Scheduling Agreement as PDF in email ?

Hi Friends,
I am a new entry to the SDN group .
I have a requirement :
Need to send the Scheduling Agreement as a pdf email . Already for standard PO an output type is set .
If i want to send an email of Sceduling agreement then what are the steps involved ? How can I specify that if the PO is of type SA then only send the mail to say X vendor .
Would appreciate if anyone can help me in clearing this concept and steps to do the same .
Thank you all .

Tamanna,
Transace NACE ......
Select Application (EL) from the list which pertains to the Scheduling agreement, then select the OUTPUT types button from the toolbar. Now, you will see a list of OUTPUT types, select the one that you have configured. Now, click on the processing routines ...here you will be able to specify the program name and SMART Form name which needs to be triggered for the scheduling agreement.

Ravi

  • SCHEDULE AGREEMENT-DELIVERY SCHEDULE LINE ITEM PRINTING

Scheduling agreement is created in ECC.
Delivery schedule line items are generated using APO and CIFed over to ECC.
Upon displaying in ME38 in ECC, the delivery schedule line items are appearing as required. The problem is that no output type is displayed for condition type LPET even though the settings are done & condition records are maintained.
Can someone throw some light on this?

    Hi Anil ,
Goto Transaction NACE , Select Application EL and then Click on O/p Types.
Select your o/p and click on Processing routines.
Make a copy of medium 1 and change it to 5. The program , Form , Form routine would remain the same.
Maintain condition records with medium 5 in MN10.
Ensure that email address exists in Vendor Master.
Check with ur Basis to make sure that the setting are done in Transaction SCOT for sending document via PDF.
Create a new Agreement and test it.

  • Scheduling Agreement Output NEU

    Hello Friends,
We have used the standard SAP output type NEU for SA( Scheduling Agreement ) output. And we are sending the output via email to vendor in PDF format. Now the issue is as per standard SAP whenever SA is generated SAP is sending the entire SA. But later if we change only header data, it is only sending the header information by wiping out all line item information.
Do we need to have Zoutput type for the same of is there any other solution.
    Please guide..
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
No need to change the output type better change the program by adding the new logic as per the requirement

  • Unable to change the item category in existing Scheduling Agreement

    HI,
I have a schedule agreement where there are already list of line items but saved without the appropriate item category field in all of the line items. Now I see that the Item category column is greyed out & unable to edit or change thru ME32 T.code.
I am already aware that deleting the item codes & adding again with resolve the issue. But when try to delete, those codes shows that they have GR & PO not completed one.
    My question is :
Is there a way to edit/change the Item category field without deleting the item?
Whethere is it possible to do it in bulk update for group of items in SA?
If it is possible, pls provide how to do it with steps.
    Kindly advice.
    Thanks. in advance!

Please try using MASS tcode with object BUS2013
    or MEMASSSA
Its a direct table update where you can select the Table Item and Field Item category and input the document number to change the value os item category and try with one sample data then do it in mass.
Before cahngin the item categry Please make sure all the dependancies are met then nly the system will allow you to save.
Refer for Mass upload function it is common for all

  • SCHEDULING AGREEMENT AND SCHEDULING LINE CREATION

    Hello Guys,
I trying creating a scheduling agreement(SA) for vendor & material combination.
I have created a Scheduling agreement in ME31L then maintained in ME38.
In ME38 i have also mentioned the delivery date. when i am checking EKKO for Purchasing document , its created with the delivery date specified.
My question is how to create a schedule line ? Do we need to maintain a source list of that material, plant and vendor.
If we have the source list maintained, then what is the next step after SA is created and maintained.
Do we need to do MIGO? because i tested by creating one SA in ME31L and maintained in ME38. I mentioned the delivery date as today and when i checked EKKO table the Purchasing document is created.
Do i need to create a Purchase Order?
If no then do i need to do MIGO? If i need to do MIGO, for what reference do i need to do MIGO???
My client never maintained a Scheduling agreement, they want the scheduled lines to be created and sent to vendor and we need to receive  the goods on specified delivery date.
    Help will be appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
You need to make a distinction between the scheduling agreement (ME31L/ME32L) and the delivery schedule creation (ME38/ME84)
With ME31L you create the scheduling agreement. In the scheduling agreement which is created for a vendor you maintain the parts that you will order at this vendor, the target quantity that you will order over a certain period and the price.
In ME38 you use the scheduling agreement number that is created with ME31L to create schedule lines (manually). These schedule lines consist of a date and an quantity. This is the data that needs to be transmitted to the vendor and against which the vendor is shipping the ordered materials.
Once the vendor ships the materials you post the goods receipt in Migo against the scheduling agreement number.
That is the basic working of the scheduling agreement and the delivery schedule.
    Now some remarks.
You need to set-up the required output conditions for transmitting the data to the vendor either via print, fax, email or EDI.
You can do this manually in each scheduling agreement and each release but typically you maintain the output condition records.
For scheduling agreement contract (ME31L) you use transaction MN07.
For the delivery schedule (ME38/ME84) you use transaction MN10.
In order for you to be able to post the goods receipt the delivery schedule needs to have been transmitted otherwise you will get a message that not requirement are found when trying to post goods receipt.
Also the goods receipt can only be posted if the requirements are valid on the day that you are performing MIGO. This means if you would post GR today then the open requirements in the scheduling agreement need to be for today or already from previous dates. The system will not allow you to post GR for quantities that are only due tomorrow (if this is required a user exit needs to be set-up).
If you want schedule lines created via MRP then you need to set-up a source list using ME01. You have to make sure that the MRP key is set to 2 in orer for the system to generate schedule lines and you also have to make sure that you have the correct MRP parameters set-up.
You can use ME84 to transmit the delivery schedule lines generated by MRP if no changes are required. With the ME84 you can transmit multiple releases at once, however this transaction can not be used to make manual changes to the MRP proposal.
The scheduling agreement offers lot's more possibilities but the above should get you going with the basics.
Hope this will help you on your way.

  • Correct usage of Scheduling Agreements?

    Hi Experts!
One of my groups is using scheduling agreements, however I do not think they are using it the way SAP had intended.
Example:  They use Scheduling agreements, similar to a blanket order.  However, the blanket order quantity is fluid and the order can remain open even when the initial quantity has been fulfilled.  These Scheduling Agreements will contain many items, sometimes around 30-40 line items.
The staff basically conducts two activities for these customers:  enter new scheduling agreements with updated validity dates and expedite releases with a less than two week time frame.  These expedites are communicated by the customer via email.
The customers submit a 16 week forecast via EDI as well as a firm 2 week JIT.  Most scheduling agreement activity occurs systematically, although there are daily expedites for each customer for a few parts.
Initially, when entering a scheduling agreement, the staff does not indicate the JIT schedule.  However, they do enter into the Forecast delivery schedule, basically just to activate and allow communication from customer.
My concern is should scheduling agreements contain that many items?
Also, the staff makes many changes in the scheduling agreements and when it reaches the time when the period for the scheduling agreement, what ever material they did not get to ship, they ship it to the customer in one bulk.  Are you suppose to do that with scheduling agreements?
In addition, sometimes the staff allocates some of the materials promised to the customer on the scheduling agreements to another customer, then just re-allocates it back at a later time...should this be done or is it bad business practice?
What are good business practices for usage of Scheduling Agreements?  Any information will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time in advance!

<b>you should not do that the reason is SA is use full for the JIT and promise to deliver things</b>

<b>A customer scheduling agreement is an outline agreement with the customer containing delivery quantities and dates. These are then entered as schedule lines in a delivery schedule. You can either create schedule lines when you create the scheduling agreement or you can create them later.
You fulfill a scheduling agreement by creating the deliveries in the schedule as they become due. You process deliveries for a scheduling agreement in exactly the same way as you process a normal delivery. After you have carried out the delivery, the system updates the Delivered quantity field in the scheduling agreement item with the delivery quantity. The following graphic shows the document flow for scheduling agreements.
The same functions are at your disposal for processing scheduling agreements as there are for the sales order, including pricing and availability checks.
In addition to the standard scheduling agreements you can also manage scheduling agreements for the component supplier industry, with their special features that include:
Working with scheduling agreements with EDI output
Entering scheduling agreements in a forecast or just-in-time (JIT) delivery schedule
Using different types of cumulative quantities
Taking into account the automatic fiscal year change used by the component supplier
    Managing engineering change statuses
    Storing packing proposals
Creating correction deliveries for the scheduling agreement

  • External Kanban (full to empty) - Scheduling Agreement Schedule Lines

    Hello Sir/Madam,
Our control cycle is using external replenishment procedure with "0002" (i.e. working with Scheduling Agreements ).
Indicator u201CSeparate GR posting when changing status to fullu201D is not set.
    Symptom:
When the Kanban container is empty, I perform a PKBC to sign the status from "Full to Empty" and I save it. The system generates a delivery schedule and an email is sent to the vendor.  This can be proved by MD04.
The problem is that the system generates another delivery schedule after few minutes and also another email is sent to the vendor. So, the delivery schedule and the email are incorrectly done twice.
I am wondering how the system setup is able to generate automatically a new delivery schedule which is not correct.
Please could you suggest me some solution.
    Regards
    Luca

I think in this case, that if no user exits were activated in your system, you should create an OSS message for SAP.

  • Outline agreement or automatic schedule from scheduling agreement

    Hello Master's,
Plz find the below workflow which will brief u abt the complete process;-
1.User raises indent(me51n) and then releases(me54n) else as per our MRP, indent/PR gets generated automatically.
    2. Standard Practice is that we invite offers, negotiate and place order (me21n) else f we have rate contract for any item we go for direct ordering (me21n) and then get it released (me29n)
For around 20-30k material codes we have rate contract finalized with various suppliers for a period of time.
When we find any indent/pr falling into this category, we dont invite offer but go for ordering as per the finalized price. The price is maintained in excel or pdf format.
Problem is we want to map material codes with vendor and rates associated with the contract.
For this either we have to go for outline agreement(me31k) of scheduling agreement(me31l) so that whenever any indent/PR gets generated in this category, order/delivery schedule will be generated automatically in SAP.
Points in which i need help from you:-
    1. How to generate automatic po from outline agreement or automatic schedule from scheduling agreement.
    2. complete understanding of the difference between outline agreement and scheduling agreement.

    Hi Nilson,
The data contained within the global outline agreement is distributed as purchasing contracts or scheduling agreements to the backend systems of the release-authorized purchasing organizations of the relevant corporate group. These purchasing organizations can then use the purchasing contracts or scheduling agreements according to the terms agreed centrally within the global outline agreement.

  • Modification in MEDRUCK for purchase order, RFQ, scheduling agreement.....

    Hi all
I have requirment in which i have to modify standard script MEDRUCK for PO, RFQ, SCHEDULING AGREEMENT, AND QUANTITY CHART.
I know how to modify standard layouts but after modifying layouts what to do next??
How can i use same medruck script for RFQ, SCHEDULING AGREE, AND QUANTITY CONTRACT.
    help me out!!!!!!!!!!

    hai  manisha,
Actually  SAP  Clubbed  all the requriments And Made one FORM for one bussiness scenario.
So  Depending On The Transaction That We Are Running  System  Will Automatically  Triggers  Particular Type.
So  Take  A Copy Of Medruck For Each  Document That U have To Do.
Then  Run Respective Transactions  Then According to that configure  NACE.
In NACE transaction, We will assign the Form name and the driver program name and the corresponding routine to be triggered in the driver program.
We should be able to tell the system to pick up the desired form layout and trigger the routine and get the data from the database and put it on to the form. All these stuff the system will come to know from the NACE settings.
NACE is used to create output type while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
that will be maintained in the table TNAPR.if you create the output type using NACE then it will be automatically visible in table NAST and TNAPR.
so check in NAST, TNAPR table
You can view all forms and driver programs for standard SAP Scripts.
Assigning Form and Driver proram to an Output type is as follows.
    1) Go to NACE transaction
    2) Select an Applicatin(V1-Sales,V2-Shipping,V3-Billing)
    3) Click on Outputtypes Button
    4) Comes to Change Mode
    5) Click on New Entries button
    6) Specify Output type,Form name and Program and Save it.

    There are many ways
    1. Try MASS tcode with object BUS2032
    2. You can try creating a CATT for the same if the changes are for only few thousands. Just explore on CATT on google, you will get lot of materials. Some of the links for the same are

The last one is specific to scheduling agreement.
    3. If there are more records, y ou can use LSMW. Again search for LSMW in google, there are lot of materials available.

  • Schedule Agreement filed- lphis

    Hi
In the customizing for the document type for the scheduling agreement there is check box for Release documentation, which says that if it is activated then forecast schedule will be saved in a seperate file and displayed anytime.
This tick was activated in our client which prevented the goods receipt and system says 'no selectable item found'. When i removed the tick, the system allowed the goods receipt. We are using only standard schedule agreement with out forecast and jit schedules.
Could anybody inform me the significance of the field LPHIS. Does the activation of release documentation requires schedule agreement schedule lines to be printed before goods can be receipted.
    Regards
    Arvind

    Hello,
there are two kind of SA,  SA with and without release documentation.  if the field LPHIS is set  so you have SA with release documentation.
Now, if you are managing SA using SA with release documentation you have to perform the Scheduling agreement release process, otherwise all schedule lines remain  non official.
hereafter a descritpion of the Release process "source : the standard SAP document page 221
    http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/MMPUR/MMPUR.pdf"
    Scheduling Agreement Releases: Process
    Purpose
    A scheduling agreement release
enables you to record the current status of the lines of a delivery schedule stored in the system
for a scheduling agreement item and then transmit this status to the vendor.
    Process Flow
    1. Materials Planning generates delivery schedule lines for scheduling agreement items. You
can also create schedule lines manually.
    2. You create scheduling agreement (SA) releases (delivery schedules) comprising the
schedule lines for a certain scheduling agreement item. These are snapshots of the overall
delivery schedule stored in the system at given points in time.
In creating such releases, the system proceeds as follows:
    a. If a creation profile exists, it aggregates the release (i.e. scheduled) dates and quantities.
    b. It generates an SA release in accordance with the creation strategy and the entries on
the initial screen for SA release creation.
    c. If a creation profile exists, it determines any backlogs and immediate requirements.
    d. If a creation profile exists, it checks any applicable tolerances in the case of SA releases
created due to changes to the overall schedule in the system.
    3. The releases (delivery schedules) are transmitted as messages to the vendor.
    regards

    Hi Surya,
You can go in customising of
OLME -->Messages >Message types->Define message type for SA>maintain message types
    There are different message types
    LPE2 ,
here you can put the standard programs and forms
    Program SAPFM06P
    Form routine ENTRY_LPE2
    Form MEDRUCK
for LPET and so on  .....it similar to customising of PO message outputs

  • Is there any BAPI for scheduling agreement (VA31) ?

    Hi All.
I need to creat scheduling agreement (T-code:VA31) using some data uploaded from EXCEL,but i can not find correct BAPI.
Someone tell me try the two below:
    BAPI_AGREEMENT_MAINTAIN
    BAPI_SALES_DEL_SCHEDULE_CREATE
But the two seem not effective, because they have no import parameters such as: SO type, sales organization, division, sold to party, valid from date, valid to date, material-number, quality etc.
These parameters are obligatory when creat scheduling agreement(t-code: VA31) manually.
    My sap release is ECC6.0.
How can i do? if there is no bapi , i use BDC ?
