Schema conversion not enable in ssma migration..?

i connected oracle and sql server in ssma tool. I have a table in oracle called customer and i have a db in sql called users. I
opened oracle table and sql db in ssma tool. But i am not able to convert my oracle table into schema. On right click convert schema is disabled. Y.? What is the solution.?

Spatial Query across schemas. one version enabled table another not -Hanged

Hi,
I am executing a PL/sql procedure where a Spatial query run across two schemas. One table(in x schema) is version enabled and second table(in y schema) is Unversioned. Add to that complexity I am running the procedure from third user logon. I think I have enough previleges, as I won't get any error message.
But, Procedure worked fine when there is no table is version enabled. It started giving problem when one table got version enabled.
I have tried by setting " DBMS_WM.Gotoworkspace('LIVE');" before running spatial query. But still no luck, process just hangs on the spatial query.
I tried by using physical name of the Table (table1_LT) which is making it to work. But, as per Workspace manager guide, applications, programs should NOT use, this physical tables(because it is not the correct way on versioned table).
1. How can I hint to my query, to use a table from only live version?
2. Why Query is hanging forever (even tried by leaving it over night....)
Normally it used to take one or two minutes(before versioning..)
I have posted it Workspace manager forum, But No Luck (people seems to be shy away after seeing "Spatial query" )

I will need to know more details about the specific query you are performing. So, please do the following:
1. list the actual query that you are using
2. generate an explain plan of the query both before and after the table was version enabled. use @?/rdbms/admin/utlxpls or anything that generates the predicate information.
3. also, give any pertinent details about the table(size of the table, number of rows expected to be returned, column types in the table, etc).
Based on that, I will see if I can suggest a possible hint that may be able to improve the performance of your query.

BitLocker not Enabled on HP ElitePad 1000 G2

I have an HP ElitePad 1000 G2 that I am using MDT to apply our 8.1 x64 Update image. This task sequence works fine on all other systems on which it has run. On the ElitePad, when the task sequence completes, BitLocker is not enabled.
Running manage-bde-status returns:

If I click Turn on BitLocker in the control panel applet or run the following commands:

manage-bde -on c: -recoverypassword
The recovery key protector is created and uploaded to AD and BitLocker shows as enabled.
Any ideas to why this is happening?

after some more investigation, I found the following article

Object in import-file header does not correspond to the migration object

Hi Forum,
I have loaded Business partner successfully with the file created in Workbench with test data.
Now I want to load the data from Application server. But i am getting the error
"Object in import-file header does not correspond to the migration object".
I have read that the import file should have 3 types of record
1. Header record corrs to the structure TEMINFO
2. Actual data records
3. Final record for individual object.
I am not sure where I am making a mistake
my files header looks like
<004F><Space><&INFO><Company><Migration Object><User><Date><Time>

I am assuming you are in transaction EMIGIMP loading a converted migration file for import, correct?
If so, you should be able to read the company, mig. object, user name, etc. in the import file tab overview. If conversion did not work correctly, this info will not display here.
It is possible you are missing some data in the header, or spacing is not correct. Are you converting the input file with program REMIG_FILE_TRANSFORM or are you trying to create the migration file yourself?

Win 7-CS4 - Bridge - ACR 5.5 Camera Raw editing not enabled

I have just migrated to a new Win 7 system. Fresh install of PS CS4, I found I could load CR2's into ACR but not jpg's. Wehn I tried to check Camera Raw preferences in Bridge I got message "Camera Raw not enabled...." even though PS had been started several times. I tried to update to ACR 5.5 but got same message. I installed it manually as per instructions but still same result. Cannot load jpg's into ACR. I do not have this problem on two XP and one XPx64 systems.
Is this a problem with win 7?

I don't think you can restore Adobe programs with Time Machine and have them work properly. Can you uninstall, and install with disks?

Persistent Schema Conversion

I am trying to increase the version number of the persistent data from 1.0 to 2.0 using a null conversion as described in the documentation. My problem is that when opening a document with the old version it it marked as converted and when saving it comes and asks for file to save as (as a save as). Is it not possible to do schema conversions without forcing the user to overwrite documents manually?

Why did you add the SchemaList ?
The ww-data-conversion.pdf page 9 (Null Conversions) is only specific that there must not be any DirectiveList.
I do not see SchemaList mentioned there as either good or bad, IMO an omission.
No idea whether that solves your Save-As problem, as I'm currently working on application prefs.

Media recovery not enabled

I am running/testing just about every XDB feature there is in Oracle XE and I am running into a problem. I am using copyevolve and I am getting an error that I also get in the Enterprise version. That error is not relevant to this post. But in XE it is followed by ORA-30944 Error during rollback for XML schema '<schema_url>' table "<owner_name>.<table_name>" column '<column_name>'. I checked my logs and they have an error stating:
Media recovery not enabled or manual archival only 0x10000
How can I enable this feature? Can someone direct me to where I could find more information on this subject?

I get the ORA-30942 in Enterprise oracle but I do not get the rollback error. I thought that the media recovery message may have been related to the rollback failure because I associated recovery and rollback (Which may be a poor assumption).

Seriously, I think you will have to have the item enabled, but with insert/update/query disallowed and keyboard navigable off. You may also need a 'PRE_TEXT_ITEM' containing 'RAISE FORM_TRIGGER_FAILURE'
As I understand it, windows puts it's own colour scheme into play for disabled items.

Upgrade SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 --- schema conversion error

Hi, I execute an upgrade from MSSQL 2000 to MSSQL 2005 and everything executed succesfully. Then i download the "SAP Tools for MSSQL Server"
to execute the schema conversion of the database. But i get an error when a step tries to create the stored procedures in the db. Specifically i get the error in the sap_blocked_procccess store procedure with the following error:

I didn't find any note or something else.

please ensure that the Database compatibility level for all databases is 90 by
running

Mail account for: shortname is not enabled

After migrating over from 10.5, my Open Directory users are unable to access email. All other services are working. The recurring pattern is "mail account for: <shortname> is not enabled". Any ideas, even crazy ones?

I've already had to update the dovecot.conf once <http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3792>, but I can't tell if this is on the Dovecot side or the OD side.

The access control list for mail was not set to all users and groups.
To fix:
(1) In Server Admin, select the server.
(2) Select the 'Access' panel.
(3) Select the 'Mail' service'
(4) Set the radio button to 'Allow all users and groups'.
Previously I'd had mail restricted to 'only users and groups below'.

Mercury CUDA not enabling when using NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 on Apple Mac Pro after Mavericks install

Been using the same setup since CS5 with the Mercury CUDA running perfectly. After recent upgrade of OS X to 10.9 Mercury CUDA is no longer available and only lets me run with the OpenGL or software options. Im using a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 for apple computers. Here are the results for the GPUSniffer program in the latest Premiere Pro 7.1.0 files. The LAST line make me chucle because it the first on the list of supported card in the "cuda_supported_cards.txt" file. Anybody else seen this?

Sorry for the inconvenience. NVIDIA is currently working on drivers that support CUDA on Mavericks 10.9 with some of the older NVIDIA cards such as the GTX 285 and the Quadro 4800.
For others interested, the Quadro 4000, K5000 and GTX 680 ect... work with CUDA in 10.9.

Why is the 'Choose icon...' button in the Options tab of the field property dialog box not enabled?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Professional XI running on Windows 8.
This “feature” has been bugging me for some time now. I remember it happening when I used Acrobat 9 Professional (Windows XP) and it is still happening in Acrobat XI Professional. I think I figured out a situation when I can reproduce this “feature” conistently and I hope someone fixes this.
Try the following and see what happens:
1. Acrobat Professional is not open.
2. Launch Word and start editing a document (or some other authoring tool that can generete PDF document).
3. After editing the document, generate a PDF version of the document.
4. Launch Acrobat Professional and edit the PDF document generated in 3.
5. Add a button.
6. View the button's properties.
7. Change the Fill Color property in the Appearance tab to none.
8. Change the Layout in the Options tab to Icon only.
Now here is what bugs be. Shouldn’t the 'Choose Icon ...' button be enabled? It is not enabled after step 8. It is possible that 'Choose Icon ...' button is enabled for some of you. I this case, it would be nice if at least one of you who experience the same bug say so in this thread so that Adobe doesn't think I am sending them on a wild goose chase.
I can enable it by selecting a different tab and then returning to the Options tab. A similar thing happens when reverting back from 'Icon only' to 'Label only' but I am not sure how to reconstruct a scenario for this one.
Here is the dialog box for one instance when I noticed the bug.

You're right, it has been that way for a long time. I've never bothered reporting it as a bug since it's simple enough to deal with, but reporting it would be a reasonable thing to do.
