Screenshots will not upload for my new app

When I try to upload screenshots (before I submit for review) for the newest verrsion of app, the drag and drop and manual file loading does not appear to be working. I've rebooted my computer and it still does not work.
When you use the "drag and drop" method, it shows the files with a "+" sign into the drag and drop area- but then nothing happens.
I've even tried loading Safari on a windows machine and it still does not work. Same error.
Anyone having this problem?

If you have an original iPad, that is limited to iOS 5.1.1 and cannot go any further. All other iPads and iPad Minis can get up to iOS 7.0.4.

What stedman1 means is that if you had restrictions turned on, turn them off. You can get into installing apps if restrictions are turned off. There is no need to get in there.
What is happening when you try to buy books? Are you getting an error message? "it will not let me" tells us nothing about what is going on. Please explain in greater detail.

CS4 will not download for my new computer

Book will not upload for printing

I have put a 94 page 8.5X11 photo book together and it is ready to be printed. I am a mobile Me member and am able to 'one click' in iTunes, but Aperture tells me that I am not a member. I go through and answer all the questions like I'm signing on and everything looks like it is a go - but then I get and 'error' - No particular message just something as simple as "there is an error, try again later" message. I have tried over and over but the same thing happens regardless of the time of day 10AM or 2AM or 4AM. I am not able to update my version so it is version 2.0 which should still work just fine. I do have a One to One scheduled - but not until Friday - I'm anxious to know if anyone can help me before then.

I had the same problem with iPhoto before I switched to Aperture. The sign up process just did not work and I always got an error. Maybe you should try signing up with iPhoto. Just select a random image to order a print, complete the sign up process, and then cancel the order.

I am installing a Apple TV, when I select my router from the list it prompted me for the password. I entered an old password in error, so it would not connect. Now when I reselect my router it does not prompt for a new password, it uses the old incorrect one and does not connect. I need to be able to re-enter the correct one.

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

2.2.1 is not the latest available for any ipod touch.
Is yours the original ipod touch?

Have restrictions been enabled?
Is it possible that in app purchases have been restricted? Also is it possible that there could be restrictions in place regarding content? Could ratings be in place for the magazines?

As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?
You could also try reformat the Card with your camera

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.
