    I am not aware of a way except for photos that allows you to select multiple files in an email. I even checked settings in the Adobe Reader app, and it does not show that ability.

  • Sending multiple request approval at one time

    Hi,
    Im working on a senario thats sending multiple request approvel at one time with HWC application. For example , client approves one request and it approves multiple requests at one time as well. Is it possible make this with HWC ?
    Thanks in advance.

    If you have a list key, it'll have child MessageValueCollection keys (specifically, the value of that list key will be an array of MessageValueCollection objects). Each MessageValueCollection has a state, "add", "update", "delete" or empty. By specifying mappings between list key actions and MBO operations, or by doing so manually in the WorkflowClient.xml, you can specify which MBO operation will be invoked for each "add" MessageValueCollection, which MBO operation will be invoked for each "update" MessageValueCollection and each "delete" MessageValueCollection when the message is submitted to the server via an Online Request or Submit Workflow, where it will loop through the MessageValueCollections and execute the appropriate MBO operation for each.
    In the tooling, you can do this by having a listview bound to that list key and having subsequent screens that invoke Add/Update/Delete List Key Collection menuitems.  In that scenario, when you update the rows in the listview, the effects don't occur immediately, but rather wait until you submit them as a batched operation, which will behave as described above.

  • How to send multiple records in file2file and file2db or all scenarios//

    I'm able to send single record for file2file and file2db,
    how to send multiple records in file2file and file2db or all scenarios//
    what should add or make changes for dis.

    1 put Occurance 1 to Unbounded in data type of IR
    2 In the test tag of message mappings in IR,select one node and use "duplicate subtree" in its context menu
    After that,you can download the test data in XML format with the button "save document source"
    for example:
      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

  • Is there a way to send multiple pdf's in one email from iBooks?  I have several that I've saved that I need to send to one person. If it can't be done directly, is there a work around?

    Is there a way to send multiple PDF documents from iBooks in one email?  I have several that need to be sent to one person and can't figure out how to send more than one at a time. If you can't, is there a workaround?

    Warehouse that PDF on your own server, then link to it from your book.

  • Send Multiple notification mails per one work item

    Hi all,
    How to send notification mails to multiple agents when only one work item hits the inbox of one of the agents ?
    The scenario is like this :-
    Say, we have 3 agents : - agent1, agent2, agent3.
    The workitem will hit the inbox of only one agent, say agent1.
    But the notification mails for the workitem will be droped in the external mail IDs of all the 3 agents - agent1, agent2 and agent3.
    How can we achieve this.
    Regards,
    Debi

    Hi Sujith
    My requirement is a bit different.
    Actually I am facing the problem for PO Workflow.
    This is the standard PO wokflow what i have customized.
    Depending on the release code, i am fetching the next level agent (who will release the PO.)
    Once the first user releases the PO, its release code gets automaticaaly changed.
    And we will find the 2nd agent base on release code once again and the process continues till the end.
    In one of the step (say when 1st user released the PO and now the PO is sent to 2nd agent) we want the notification to be sent to multiple agents (not the work item.)

  • Automator. Need to send multiple photos each by one email.

    Hello everybody.
    Help me please to create a task in Automator.
    I have 500 images of JPEG 12-15 MB size and I need to send each one to [email protected] one by one email.
    Since some mail servers have permit of size attachments not more than 20 MB - I can send only one image per one email.
    So the steps simply are:
    1) New mail
    2) enter email address
    3) add attachment (number 1)
    4) send
    Next
    1) New mail
    2) enter email address <<< same email
    3) add attachment (number 2)
    4) send
    Etc...
    Best regards,
    Art Fry.

    I had a similar problem and created a service to attach from finder to a new email and then I changed to Outlook and had to update it to do the same in outlook.
    open automator
    Under choose template select "service"
    At the top of script side will be the option "Service receives selected" set to "file" in "you can choose any application but since I only want this in finder that was my choice"
    select the mail program in automator so that the related actions are shown.
    if you use Mac Mail
    first select New Mail Message by dragging into the script.
    2nd select add attachment to front message.
    if you use outlook
    first select Create New Outlook Mail Message
    2nd Add Attachments to Outlook Messages
    save the scripted service with an appropriate name such as attach to email.
    From then when you right click in finder the option to "attach to email" (or whatever you named it) will be shown to activate your script.

    Dear Experts,
    Could you please help on the following scenario.
    I need to send multiple customer master data records from a file  to rfc without using BPM.
    The following is the mapping i am using
    source                                                 Target( RFC)
    ======                                          =============
    Tree             occurance   type           Tree occurance
    cust_mt        1..1
       customer     0..unbound -
    >          ztest_cust( rfc )  1..1
          cname     1..1             -
    >            cname   0..1
          cno          1..1            -
    >            cno       0..1

             name     -
    >                                    name  0..1
             location   -
    >                                      location 0..1
    1. Multiple banks possible for one customer
    2. Multiple customers possible in datafile from mdm
    Problem 1:Only one customer record from file is being sent to RFC thouth many records are in the file, the second, third .. and so on records not being sent to rfc.
    Problem 2:
      if add o.. unbound for the rfc occurance, <messages>,<message1> tags are getting added in message mapping, and no single customer record sent to rfc..

  • When doing a post to a rest service is it possible to send multiple records in json

    Hi I'm trying to develop my first web service and I'm not sure I'm in the correct place. I'm using Oracle application express 4.2.2. on oracle 11g. I followed this example Creating and Using RESTful Web Service in Application Express 4.2 and used java as the client to connect to the web service. I change my employee record to have forename,surname, address1. This is working fine for me. However I need to be able to post complex multiple records to the web service in one call to the web service.
    e.g. in the example it sends
    {"forename","john":"surname","smith":"address1":"first address line"}
    What I would like to send is something like this.
    "employees" : [{"forename":"john","surname":"smith","address1":"first address line"},{"forename":"Dave","surname":"Jones","address1":"first address line"}]
    Is this possible.
    Thanks
    Anthony

    hi:
         you can edit the URI template like below
    promotionlist/{accnt_price_id},{addr_row_id}
    then you can post multi parameters to Web Service.

  • Send multiple records in Email

    I use BPEL 11g to send an email notification, I retrieve the data from a table which returns multiple records to the db adapter.
    I have to send all the records in the Email body. How do I do this ?
    The following is the payload I see, But I dont see any content in the email that I receive.
    Thanks for your help !
    <ReplyToAddress/>
    <Subject>Selected Rows !</Subject>
    <Content>
    <MimeType>text/html; charset=UTF-8</MimeType>
    <ContentBody>
    <TestTab1>
    <col1>2</col1>
    <col2>REI</col2>
    <col3>SantaClara</col3>
    </TestTab1>
    <TestTab1>
    <col1>1</col1>
    <col2>REI</col2>
    <col3>SanJose</col3>
    </TestTab1>
    </ContentBody>
    <ContentEncoding/>
    </Content>
    <Cc/>
    <Bcc/>
    <NotificationContext/>

    I appreciate your quick response . Here is what I am doing in the transform .
    <xsl:template match="/">
    <client:processResponse>
    <xsl:variable name="Temp">""</xsl:variable>
    <xsl:for-each select="/ns0:TestTab1Collection/ns0:TestTab1">
    <xsl:variable name="Temp" select="concat(ns0:col3,$Temp)"/>
    <client:result>
    <xsl:value-of select="$Temp"/>
    </client:result>
    </xsl:for-each>
    </client:processResponse>
    </xsl:template>
    </xsl:stylesheet>
    The output payload is as follows : ( SantaClara is returned as 1st record and SanJose is returned as second record from the db adapter)
    <outputVariable>
    <part name="payload">
    <processResponse>
    <client:result>SantaClara""</client:result>
    <client:result>SanJose""</client:result>
    </processResponse>
    </part>
    </outputVariable>
    But I want
    <outputVariable>
    <part name="payload">
    <processResponse>
    <client:result>SantaClara SanJose</client:result>
    </processResponse>
    </part>
    </outputVariable>
    And I am trying to send SantaClara SanJose in the email body.
    Thanks for your help.

  • SqlLoader: how to create multiple records out of one CSV input line?

    A question concerning the SQL-Loader.
    I need to load data from a CSV file where one of the CSV values determines how many records should be inserted.
    Example of the input data:
    KEYWORD;2;REC1_COL1_X,REC1_COL2_X;REC2_COL1_X;REC2_COL2_X
    KEYWORD;3;REC1_COL1_Y;REC1_COL2_Y,REC2_COL1_Y;REC2_COL2_Y;REC3_COL1_Y;REC3_COL2_Y
    KEYWORD;4;REC1_COL1_Z;REC1_COL2_Z,REC2_COL1_Z;REC2_COL2_Z;REC3_COL1_Z;REC3_COL2_Z,REC4_COL1_Z;REC4_COL2_Z
    If the KEYWORD is found, then the next value determines how many value pairs will follow, and therefore how many rows should be created in the affected DB table.
    As a result I hope to achieve this:
    SELECT Column1, Column2 FROM testTable
    REC1_COL1_X,REC1_COL2_X
    REC2_COL1_X;REC2_COL2_X
    REC1_COL1_Y;REC1_COL2_Y
    REC2_COL1_Y;REC2_COL2_Y
    REC3_COL1_Y;REC3_COL2_Y
    REC1_COL1_Z;REC1_COL2_Z
    REC2_COL1_Z;REC2_COL2_Z
    REC3_COL1_Z;REC3_COL2_Z
    REC4_COL1_Z;REC4_COL2_Z
    I learned how to import data using Oracle SQL loader for cases where one input line more or less matches a (new) row in a DB table. But how to handle this?

    Hello 784948.
    Assuming that the delimiter is a comma, and also assuming that the number of pairs is limited to four, you could use the following tested control fileLOAD DATA

  • PI mapping: concatenating multiple records to just one field

    Hi
    I am trying to concatenate an unknown number of records in the source message to just one field in the target message.
    The structure in the source message is:
    <simple>
       <record>
           <string>first string value</string>
       </record>
       <record>
           <string>second string value</string>
       </record>
       <record>
           <string>third string value</string>
       </record>
    <concatstring></concatstring>
    </simple>
    Where the number of records in the source message is unknown.
    The target message should look like this:
    <simple>
        <concatstring>first string value second string value third string value</concatstring>
    </simple>
    I tried using UDF:
    public String concat(String count,String streng,Container container){
    int counter = Integer.parseInt(count);
    String out = " ";
    for(int i=0;i<(counter);i++){
    out  = out + streng;
    return out;
    But that only picks up the value of the field in the first record and repeats that the number of counts.
    Can I avoid using a UDF? If not, what is the code?
    Looking forward to the answer
    Mikael

    Sarvesh,

  • Send multiple word files in one folder

    Not sure if this is the right forum, I want to send 30 word documents but don't want attach each file. On windows, you can use WINZIP, is there a MAC version of that? Some say STuffit but I have stuffit expander.
    Thanks,
    kchen

    Yes. Place all the files in a single folder (for convenience), select the folder and either CTRL-click or right-click and select the Create Archive ... option from the contextual menu. This will make a .zip archive in the current directory.

  • Code to sum up multiple record key figure values from one ODS to another OD

    We've got two ODSs: ODS1 and ODS2 and ODS1 feeds data to ODS2 through update rule.  In ODS1, multiple records could contain one same doc records and we would like to sum up a key figure value for these multip records with the same doc number in the update rule and populate a key figure (a sum-up value or total value) in ODS2 for this doc number.  We wonder how the code would look like.
    Welcome the valuable input!
    Thanks

    Hello Kevin,
    In this case there is no need of a code. As in ODS2, contract number is a key and PO is not a part of key, you can have update type for the key figure as "Addition". Value for that particular key figure will be added for all the recordes with same contract number irrespective of PO number.
    Hope it helps.
    Regards,
    Praveen
