Sequence help

Hi All,
Could you please tell me your suggestions on below problem.
We have three type of users ( "ADM", "READ", "READWRITE")
I have created the sequence in ADM user and gave grant to read & " ReadWrite" users.
GRANT SELECT ON SEQ_FINANCE TO READ;
GRANT SELECT ON SEQ_FINANCE TO READWRITE;
both grant scripts are executed success.
I login to read user, i can see the sequence details from below query.
select * from all_sequences where sequencename ='SEQ_FINANCE'
But while i am trying to execute below query,
SELECT SEQ_FINANCE.nextval from DUAL
I am getting an error as SQL Error Code: 2289
SQL Message: ORA-02289: sequence does not exist
Could you please tell me how can solve this issue.

You need to use the schema prefix unless you create a synonym. See if this works.
SELECT ADM.SEQ_FINANCE.nextval from DUAL
