forget to do a Reload Personalization Rules after changing Search Spec to bring this in effect.
If you have a standard requirement then do it preferably on the Applet so that you can use the BusComp at other locations also without having to deal with the search spec coming in uninvited.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Last Detail Record

I am not looking forward OnLastRecord but the last detail record before a group change. Specifically I am looking to format the Font for last time a running total prints a field before a group break resets it.
    1
    2
    3
    4
    1
    2
    3

    Hi,
Here's how it can be done:
Suppose we wish to change the Font style to Bold only for the last Running total field of the group then,
Right-click the Running Total field and select Format Field > Font tab > Click on the X-2 icon beside Style and use this formula:
    if not({field_used_in_grouping} = next({field_used_in_grouping})) then
    crBold else
    crregular
    Hope this helps!

  • How to fetch last changed date for Header in me22n?

    Hi Experts,
I need to create a report for PO, where I have created one screen tab in Header level(customer data), therefore I need to fetch last changed date for header , I must mention that I do not want last changed date for item level, only for header last changed date is required.
    Kindly assist me on this.
    Thanx

Read table CDHDR (object "EINKBELEG") and CDPOS (look for table name EKKO), keep the last CDHDR record with "EKKO" data actually changed.

  • Question on SFSF Adapter : Delta sync to fetch only changed records.

    Hi All ,
As per the SAP Document on SFSF Communication channel, one of the feature supported by SP00 release of the connectivity add-on 1.0 is :-
    1. Delta sync to fetch only changed records
    SFSF Adapter: Delta Sync
The delta sync features enables you to fetch only the records that were modified after the last successful data fetch from the SuccessFactors system.
This increases the efficiency of query operation.
So below are my question accross Successfull run date feature :
Is it SAP PI Connector internally maintains this last successful run date ?
what would be Time-Zone of Successful run date : Is it where SF DC is located or where PI Box is Located ?
what is it mean from successful run date ? - is it process successful run date or is it just communication channel successful run date ?
For Delta extraction - This Successful Run Date - Is it maintained internally for  Interface wise or Communication Channel wise ?
eg. If i have 5 Delta Interface - will SAP PI maintain 5 Successfull run dates w.r.t to each connector or w.r.t each Process ?
for more information please open below URL.

    Hello all,
I have the same question : in the "official" documentation (SuccessFactors (SFSF) Adapter for SAP NetWeaver Process Integration) is mentioned this :
Delta Sync - The delta sync features enables you to fetch only the records that were modified after the last successful data fetch from the SuccessFactors system. This increases the efficiency of the query operation.
Anyway I cant find any specification on how to use this feature. Do you have any suggestion on how to implement it or any reference to an existing documentation?
Do I need to write you an email to get the info?

  • VBOF/SDBONT06 does not update "last changed" field of billing documents

    Hello,
we have developed a solution in BI, where billing document information (VBRK) and corresponding condition information (KONV) is loaded into infocube in BI. We want to work with delta-loads in BW. The delta loads can be triggerred based on field ERDAT (creation date) or AEDAT (last change date) in the VBRK table.
However, the VBOF/SDBONT06 program does only update the condition information in KONV, but does not change anything to VBRK. Therefore the AEDAT field in VBRK is not changed. And the records in KONV table do not have a creation/change date at all. Thus, the delta load in BW will not pick up the changes made by VBOF.
Does anybody know whether e.g. user-exit for VBOF/SDBONT06 exists that enables to update the AEDAT field of VBRK table?
    Thanks

    Hi,
You are correct that stauts is updated in table VBUK and VBUP.
However, a sales order does not determine a billing status for delivery related billing, field
VBUP-FKSTA is only determined for delivey.
So, it is correct behavior that VBUP-FKSTA = BLANK when searching VBUP with
    VBUP-VBELN = sales order number.
    Just because of above reason, you will not find billing status field in VA03 -> goto header/item;
you could only find billing status field for delivery in VL03N -> status overview.
It seems that you are trying to find out sales orders that have been fully deliveried and fully billed, am I right? As far as I know, there is no directly table/field/tcode that could meet your requirement.
    You could consider following workaround:
    firstly, get a list of deliveries that have been fully billied(search VBUP with VBUP-FKSTA = C or search VBUK with VBUK-FKSTK = C);
Secondly, using these deliveries to search table VBFA to find out related sales orders.
    Hope this helps.
    Best regards,
    Crystal

  • Project Server 2010 - Modification date and name of the person who made the last change in the project

    Hello everybody
    I'm with a doubt.
    I got in the business

would like to get the publication date, modification
    date and name
    of the person who made
    the last change in
    the project. It is possible
    to doby the native
    resources or is
    there any query in
    SQL Server to perform a
    query of this information.
    Thank you.
Obrigado por contactar o fórum Microsoft Technet!

    Hi Hezequias,
You can get the ProjectModifiedDate column in MSP_EPMProject_userView in the Reporting DB where you can
get the data based on the projectUID.
The "last saved" date in the draft DB (be aware that querying in the draft DB is not supported by MS).
For the "last modified by", I think it is not stored in any place.
But you can develop custom code upon publishing the project (Event BeforePublish), writing the current
date and username automatically into a custom enterprise field.
    Hope this helps,

  • How can I get the last / newest record of a table?

    Hi,
I am developing an ecard app that has a create greeting page, a preview page with edit and send buttons and an edit page.
I got he insert working, and on the preview page I created a master record page (displays all records), and delete all unecessary designs. Doing it this way also gives me the 'edit' button, so people are able to edit their page.
How do I get only the last record displayed though? At the moment it loops through all records and displays them in sets of 10. I found the variable that holds the totla count of records ('$totalRows_rs7417_content1'), but how do I (re-)write the script so it ONLY diplays the last record?
I need to get the ID of this record as I am writing this into the PARAMs of the object and embed tags of my message .swf (this picks up the ID and based on that sucks the greetings text out of the database via another php script.
Also, from this page, how can I send an email to the sender (ie creator of the message) as well as the recipient? Both email addresses are in the databse so should be part of the erecord returned.
    Thanks,
    Nik

OK, So how do I recreate what I got in a non-ADDT list?
well, when you´re just about to display one certain record, the term "list" is somewhat inappropriate anyway.
What you´d simply need to do IMHO, is using DW´s native functions to create the basic "SELECT * FROM table_name ORDEr BY ID DESC" query, add "LIMIT 1" manually, and display the desired "dynamic text" placeholders in 1 table cell -- don´t think there were any need for all the fancy stuff
(sorting, filtering etc) provided by ADDT´s list, as it´s just 1 record.
It also occurred to me just now that finding the last record that has been added *may-* notbe enough if the site gets used a lot by our executives (I am thinking of a situation where 2 or three peolpe create greetings at the same time and press submit and then getting each others messges rather than their own).
in this case you might want to additionally store the respective executive´s "kt_login_id" session variable -- because it´s this unique "identifier" which should be used to show the last inserted record of the person who actually inserted it, means adding a "WHERE submitter_id" equals the session variable kt_login_id - clause to the query.
When creating a non-ADDT list that´s at some point based on detecting a user session, you´ll BTW need to insert at line 1
I can't seemt o insert it on the page as it is looking for a insert, update or delete bahaviour on the page which of course I don't have
please search these forums for several posts I made which explain my "use dummy table" approach that´s made for cases when you actually don´t have anything to insert/update/delete, but need "something" for ADDT´s send email behaviours.
