Sending hyper links in mails through alerts and maintain correlation

Hi,
I have a requirement as follows:
It is a JDBC to R/3 interface. In R/3 we have to call a chain of Bapi's one after the other subject to the successful execution of the previous bapi.
Ex: Create material----> Create classification if the material is successfully created.
when the material creation fails, users should receive a mail with a hyperlink. The user will then correct the error and click the hyperlink. This should cause the process to continue and try to create the material one more time.
Can this be achieved using BPM? Should we use Alerts ? If yes how can we correlate a Mail with Process ?
I will be great help for me if anybody has the answers.

Yes, it is possible. This may not be the best way, but it should work. However, you will have to have a webservice to send a message to XI, which means external development. (Will have to check to see if the HTTP adapter can retrieve URL parameters. If so, then webservice won't be needed.)
In order to maintain correlation, a unique correlation id has to exist in the payloads of the message (or in the URL if HTTP adapter can be used.)
An alert will have to send from BPM. The content of the alert can be done via a mapping program, which will generate the URL in the text of the alert. The URL will contain the correlation id.
The URL is to execute the webservice, which will retrieve the correlation id from the URL and send a message to BPM. If the HTTP adapter can retrieve parameters from the URL, then the URL can be send back to XI directly, with the appropriate interface name, namespace, etc. (the documentation for constructing the URL for HTTP adapter can be found in help.sap.com)

Typing in additional text seems to get the job done. This seems to be a feature of the latest IOS update, I have never had the problem before the last update.
I use the box with the arrow just to the left of the URL block at the top of the page to send myself links to pages of interest. Adding the extra text seems like a pointless step, but it does work.

Hi,
You need to maintain the email address in SU01 for the particular user Id. Also you need to configure transaction SCOT for this.

Standard email doesn't have much formatting. In fact many people object to receiving heavily formatted email or messages that looks like a webpage. Yes, if you want to send something that looks like a newsletter or a word processing document with graphics etc, creating a PDF file and then emailing that is the preferred method - at least to me.

Cannot send email w/mac mail using Juno and Tiger

I have had a problem ever since I upgraded last year to Tiger. I have Juno, and ever since I upgraded from Jaguar, I cannot use the Juno software to log on. But more annoying that that (I have a work around that works just fine), I cannot send email from my mac mail. If I want to send an email or respond to an email, I have to physically log onto Juno's website and email and write and send from there. I have contacted Juno numerous times, and they tell me to reset my password, which makes no sense to me. Any Ideas?

Regarding not being able to send mail with your .Mac account and .Mac SMTP server, most if not all ISPs used for connecting to the internet block the use of SMTP servers outside of their network on Port 25. Some ISPs allow the use of an authenticated SMTP server only (such as the .Mac SMTP server) that is outside of their network on Port 25 but some block its use regardless. These restrictions are in place as part of an overall effort to prevent or reduce spam eminating from the ISP's domain.
Something to try.
Go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and under the Account Information tab for your .Mac account preferences at the SMTP server selection, select the Server Settings button below.
At the Server Port field, enter 587 in place of 25 and when finished, select OK to save the changed setting.
If this is not successful, select/use your ISP's SMTP server to send mail with your .Mac account which is invisible to all recipients.

Sending Image attachment Using Mail 7.3 and OS X 10.9.3.

For some reason sending an email with an image attached and when I select the large image size drop down menu it does not change the actual size of the image attachment. Instead it stays the same as the medium image size. In fact the message size remains the same. However I can chafe to small, medium, and actual size but not large! Can anybody help?

That's what I thought you might have meant, but wasn't quite sure. I think in this case that Mail simply can't make a "large" and "medium" image different sizes. I don't know what Mail's mechanism is for doing this, but I often find the same thing occurring with images I attach. Sometimes there is no choice that works. The image size is just what it was when attached.
I wish I had a better answer for you than, "it is what it is." But I don't think there's a problem you can solve. Mail is functioning as it "normally" functions, at least from my experience.

From mac mail, I can send but not receive mail. Also, on the same mac, I can run mail through Entourage and no issues with sending or receiving

only found this problem with mac mail , when new hard drive waqs installed!!

What do you see if you invoke Mail's menu option Window > Connection Doctor?

I can send mail through Safari and my iPad, but not through Mail. Suggestions? Connection doctor says I am connected to the Internet.

I have checked the server, checked connections, still cannot send mail.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

Need to send a link in mail using apex

I need to send a mail using apex which will contain a link for a specific page. For sending mail , I used the following query:

Until I installed version 3.6.6 on my XP system I would bring up Outlook Express to send a link by mail. Now, selecting "send link" brings up MS Outlook Office which is not my e-mail default.

Prior to installing 3.6.6 on my MS XP system, when I click on FILE & SEND LINK, instead of getting my mail system OUTLOOK EXPRESS, I get OFFICE OUTLOOK which is on my computer but I have never used it for this. I cannot locate a setting to change this so far. Thank you. C.F. Boykin-

SBO E-mail through Alert is short of content

I use Alert function to send E-mail to receipt with query results. The
SBO mailer seems to work properly. But the received E-mail is short of
contents. When the E-mail has more than one hundred lines of query
result, the E-mail has only about 70 lines of data from the front of
query result, while the other remaining data was missing. It seems
There is blank space left for the missing data in the received E-mail.
