Script to show one toolbar

Question

Is there any way to have an Adobe form display one toolbar without revealing all toolbars?  I have a form where the toolbars are hidden on intial view.  A user has come to me and requested the use of one toolbar (the Comment and Markup toolbar).  I would like to give him that toolbar without showing all toolbars.  I know I can select to have a menu command run on the click event of a button.  However, when I do that it not only shows the toolbar I requested, it shows all toolbars.  If there is no way to show just one toolbar, is there a way for Adobe to check to see which toolbars are visible and hide certain ones?

Your code logic looks fine.
But I couldn't locate the cmdlet Get-EffectiveAccess you are using, with which module is it shipped ?
BTW take a look at the Win32_LogicalShareSecuritySetting WMI Class it lists out the permissions on a share folder. (Maybe your Function is using this already)

From testing it looks like get-effectiveaccess will show access based on all conditions including group membership (at least according to the few tests I ran). I also fancied up the script so it will dump everything directly into Excel.
