SECATT script error / old SAPoffice data found

Hello
We are trying to run an secatt script to create 2500+ IDs. The script is erroring out because the IDs were previously in this system so the system wants to ask if we want to use the old SAPoffice data, however the script does not knwo how to deal with that so it errors out. usually you can just delete that record from your script and run again. However in this case all 2500+ have been in the system before so there is no way to get it to run. Has anyone found a fix for this? Is there a way to only delete the old SAPoffice data for these IDs?

Kiran is correct, this can be achieve with SECATT.
However, I would like to add some info that might be also helpful.
Create and run the new script (Kiran's suggestion) that will address your first issue with the following execution options:
    a. S No Termination, Continue with next Script Command
    b. I Ignore Breakspoints (Default for Collective Execution)
This will give you a log after the completion of the script. The errors will be the users that were not    deleted previously and will be your source file for your existing SECATT script to add users.
Run your original script with the new source file and you should be good.

Ecatt to Circumvent "Old office data found.."

"Old SAPoffice data found for this user name. Do
you want to copy this data to the new user? "
This comes up when we execute an Ecatt we created to create new user records. It interferes with our script and prevents it from working. Does anyone know how we can flush this data ? Is there some table we can delete ? Or is there some other way around this so we can create users with an Ecatt script even after they have been deleted?
When we refresh clients from production it is not fun to recreate developers manually.

No, unfortunatly I have side barred that. I have a work around that is dirty and not a very good answer. I have created an ECATT to only CHANGE the fields on the user master record, (including password).
I then take those users I need to reload after a refresh and and create them using many SU10's, THEN I run my change ECATT.
If you come up with somthing better please let me know. I keep thinking there has to simply be a table I can wipe out, but I have yet to find it.

I have solved this problem on my own.
Solution: 1st check your target over query is excuting...there is data or no... in Tcode "LISTCUBE".
Then data is available... or not.
If every thing is ok...then dorp the query....create anothor and checked by only 2 fields....if is working then ....comptele it.....if data is there then no problem....report should run...
check ur data is ready for reproting.... i means reporting icon is available or not.????
If the Problem begin Same "NO APPLICABLE DATA FOUND".
Then the Problem in Loading.
2. Click on cube choose manage tab...there will be reproting symbol....
Need to check each steps if data is there or Report not running....
Finally delete the request then again load the data..and icon should come automatically...
3. There is R and below one excel sheet fighre...icon
4. Go and make a Report in BEx Analayzer..
Data will fetching Automatically....

AA - Error Message: No data found in table j_1aat089 for depreciation area

Hi friends,
I am trying to execute ABAW transaction but I recieved the below error:
"No data found in table j_1aat089 for depreciation area 00."
Message no. 8Z874
But Area 00 there is not configurate in my system.
Does anyone has any hint regarding this issue?

Hi Daniel,
You are not using Inflation funcitonality, are not you? Check that in IMG - Financial Accounting (New) - Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) - Inflation Accounting - Inflation Methods - Assign Inflation Methods to Company Codes your company code is not assigned to any inflation methods.

Error: No Logon Data found for Lotus Notes System

Hi,
I have created a lotus notes sytem and have configured the transport also.
But even then i am not able to create appointment under collaboration.
I get the error msg :
"No logon data found for the system 'system name' ".
And when i tried to change the User Mapping , it gives the error msg,
" Error in accessing user mapping data for selected system"

Here are a few solutions which may help you solve your problem
1) Access the lotus system with its fully qualified hostname in the system credentials and in the Lotus transport as well.(Ping from portal side and Domino side to each other to check the connectivity as well as the heartbeat check i.e.Launch http://<hostname>:<port>/<servletDirectory>/CalendarServlet in the browser to check the connectivity)
2) In the servlets.properties file,add the following(marked in bold)
servlet.CalendarServlet.initArgs=saveperiod=50,width=7,AttachmentFolder= D:
temp,useEmail=true,debug=true,logResponse=true
This will help you find on the Lotus console what the possible error could be.
3) Run the command 'load http' (coz the http protocol might not have been loaded) on the lotus console and restart the lous server.
If this is the case then make the following entry in the notes.ini file.
Against the list of ServerTasks add HTTP

Getting a error ...data found in the main document but not in data source

Good morning .....
I am generating letters , calling wordpad from forms 6i......when it calls the wordpad document . it is saying that ...data found in the maindocument but not in the data source ...
but when i see manually in that wordpad data source is present .
please let me know .. if anyone know solution for this ......

I appologise if its not the right forum...
I am a bit baffeled here by the following error when I am trying to install Java SDK or just JRE.
I upgraded my windows 2000 box to win XP home edition, installed the latest updates etc and then tried to install java....
and got the following error
bin\appletviewer.exe:
Old file not found.However, a file of the same name was found.No updates done since file contents does not match.
I have removed everything from system that I could imagine might be using Java directly or indirectly. No JRE on the system, no old java folder under C: drive etc, But I still get the same error. I have never come accross a stupid error like this before. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

hunmm..thanks for the reply, I will try to find appletviewer.exe, however, my guess is that file should be there cus I am just trying to install it from standard java SDK installation.
Yes I did not do checkdisk and I will do that and post my findings

Report Error: No Applicaple Data Found

BI 7.0 Report I have simply Drag and drop some Char (rows) and some Key(colum) then Executed but, i am not able to see the report.
It saying No Applicaple Data Found.
What to do, Please provide solutions, please.

check whether data is loaded into target on which report is built....If data is there in the target then check the filters and restrictions in the query which is restricting the data to display..

Script error when using Data parameter.

Hello,I'm not sure what's going on here, but when I try to use a data parameter and run the report, upon clicking on the calander icon, I get a JS error saying that an object was expected in line 80. A referring URL to a prompting htrml is listed, but I'm just not sure what I need to do to straighten this out. Service pack perhaps? David

I have had a similar problem with CR XI, if I put the date in manually no worries, if I use the calendar, I get some sort of error as well, "a runtime error has occured, error line 742", this happens on my CR XI on one machine, it is running on product version 11.5.8.963, I also have CR XI, on a test server, running 11.5.8.826 and I do not have an issue with this one. So... Long story made short, it may well be the service patch. When I debug the error it tells me there is a "Microsoft Jscript runtime error" It is pointing to c:/program files/business objects/common/3.5/crystalreportveiwers115/prompting/js/promptengine_calendar.js

BAPI_CATIMESHEETMGR_INSERT Error: no personal data found (error LR160)

we have a problem with BAPI: BAPI_CATIMESHEETMGR_INSERT. We would like to use this FB to send data from an external application to SAP (CATSDB). However we get an error LR160: the personal number 00999111 does not exist or no permission.
The user have sap_all / sap_new rights, so it shoud not be the problem with permission. The number 00999111 exists in the system too (e.g. in the table PA0001).
We try already find the solution but without positiv effect.
Any hints would be very appreciated.

No Data Found error - Shopping cart

Dear Experts,
The standard roles of EP has been routed to SRM standard roles of ABAP
stack and when tried to create the shopping cart found the error as "No
data found".
It was working fine when we maintain the seperate roles in
the SRM GUI and portal roles in EP earlier.
Now we have reverted the changes and tried using both ABAP and Portal roles but still the issue persists.Thus request you to please check
and advice us on this error.

Ignore "no data found" error in apply

i got error "ORA-01403: no data found" in dba_apply_error after deleting some data from my table
and now i want to ingore it.what i must to do?

That is dealing with the problem after the fact. What is the intent of the question - ignore while that takes place or how to manage it after the fact?
While it takes place - Add a rule/DML handler/error handler to capture the exception and ignore/fix it.
When an apply process moves a transaction to the error queue, you can examine the transaction to analyze the feasibility reexecuting the transaction successfully. If an abnormality is found in the transaction, then you might be able to configure a DML handler to correct the problem. In this case, configure the DML handler to run when you reexecute the error transaction.No data found error in Streams:

You can also set disable_on_error to No and drive on, but not necessarily a good idea as that opens the door for many errors to occur, so you would want to be checking the error queue periodically/regularly.

No Data Found Exception in bulk updates

I am trying to catch no data found exception in bulk updates when it does not find a record to update in the forall loop.

I get this error at the line where i have exception:

If I do not handle this exception, the script fails when it attempts to update a record that does not exist and the error says : no data found exception.

No Data Found isn't an exception raised when an UPDATE cannot find any records to process.
SQL%ROWCOUNT can be used to determine the number of rows affected by an update statement, but if 0 rows are updated then no exception will be raised (it's just not how things work).
If you post your actual CURSOR (casualty) declaration, it's quite possible we can help you create a single SQL statement to meet your requirement (a single SQL will be faster than your current implementation).
Have you looked in to using the MERGE command?

Report Query returning "No Data Found" with bind variables

I put a simple query into Report Query:

When I test the query, data is returned; however, when I try to run the query using "Test Report" button, I get an error 01403 No Data Found. If I replace the bind variable with an explicit value, the report works.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this problem? I am using the Generic Report Layout, with various output types. I AM editting the query and defining the bind variable before I test the report (otherwise, the query wouldn't run).

Sometimes if you create a form/report/whatever using the wizards, it will create an After Submit process called something like Reset Page - basically you want to make sure you don't have any After Submit processes that call a Clear Session state (it may say something like Clear Cache for Page).
In your branch, there is also a box that says Clear Cache - you want to make sure that does not have page Number 8 in it or it will clear your session state.
Put the page in Debug mode and read through it - check to make sure your value is getting saved and maybe you can see what is going wrong.

Web template - No precalculated data found

I'm trying to precalculate the data in a web template using reporting agent. It is a template with only one data provider that does not require a control query... the input variable screen values can be stored in a variant so it is pretty straightforward. In the setting I asked it to precalculate the data.
The precalculation job runs successfully, but when changing my URL to DATA_MODE=STORED I continue to get the message "No precalculated data found".
Are there any tips you would suggest of things to check? How can one tell if it is working or troubleshoot this?
I checked OSS notes and found some interesting notes but they were for older support pack levels than us. We are on BW 3.5 SP 10.

So Can any one give me the exact sytax of the URL to call the precalcuated webtemplate which was scheduled using Reporting agent with variant .
Because i am getting error " No precalculated data found for data provider <dataprovider name>" when i am trying to call using below URL
http://<BWapplication server url>/sap/bw/BEx?cmd=LDOC&template_id=<template technical name>&variant=z_usoo&DATA_MODE=stored
Z_US00 is the name technical name of the variant i used in the reporting agent.
Please let me know if i am missing some thing
