Send Workflow Email, and list related items in the email

In List A I have the names of people.  In List B I have appointment information listed (date, time, type).  Each person in List A can have one or more appointment in List B.  I link the lists together by entering an ID of the person in List
A in a column in List B.  
I want to be able to send an email to a person in List A, and I want to list all of their appointments from List B in the email.
